I don't write reviews a lot, but doing one for this shop is not a waste of my time.I'm not good at writing essay, long story short, My car has been there since 2023 March, it's finally fixed but waiting for the final invoice paperwork from the insurance company. It's been nine months, could be done next month or I am expecting more time.All the stresses I've been through during these nine months were unnecessary. I'd say if I come back again, I will just leave everything to Joe and stop worrying about it. Built the trust with this shop the first time I'm working with them.P.S - This shop was recommended by my car accidents lawyer Jay. If you were too, trust both of them.I can only see this business is getting busier and building more loyal customers as long as Joe runs it. It makes me feel they are going beyond or surpass what a regular auto shop suppose to do.If in the future, you are experiencing the same like my case, leave it the them and stop worrying about it. I'm not a insider, take my comments seriously.

My car had some damage to the back from an accident. It was something I worried about but New Star was so wonderful with the repairs and the service! They kept me in the loop throughout the process, they were extremely helpful, and the repairs they did made my car look brand new! Very happy with everything and would recommend this place! Thank you so much to the staff who helped me!

I've had two vehicles repaired with New Star. They are absolutely fantastic, totally trustworthy and do the job right. I've worked with Joe the last two times and he has been more than helpful with everything I've needed, from a rental car to making sure the insurance got me the right parts as to not depreciate to value of my vehicle. He even went as far to drive me to Enterprise because they didn't pick me up. Won't use anyone else to do any of my repairs. New star is the only auto body shop I recommend.

Don t think twice about taking your car to this amazing place...just do it! Their customer service is exceptional! I called them almost everyday to checkup on my car and nobody made me feel like I was doing too much lol. I was supposed to pay a $1000 and they gave me a big discount. I have no regrets whatsoever about taking my car here. I ll recommend this place wherever and whenever. This is the best place to get your car fixed. The quality of service is excellent. They re courteous and pretty honest about what needs to be repaired and what doesn t (I find this to be pretty rare with most mechanics/shops I ve been to). They answered all my questions thoroughly. Thanks so much, I ll most likely be back for oil changes and any other routine maintenance in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

RECENTLY WENT TO DEALER FOR ANNUEAL CHECK UP AND BATTERY ISSUE.THEY CHECK MY VAN AND SAID IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM WITH BATTERY- THEY ESTIMATE OVER $2000 TO FIX PARTS SUCH AS POWER STARING, START UP MOTOR AND OTHERS.SIRIUSLY? I COULD NOT TRUST THEM BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN TAKING CARE OF MY CAR LIKE OTHER HANDY AMERICAN DAD AND BEFORE THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AT ALLONE OF MY DUDE INTRODUCED New Star Auto Body Shop AND IM SO GRAD THAT I FOUND RIGHT PLACE FOR MY VAN- THE OWNER FULLY CHECKED MY VAN AND HE DID NOT FOUND MAJOR ISSUE- JUST MINOR PROBLEMS LIKE TIRE ALIMENT AND ETC.THANK YOU FOR BEING HONEST WITH MY CAR AND FAST SERVICE.VERY TRUSTABLE, A++!

My brakes were in rough shape. They took me in and had all my brakes and new rotors installed in 2 hours. The wait was easy with free hot cups of coffee and great customer service. I have been to so many auto mechanic shops before. Most of them are not trust worthy. They tell me one thing and later on they call me to tell me something else must change. I got ripped off.Finally, I am so happy I find this place. I have been coming to this place for the last year or so. They are amazing people, very honest and professional. Their price is fair and they do a highly quality work. Most of all they are very timely. I recommend this place to everyone.

This is my trusted, go-to auto repair shop. Very kind and professional service, great at diagnosing problems, very aware of issues related to the make and age of my car. The staff here are all pleasant and helpful. I always feel like I get a good value here. They do not push repairs you don t need and look out for their customers. They take the time to explain and answer questions, and are honest with you about what repairs pertain to safety and what repairs can be foregone or delayed due to cost benefit-issues. So grateful to have their expertise and care of my car.

I had auto body work done and I m very satisfied with the results. I chose this shop because of the good reviews and John seemed like a very genuine person when providing the estimate. Went here today for a quote on repairs and, hands down, received the best customer service out of any auto shop I've ever been to. Joe was polite, friendly, professional and gave me the most honest, truthful assessment of costs and options that I've ever received from anyone at any auto shop I've been to. A Wonderful, Highly Recommended this place to everyone in town!1. Customer Service: Owner and Technicians are down to earth pleasant gentleman to work with. They walk through me the whole process and was super helpful by keeping me updated and never felt pressured with anything.2. Honest & Quality of Work: I went to three different vendors before choosing "New Star Auto Repair & Body" and they were by far the cheapest and I felt confident that it was very fair and I would not be getting a call saying they needed to add additional repairs. The car looks brand new and I am extremely pleased with their work.I highly recommend this place to everyone and would definitely come back if need arises. Love this place.Some places overprice and do work that is not necessary. At new star, they are a breath of fresh air. Their prices are reasonable, they do not do unnecessary work and they are honest in their diagnosis. John is the reason i patronize this place. Ask for John, he is the best!

From the first encounter with Esther at the front desk to the courteous and efficient service provided by the technicians (oil change & power steering fluid issues) I was very impressed by their professionalism and fair pricing. I plan on patronizing this shop for all of my auto maintenance/mechanic/body jobs. This business was highly recommended to me and I in turn highly recommend to potential clients.

Never find a place like this fast, extremely knowledgeable(the best knowledgeable place in this area), very professional, friendly customer service. Great service and very reasonably priced. I needed my hood adjusted after an accident and they took care of me in thirty minutes with no appointment. I really appreciat that they didn't try to give me a runaround or recommend a bunch of stuff that I didn't need like a lot of other auto places would have. I highly recommend New Star!

What an experience! Car died(starter). Dealer tried to rob me. Got 4 quotes, NewStar beat 'em all! With price, turn time, and even a tow! I cannot recommend/refer enough. I finally found my mechanic! Ask for Joseph. Very pleasant, thorough, and communicates! Met another guy and he was really sincere and pleasant also, should of got his name (shoutout to the guy in gray). Definitely going back for everything auto related.
