Picture it: Duluth, Ga., August 2023. I've just been rear ended while at a stop at the intersection of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Pleasant Hill Road. My bumper is askew. I have to return to Boston before I can get the car fixed, and I worry that the dangly bits will catch wind and cause the bumper to come off, somehow. I don't want to use duct tape because it looks terrible and would damage the paint, but don't know what to do.Enter New Master Auto Body.I saw good reviews online and being the obsessive, over-analytical person I am, I read multiple for various body shops but this one seemed the best (also closest, but that was sheer coincidental convenience). I stop by to ask them if there's anything that can even be done to protect the car from damage at high speeds for like 14 hours, and the gentleman behind the counter and one from inside the garage come together, and within ten minutes, have a temporary fix that - denting and scratching aside - makes it look like it never happened. They were incredibly helpful, kind, fast - and rest assured, if someone as neurotic as I am about protecting my high value investments (car) feels confident in a company that you will too. Seriously.

Went in to get my front bumper replaced. They gave me a quote within 15 minutes where other places gave me a quote days later. Once I signed up for them to fix my car up, they estimated 3 business days to get my car back. To my surprise, they ended up having it fixed and ready for pick up the next day! They did a fantastic job changing the front bumper. My car looks good as new and you can't tell at all my car had body work done. Would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone in need of body work on their car. They are honest, fairly priced, and do a good job!

I recently had the experience of having my car repaired by Master Auto for a car collision repair. The work was extraordinary and the customer service was top-notch. Although we had been give a date; when Esther took over the call, she emphatically said that the date Hector had given me was unavailable. when I asked to speak to Hector; she became furious and would not let me get a word in edgewise. Very rude service for Esther, when Hector had been so nice, at once point shouting, "Your not listening to me". Since she would not answer my questions, I scheduled my my repairs at another shop.

New Master was very friendly, and helped me to replace my license plate brackets quickly, and efficiently saving me the hassle of driving without a plate on my bumper. Will use them again in the future for anything else that might pop up.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Stopped in today for an estimate on a small dent on my rear bumper. I didn't get an estimate, but I did get my dent fixed in the parking lot free of charge. Highly recommend.

The staff is amazing! I was informed every step of the way during the time my car was being worked on which I appreciated so much. My car looks better than the day I brought it in. Happy Customer! Amazing service! I can't thank the whole crew enough. Y'all serviced my damaged car more than what was promised to me. I truly appreciate the honesty, the quick turnaround and price. (compared to Hendricks Collision Ctr) ...Jimmy, thank you so much! I left my car badly scratched up, I came back 3 days later and everything was gone like they were never there PLUS they power washed the exterior, vacuumed and polished the interior! & if thats not enough, they have lifetime warranty on the work they've done! My car looks brand new!!

A lady backed into my car late on a Friday evening and caused damage to my rear end (tail light, fender, bumper, wheel, etc). This was my first accident and I was clueless about what steps to take. Thankfully, New Master was not only open on Saturday morning to accept my vehicle, the gentleman that assisted me, Douglas, was so kind and helpful to me as I filed my claim with my insurance AND took steps to ensure that I was able to get my rental car that morning as well. I took my car in at 9am and was back home with my rental car by 1130am - it was the easiest car thing I've ever had to do and I credit Douglas with most of that ease!The repairs were estimated to take about a week and Douglas called a couple times that week with updates. I picked up my car the Friday after first dropping it off and it was beautiful. Nothing was out of place and the car looked as if nothing had happened!I truly appreciate the work that New Master completed and will shout from the rooftops the excellent care and customer service of Douglas.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

These guys are fantastic! Had someone rear end me and Doug went out of his way to provide me with detailed instructions throughout the process. They were flexible with my schedule and even offered to meet me after their closing time. They went above and beyond with the work that needed to be done and the repairs look excellent! You can't tell the car was ever hit.They exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend them to anyone! Way to take what would normally be a stressful affair and make it painless.

My experience at Lucky Auto Body was really great. A representative named Doug was very flexible with me and my work schedule to get the car fixed at my convenience. They repaired and replaced parts on the passenger front end of car that got damaged from a Deer. I was really impressed with the Quality of the work and Doug made sure I was taken care of.

Excellent work on my vehicle and great customer service. Had the car back 1 week early with the exterior and interior detailed. They even gave me a discount when one was not warranted or asked for. If you need work done on your car, ask for Doug.

I took my car in to get fixed from an accident and got it back looking better than when I bought it. They offered quality and friendly service. Ken was so kind and kept me up to date every step of the way. I usually take my car to the dealer for service and repairs but will be taking it to them from now on. LUCKY AUTO BODY and PAINT REPAIR deserves 10 stars! I was provided top-notch service by Eddie from my very first visit all the way up until the work was completed...the entire process was stress-free, the repair estimate/price was reasonable and the finished work was impeccable! Excellent service, great detailed work!! They detailed the whole car, even cleaned the inside . Doug helped me thru the whole process, and was very helpful. I definitely recommend. Estimated time was two weeks, they gave it back to me in a week in a half.

Awesome awesome awesome . My car was returned looking brand new. They even finished the job earlier than the original estimate. I would recommend them if you are looking. I feel the rates are reasonable and the staff treated me with respect not a dollar sign.

I dropped my car off with Progressive after being hit by one of their policy holders. They assumed liability and said that they would choose the body shop. I was a bit skeptical of getting a quality repair. I picked my car up today and found out that they chose Lucky's Auto. The repairs are phenomenal. Panel gaps/alignment were spot on! Paint matched to perfection. They even washed and vacuumed the whole car. I am throughly pleased with the work that was performed!
