Good experience here! They offer a Groupon, which is so helpful in this day and age. The mechanics were friendly and did a good job. My oil change only took about 20 minutes, which was really nice. Another location in Gwinnett took longer and they did not have a waiting room. The waiting room was comfortable, although their coffee was ice cold and their soda machine was broken. (I don't come to Jiffy Lube for those reasons so it does not get calculated in my 4 stars, but figured I would mention it).They washed and vacuumed the front interior of my car, which is something not every Jiffy Lube does. They did not try to upsell other products, like new windshield wipers, air filters and other products that other Jiffy Lubes do. I appreciate all they did and will definitely be back!

Thank you Caesar for the patience and kindness over the phone. You were the only one I talked to that didn t sound like I was bothering you. Customer service starts on the phone and not just when a customer is already there. You made me choose y all because of this. *Came for oil change and transmission fluid* He also tightened my loose battery, check for error codes, gave me windshield wiper fluid and topped off my coolant for free! I left there with my car literally smoking. I mean possible engine damage type smoke. Had to go directly down the road to the ford dealership. Waiting to hear how bad it is. I'm sure its catastrophic. What I find even more surprising is that these genius really sent me a survey. Amazing. I dont expect they'll be around much longer.

Asked for blended and they gave me synthetic (although they agreed to price me for what I asked for). Inside waiting area is really gross- pee on seat in bathroom and reeks inside

You know, I really wanted to give this place a great review. I really did. From the time I got there until the time I left it was a really impressive visit. Everybody was friendly, the work was done fast, it just seemed like a great operation. I came in as a new customer for an oil change and to have a coolant reservoir that I had just bought from the Ford dealership up the road installed. It had been leaking slightly from around the seam and since I drive around 3000 miles a week I can't afford to take any chances when an issue arises.As I said before the work was done quickly and seemingly professionally and I was impressed with them at the time I left. I had intended to give them a great review based on what had already happened.After I got just a few miles down the road, I noticed my air conditioning wasn't cold anymore. Having never had a problem before it seems odd, then I realized that the engine was overheating. I shut off the engine and let it cool at the intersection of Satellite Boulevard and Beaver Ruin Road I believe. After a few minutes I started the engine for a few seconds to get it across the street and then was able to Coast into my office complex. From there I switch vehicles and went to the parts store to get some antifreeze. I came back and refilled the new Reservoir, and let the engine run hoping that maybe there was just a air bubble in the cooling system. After a few minutes coolant started spraying out and I was able to find a connection in the back that they had not secured. It had blown the hose off and was spraying antifreeze out from that spot. I was able to reconnect it, refill the system, and so far I have not had any other issues knock on wood. I called the store manager and explain what happened to him, and he was apologetic for what it happened. I decided at that point not to leave a review one way or the other. After stopping for fuel in Greenville South Carolina I noticed that the oil change sticker they put in the top of the windshield they placed right on top of the old one. They didn't even bother to remove the old sticker. That was the last straw. Despite the fact that everything seemed to go really well during the visit, with all the issues I've had afterwards I can't recommend this place.

Jiffy lube took care of me right away was in and out in no time. They were very friendly and repeated what I didn't understand. Next time I need oil change this is the location I will go to

horrible customer service, did oil change for my promaster city. it was full synthetic it supposed to be 10 thousand mile for the next oil change. surprisingly I had a warning message stated oil low presume on dashboard.went to mechanical shop. No oil on the engine. the mechanic checked every spot in the engine for oil leaks, none.avoid this location.

Cesar, and his guys there were very nice and have great customer service. He only told me things to improve my car, he was not out to get my money like grease monkey does. They clean your windows and make sure you know everything for next visit. Absolutely amazing first time experience. The gentlemen there who worked on my car were very polite, respectful, and worked efficiently. I also felt like I got more out of my oil change because they patiently explained the types of oil and what would work best for me at a good value. They could've easily gotten me to pay double for a higher oil, but they were very honest and confidently recommended the most basic grade for my car, given specific care instructions to accommodate that choice. I'm very impressed.

Matthew was GREAT! He replaced my front brakes and rotors. He educated me on how it all works, He was very professional and nice I absolutely love that I called Jiffy Lube. He put air in my tires . Matthew was great! Best place for an oil change! Especially if they aren t busy they go above and beyond what you come in for. I always feel extra pampered when I take my vehicles here. Very disorganized...manager and employee were arguing. My oil change took an hour and 30 min and there was only me and a customer in the bay. Receipt said I declined topping of fluids...I did not. I guess they were upset I didn't want the overpriced air filter...never again.

First off, I don t know auto jargon, so I often need help from employees when operating on my car. I pulled in and no one came out to greet me until I had walked out of my car and locked it so it made a honking noise. They did not offer me pricing on the different oil types and were completely unhelpful. I didn t know what to say so I said regular with which the employee replied synthetic? . I then said I didn t know again and they issued me inside. I was shocked to learn I was paying 115 dollars on my oil change when usually it costs only about 50 or so. As bad as that was, when I got in my car my steering wheel had oil all over it which got on my hands and didn t help my situation. This could be chalked up to my ignorance, but I think it is their job to help me get the right service for my vehicle and budget.Service: Oil change

They was very rude, and wanted to charge me 5 dollars to put air in one tire to pocket theirselves. And then was rude. I would not recommend and will be calling corporate about their nasty customer service.

Deceptive pricing. I asked the manager how much for an oil change for my vehicle. He quoted me a price of $85. After completion, the final total was right at $100. He tells me it required an additional quart of oil which resulted in extra cost. They do this daily and should know in advance how much oil is required for a particular vehicle prior to service. Sounds a little crooked to me.Service: Oil change

I am posting this review because although the issue has been resolved it s important for future customers to be warned. I took my vehicle in for an oil change. The employees accidentally emptied the transmission fluid. If they had been honest about the mistake I would have been understanding, however I am addressing this because they intentionally lied and concealed the mistake resulting in not only irreparable damage to my transmission but the potential endangerment of myself and others on the road. Beware of any service you receive at this location.

the manager Matt was very attentive and very helpful. I was not in there all day and made an appointment and he got me in out in a reasonable fashion. Will definitely return to get my oil changed and my tires rotated next time I go there. Thank you for all that you did.

This Jiffy Lube was super quick and very knowledgeable. I was in and out. They were very patient and accommodating when my car wouldn't start after they completed the oil change. I had a bad battery apparently so they put a test on it charged it for me and I headed to the nearest AutoZone. But they were all super professional I'm very nice.

Matthew is AMAZING!!!! Excellent Customer Service!! I had a nail in my tire and I had driven to 4 other places that told me they couldn t do it today! I am super appreciative that this location made time to help me!!!! I feel like we live in a time where most businesses lack customer service but this business went out of their way for my safety!! So many locations don't do anything but oil changes anymore. I'm sure a lot of this may be if the company isn't great to work for, so talented individuals probably take their skills elsewhere, but this is the only location I've been to in a very long time that does more than just oil changes. I don't want to have to go multiple places to get my brakes, oil change, and emissions done. This place has it all! They're super friendly and professional, and I highly recommend using them!Services: Brakes, Oil change
