We had a leaky Honda Civic. Several places told us it wasn't worth fixing but I wanted another 200,000 miles out of it. Bill and company fixed the leak and some other necessary items. She is running very smooth. Very impressed and will be bringing the car here anytime work is needed.

Best mechanic experience I've had in 30 years of driving and maintaining a car. My MDX was showing alerts on the Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA). When I brought it in Bill did a full inspection of the car and identified a number of issues. He walked me through each issue and advised that I should defer fixing one of them until the 200,000 mile service as it would be fine until then and would be easier to fix then (when replacing the timing belt).He also recommended I buy a reconditioned part online to replace the broken VSA modulator, which took 10 minutes to do and saved $1000 (he advised that while the VSA modulators did occasionally break, it wasn't really an age thing and a reconditioned part would have the same lifespan as a new one). In total, his advice let me know exactly what issues to track on my car, and saved me a couple thousand on the repair bill.And the repairs he did make were great, no issues, fast, easy and car drives like new again... Thank you Bill and Hond-A Tech for great service!

These guys fixed my old Honda overnight using Denso OEM parts. Hendrick Gwinnett Honda couldn't fix it in two weeks' time using auto store parts, requiring me to tow it again to a real Honda mechanic. God bless you, Bill!

BE CAREFUL AND PRAYERFUL: They can definitely fix your car but after my last visit, I decided not to return.I took my car in and it did not have any check engine lights. When I got it back, the VSA (Vehicle Stabilize Assit) was on and he claimed I needed a new computer. He told me to go back to the dealership when he just fixed a damaged grill the dealership messed up on my car. I am tired of these questionable mechanics. Just be careful and if you always have to bring your car back every few months, get another mechanic.

Excellent! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable! Just came for an oil change and to have a noise checked out, they knew exactly what it was! My Accord will be coming back here for sure!

Went for an oil change, came out with a leaking oil filter since the incorrect one was used. Once I drained the oil and did it myself. I realized the oil was never changed. I came here thinking they'd do right, man was I wrong.

Mr. Bill is absolutely amazing. I came before having gone to multiple mechanics who were saying different things were wrong with my car with concerned me and had me going crazy trying to find a solution to it all. He was fast and was completely honest with me. We were able to discuss my car concerns and he provided me with a solution to it all. If you are on the fence about whether or not to come here, let me be one of many people to tell you to come check this place out. I don t usually post many reviews but I just wanted to tell everyone about the experience I had at Honda Acura Repair in Duluth. Just wanted to thank the owner Bill and his crew for doing a great job on my 2012 Acura TSX. I bought this car used a few months ago and realized that it needed a lot of maintenance. I took it to other places for the service but still had issues. The main reason I toot it to Honda Acura repairs was for an oil leak. The other repair shop told me that the leak was not major and not to be too concerned. As a female I just was not comfortable with that option, so I took it to Bill s place. I researched the Honda Acura repair shop on line and found out the reviews were good.They inspected the car and found the reason for the leak and repaired it as well as showing me other things that needed to be replaced. They even showed me the old worn out parts that the replaced. Today my car runs great.Thanks Bill and his crew. Honda Acura. Bill is amazing, he replaced my front assembly struts and sway bar. He told me to get a tire alignment since his shop is too small for it. I ran into an issue with the alignment and brought the car back to hear his opinion. Not only did he show me the problem but he fixed it for free and saved me from spending $1000 on a part that only required bolt tightening. I would trust his shop over any other and will continue to support his business.

I have never had service done here but just off customer service alone I would never use or recommend this shop. I called to get a quote for engine replacement on a 05 Acura RL. The car is older yes, but it has sentimental value. Before I can even give all the specs, Phil cut me off to tell me don't waste my money...it's better to just sell it and get a newer car (as if everyone's situation is the same) I explained to him that I don't care about the year if the car will rides new. He then told me a wild quote of $12k. Not sure if the shop is just too busy, but I will definitely take my buissnes elsewhere.

Long story , short. Bill Charged me $1000 to have the same issue within hours of getting the car "fixed". Then , during my final visit, told me I need a transmission and they do not work on transmissions . He should've said that prior to fixing the vehicle. However, his reasoning was " why send you to get a transmission if the smaller " fix" could have worked!" ...Why suggest a person to spend $1k for a "possible bandage solution". RIP OFF AND FULLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. Females, BEWARE! A positive-up side, Bill is a nice person and plays good poker at his desk. If you're going for a basic KNOWN issue, you should be ok. You'll be in and out. Just make sure the work on your receipt was truly done prior to leaving.In addition, he charged me $14 bucks for a radiator cap and twice for transmission fluid in two days... only added... he did not do a trans flush, which was needed.$1K in the hole and a car that's not working. I WILL NOT RETURN!

These guys are awesome! Made my appointment just for an oil change and tire rotation and they found that I needed an alternator and 2 oil gaskets. I was taking my car to another Honda specialist and they never found it. Also, prices are reasonable. I just want to be able to take my car to someone who will be straight up with me and take care of my car as if I were doing the job myself.

