Friendly and honest staff, efficient service and decent pricing. I purchased a full set of tires a couple years ago, and they patched two of my tires when I got nails in them. 5 stars all around.

Came in to get my front rotors and pads replaced. Great service. Great prices. Knowledgeable & friendly staff. Overall a really positive experience. I ll definitely be coming back the next time I need tires or brakes done.

This Mavis has the BEST service! I found a nail in my tire while at work & called to asked for help. They were quick to answer and super nice! When I arrived they were already set up & ready to assist me. They were able to patch up my tire in no time. 10/10 Will be coming back in the future!

Very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly professionals. Manager Joe was helpful and advised me on necessary parts and repairs needed on my car. Also, Nishia was both friendly and courteous along with their entire staff. I had a very nice experience!

Great experience. Joseph/John was very helpful. Also, they price match tires. Being that my tires are 19 inches and low profile they can be expensive. Mavis made my experience spending the money so much better with their customer service. I never like going to maintenance shops because i would be there all day. At Mavis, I was in and out in less than an hour. Again, great experience and great customer service.

This, Mavis is amazing. They did a great job diagnosing my car. they fixed it for me that day. Joe does amazing job managing the store works well with the guys in the back and the people in the front to get things done on time. Thank you so much I will be back for next time when I need tires.

Brought my car in for a screw in my tire and they very quickly got me in and back up and running! They were very professional and kind. The waiting area was equipped with all outlets and plugs needed if you had to hang for a bit. Super convenient! Will definitely be back.

Great costumer service, fast, and most importantly honest and transparent feedback.As a woman with not a lot knowledge of cars I am always afraid of what I am going to be told when walking into a shop.Joe was very attentive and helped us with the best way possible.I recommend

Recently visited this business, Nishia who worked in the front was so friendly and extremely helpful, and got our car in very fast. Eugene who was working on the headlights on the car quickly and swiftly changed our fuses for our headlights. Kedreal put the tires on and let us know when the next time to change our tires. Lastly, Joe helped us get a good price on the tires as well. The entire team was very respectful, I will definitely be coming back for there help next time.

I called to get my car done Nishia answered and said bring your car in and right when I got here they started on my car. The service was exceptional if I could give them 100 stars I would. I am definitely coming back. This will be my go to car fixing from now on.

Joe and his staff at this Mavis are very polite, friendly and accommodating. I had a slight issue and pulled in here on a whim. The shop took care of me quickly and we found the problem. Thank you Joe for your great service!

Brought in a car that we were test driving and we wanted to get it inspected to make sure it was a good car to purchase. Joe was amazing, he quickly pulled the car in and lifted it to inspect the vehicle. Very detailed and Great customer service.Would recommend this location at all.Thanks Joe!!

I went into the Pleasant Hill location to get a nail out of one of my tires and then have the tire patched. Joe, who was at the counter, was very friendly and made time to fit me into their schedule and get my tire repaired quickly. Thank you for your great customer service!!!

Joe Cash and his team did an excellent job for me and my family yesterday. He worked in all three of our cars, replaced a damaged tire, and repaired a couple of tires on my son s truck which had nails in them. Joe and his team were professional, diligent, and turned all three cars around in less than two hours. I definitely recommend Joe and his team. His location is hands down the best Mavis location that I have ever visited.

I appreciate Mavis Tire in Duluth on Pleasant Hill Rd. They were very pleasant to work with, happy to install my headlight. I asked if they would check my tires, I had recently purchased 4 new tires, and they found a nail and promptly patched that as well. I ve taken my car to them for tires and oil changes for years and will continue to! Thank you Mavis Tire!

I don t recommend a lot of places but I highly recommend this place after shopping around this place was the best at the price and also Joe Cash the manager. He will not sell you. You will leave very pleased they do not charge you for anything that hasn t been done they charge you for exactly the things that the car needs, they let you know ahead of time. Great place great experience will be buying all my tires from here from here on out from this place.My Jeep and Tacoma look amazing!!!

Manager Joe, and the guys at Mavis are truly the best...! I was headed to work when I could tell I was going flat on my rear tire. I pulled in to Mavis on Pleasant Hill Rd to get so I could make it back home. The tire was tearing apart, my spare tire rim is bent and cant be used, and I didn't have my card to get a tire. After explaining to Joe my situation, he had the tech (sorry, didn't get his name) take the tire off the spare rim (did I mention the rim car is bent and cant be used..smh) and place it on the car.Not only had I decided this is where I was now coming for my tire needs, Joe then told me there was NO CHARGE to switch tires....!!!This is the level of customer service that can automatically sway a consumer to revisit a business. They were not looking to sell a tire to a person in a jam, but helped a person needing a quick fix in a jam, which was a Blessing.I'll be returning for four new Blackhawk tires this month...!!!Thanks again Joe and everyone at Mavis...!!!

Usually for me, a visit to any tire store is second only to my bi-annual dentist office visit. Not here!Joe and his team at the Duluth Mavis Tire Center were attentive, honest, and efficient. The store is clean and easy to access off Pleasant Hill Rd, just east of Peachtree Industrial. I will definitely come back here whenever the time comes for tire or battery service.

This is one of the best and cleanliest mavis I have been too. I had a flat this morning when I came in they were kind of busy. Joe still made sure to greet me and took care of me right away. The staff here is beyond amazing and this is the place for your car needs. I can t express how amazing the service was for me.

My experience was awesome! The manager Lei is very professional. I dropped off my BMW & Lei called me the next morning with the diagnosis. It was an issue where I had to take the vehicle back to where I purchased it from. I really appreciated his honesty & professional. I highly recommend this location.

I arrived early and the doors were already unlocked, the lights were on, and Joe was waiting to help. He did a great job! I was under time pressure to get my vehicle fixed, and Joe made sure the work was done and that I was out of there as soon as possible. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.
