I can t thank Isaac Dalton, David and Rj enough for all they done to help me get the most perfect vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and these awesome guys!! I didn't go to the service center or meet any of that staff, however they did an awesome job detailing the car and changing the tires and had it upfront and ready when i arrived to pick it up!! Superior service!!Tell them Sheilah sent you!

I have a Range Rover and Jaquar. Had an appointment with Service advisor Andrew. I came in and he was on the phone. He never acknowledged me as I was standing right in front of his desk. After about 5 minutes Elwin approached who acknowledged me waiting and took great care of all my needs. He will be my Service advisor for the future. He saved the day and my faith in choosing your location.Service: Auto maintenance

This location had my vehicle for two months due to the part being on backorder. They put me in a loaner vehicle and communicated well with me until the part arrived. The issue came once I picked up my vehicle. Once I picked up my vehicle, the inside had leaves and pine needles all in the inside. The air in all four of my tires was low. The four screws that hold my battery cover in place under the hood were INSIDE my vehicle in the cup versus actually being under the hood holding it in place. Lastly my car battery was low. That s unacceptable for a service center to return your vehicle to you in that type of condition. Especially a luxury vehicle service center. At minimum, my vehicle should have been vacuumed out before returning it to me considering it was clean when I gave it to them. Furthermore, if you know you ve had my vehicle for over two months, why would you not charge my battery before returning my vehicle to me. Lastly, ALL FOUR of my tires are low. Checking the tire pressure before returning a vehicle is a simple task that s done when you get an oil change, it should definitely be done when having a major service done; especially considering you ve had my vehicle for over 2 months. Then to top it off, I called and spoke to the service manager and he didn t care. He had an excuse for the every thing single I told him versus having a solution or accommodating me in some way. Not returning to this location again. I ll go to the Buckhead location.

Service dept is horrible. I bought my car in back in December for a diesel exhaust fluid problem and they said it was my tank. So they replaced my tank. It took a month to do.then I got my car back and then a week later, the same problem occurred. Turns out it was never the tank the entire time so I spent almost $4000 for no reason at all. Turns out it was the whole system it was $5000 and on top of that. The service advisor never returns my call. I just expected way more from a high end dealership like Land Rover

Dropped off SUV, they evaluated the needs, let me know the items with associated costs, told me what items were priority. They made the repairs, they called me when it was ready, which was within the time stated, and i picked up my vehicle. It was Washed, and ready to go. Austin was professional and let me know exactly how long the repair would take as well as the exact cost of the repair before it was started. He kept me updated throughout the process and the final bill was exactly what he stated to me. Service advisor (Andrew Fabec) is great! I do have some doubt on the technicians & quality checkers. My most recent repair pick up on 7/29/2022, my vehicle was not completely put back in the manner in which it was dropped off. Some panels and spare tire compartment was not replaced. I m still evaluating the solidness of the cam repair (believe I have a weird ticking noise in the engine area).Services: Electrical, Engine repair

The General Manager goes above and beyond for every customer in the dealership!! The tech that repaired my car was second to none and made sure my car was finished on time. Sadly, My service advisor (Cristian) and The Service Manager (Paul) tried to ruin my experience. Money pit after i told them i switched the battery twice already they charge 220 for a diagnosis telling me they cant go forward unless i pay 600 dollars for a new battery and only than they can proceed with further diagnostics what a waste of time. Elwin the service advisor also stated my car nattery was shot and dead but i randomly showed up to get my car and what do you know. Car started right up no battery issues stay away from here.Service: Electrical

Went in with my suspension stuck in low, terrain control malfunction, and when put in park the parking break automatically turned on Diagnostics came back that I needed to replace the terrain control box. Seems simple enough, but of course this is a 6K part. Almost funny considering I have a 10 year old Range Rover worth 12K tops. Obviously did not replace. I ll be stuck in low suspension and take the parking brake off moving forward. Also only rated a 3 because it took nearly a month to even get looked at, and charged $250 to just tell me what was wrong with no actual service worked preformed. Seems all negative so far but the service professional was nice and straight forward keeping the experience from being a 1 or 2Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

This place is horrible. Staffs here are just complete ignorance. Tried to scam me into doing an alignment when I just recently got the service done at the Buckhead location. Please save yourself a trip and time and don t bring your vehicle here for service. Buckhead location is where you need to bring your vehicles to.