I called to get a quote on a job for my civic 2003, they were really rude. Instead of wanting to do business they told me to go on YouTube and wish me luck then hung up. I called the shop of a reason if I wanted to do it myself I wouldn t even of called. Would not recommend trying to do business with them.

Once again, Bill saved me hundreds after another shop said I needed unnecessary repairs. Wish every place had the same ethics. If you have a Honda or Acura, this is the place to go. No BS, just quality repairs.

If you want your Honda fixed with outstanding quality and great time efficiency, this is the spot. I met Bill and he was very honest and went the extra mile in his services. He made sure to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car instead of trying to overcharge me like most general mechanics do. Honestly, bring your car here, it will be worth it!!! I highly recommend this shop, don't waste your money anywhere else!

Bill knows everything about Hondas. He identifies and fixes problems very quickly and his charges are very nominal. He gives warranty on the jobs that he does similar to dealership. It s truly worth having him as my mechanic for my Honda.

Bill was great! Called yesterday and explained my issue. He immediately knew what was wrong before I even mentioned that I d taken it to the dealership for a diagnostic. I ve been bringing my Honda and Acura here for over 10 years. Bill is fantastic, as is his crew. I ve always sworn by them. But I ve had my latest car in with them several times to figure out a squeaking issue, and they worked on the car several times, doing basic routine maintenance, with no resolution. I ve since taken it elsewhere. Although I trust Hond A Techs with my car, they ve grown and have a huge workload of vehicles lately. I think they re just too busy to figure out odd problems with vehicles and resolve them. For routine maintenance, I wouldn t go anywhere else but here. However if anything else is wrong with your car, it would be a waste of time and money. Search for someone less busy.Services: Tires, Engine repair, Brakes

DO NOT COME HERE! Save your money and go some where else. This place is a scam! They charged me 1,100 bucks for a valve that costs 50 bucks and wouldn t give me my money back. Worst customer service ever! When I asked for receipts he said he wasn t going to show me them. The owner said I should be happy I didn t have to buy a new engine and that he saved me money . I didn t need a new engine. Check your receipts people because they are over charging!

This is a great shop. Very easy to work with, honest and friendly. I have been using them for quite a while and where they really shine is in standing behind their work. Bill installed two catalytic converter's on my 05 Honda pilot last year, they began to have problems and he just replaced them at no charge! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Bill runs an excellent shop. He's is always upfront with his quotes and I have never ever had any problem with him or the work his shop performs whatsoever. I would suggest anyone that has a Honda use his shop. Quality work!!!!

Bill and his team did a fantastic job on my 2010 CR-V, which was not an easy fix. My AC went out and needed several new components replaced. I had never been here, but I could tell they were knowledgeable from the beginning. Bill kept me updated throughout the process. I called the dealership and realized I was saving a significant amount and still getting great service here. Will definitely be back!

Our family has taken all of our Honda/Acuras to Hond-A-Tech for years. Owner Bill and the crew are no nonsense people who tell you the prices up front and never recommend a service you don t need. They always pin point the issue and get the job done. They use all Honda original for service. Worth the 35min drive.

Do not trust the good reviews. Horrible customer service. I never leave reviews, but this experience definitely calls for one! Friday I dropped my car off in the morning and Bill the owner told me my car would be ready around 3. I Ubered back home and waited all day. Not once did anyone call me to tell my my car was ready. So close to 5pm I decide to call and ask if it s ready. The person I spoke with on the phone said yes and based off the tone of voice I can tell it had BEEN ready for pick up (they knew I was in route) So I arrive 5:20 ish. The shop is completely closed although everywhere online AND EVEN THE SHOP DOOR SAYS 6PM. AND the shop is closed on the weekend and opens Monday. Because of my work schedule I wouldn t even be able to pick it up until Thursday. I call the number online and on the shop window at least 5 times with no answer. I find the owner Bill on Facebook and comment on his post . I finally get a call back approximately an hour later. Not only did he not offer an apology for the huge inconvenience he goes on to explain he s at lake Lanier and asked if I can come pick up my car in the morning. His tone on the phone was very nonchalant and did not care. I had to explain to him that I need my car to work the following morning ONLY then did he offer to meet at 8:30pm. When I went to pick up my car he was not there he sent one of his workers that did not care or show remorse either. A shame I would not recommend to my worst enemy . Let s hope that my car is actually fixed. Worst experience I ve ever had at a repair shop. If I could rate 0 I would.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Bill and his crew are knowledgeable and very helpful in diagnosing issues. I have a pretty old car and he has helped me keep it on the road. Highly recommend if you have a Honda/Acura that you need work on and don t have any idea where to go.

Bill was great to work with and didn't try to pressure me into doing a bunch of work that I didn't need to have done like they normally do when I take my vehicle to the dealer. He fixed a few problems on the car that I had at a fair price and got the work done quickly. This is the only place that I'll be bringing my MDX to from now on and have already recommended him to family members who have Acura's to bring their cars here.

Bill is awesome. Knows exactly what is wrong with my Acura MDX. Went for timing belt earlier this year and was not disappointed. Yesterday my alternator failed and bill fixed it for a very good price. For Hondas and Acuras this place can't be beat.
