Went to get an oil change/ tire rotation and cvt fluid change. They recommended I change my engine air filter, but I decided I would do it myself. Later that afternoon my filter was delivered from Amazon and when I popped the hood I was shocked to see that my coolant was completely empty- literally bone dry. They didn t top it off or even mention it- had I not changed my filter I would ve never even known. I get all my oil changes here and they never mentioned it even though they claim they topped off the other fluids- which they did not. They also did not check my air pressure or rotate the tires as they claimed. I m now doubtful if they did any of the things I paid for. I am taking my car to check if the transmission oil is in fact new as I completely distrust their work now. In the past, I had my radiator changed only to find a few days later that not only did they not put fluid in the new radiator, but they also didn t even bother to put the cap back on.I only noticed it was empty because they lost the cap.I gave them a second chance after that stupidity just to realize I should ve never went back there because they are simply untrustworthy. Find somewhere else

Their service agents can t be trusted here. First off, I bought my truck here, and there was a $300 charge for nitrogen filled tires at the first cold snap my tire pressure went down about 8 psi. Which tells me there was no nitrogen in them.Then at my 5k oil change I complain about a noise in my wheel well, they say they need to order a part and they would call when it came in never hear from them. At my next visit, there is no record in my file, but the service agent says I remember this, we called you and left messages this phone never leaves my side, I would ve gotten those messages.At the same visit my car needed an oil change at 10k miles per the dash notification but was told my car also needed wheels rotated/balanced/aligned, all filters changed, etc. And when I questioned it, was basically told it needed to be done to keep the warranty valid. So of course I do it. Fast forward to my 15k notification, my dash says oil/filter/wheels which is weird to me because I just had them done. So I then decide to take my car to a different dealership, Town Center Nissan. I don t say anything but that I need an oil change that service agent then tells me I m due for the 15k service WHICH IS ALL THE THINGS I HAD DONE AT 10k! I show him my receipt from that visit, and he confirms it was done early. So I was basically lied to by this dealership and made to service my car early.So save yourself the trouble, and go to Town Center Nissan. The staff is more pleasant, more friendly, and the turn around time is faster.

I drove 300 miles to have a new tire put on a 2020 I purchased 6 days ago.The tire had a nail in it and they said they plugged it. When I got their and told the service department I was there for a tire replacement, no one in service could find my name nor a service on the car I purchased . Then finally, a young lady came out and told me to take a seat she would help me. It was a used tire they replaced on my car. I dont think I will buy another car from them. My Altama car was over priced for a 2020 without a built in navigation system.

My experience was great! My Salesman was very honest and transparent about what I could and couldn t afford and what were the best options considering my credit score, my income, and the down payment I was willing to put down. Rod was extremely patient and thorough in his explanations and entire process. If it s your first time car shopping I highly suggest you seek his service.

Had a wonderful experience with the help of Naushad Khan. He was able to explain to me exactly what the source of the engine malfunction was and ensured it was fixed and well-documented. After poor experiences at 2 other Nissan service centers, I drove off the Gwinnett Place Nissan lot with confidence that the maintenance issue was resolved and I have indeed not had any further issues.

3 hours only for change oil.When i ask the guy when my car will be done i see in his desk have 3 car keys with the invoice. If I'm not asking maybe will be 4 hours. And he said let me do it the invoice.Please work because you don't do nothing when i asking you my car is.

I went for standard synthetic oil change at this service center with an appointment. My car mileage is 29k. I parked car in service area and waited for the advisor to arrive to take care of the request. No one came. Waited for five minutes and realized that things might be changed over time. Went to the advisor myself and requested service for the car. After 15 minutes, advisor mentioned that vehicle is inspected need a few mandatory services (rotate & balance tires, four-wheel alignment, cooling system fluid change, brake fluid change, transmission fluid exchange). Agreed to do those mandatory services. Total amount for the bill is $841.42. I informed him that I ve coupons received from them and make sure to honor those discounts (20% discount on labor and parts cost with cap as $100). He agreed. As per invoice statement, vehicle is ready within two hours. However, I waited for 3 hours in the waiting area. Messaged them no reply. Called them no reply. After three hours, advisor informed me that vehicle is ready. I paid the amount and reached home. After reviewing invoice with labor & parts cost, realized that applied discount is only $50 instead of $100. Called them for clarification. After five minutes, advisor informed me that discounts are already applied for individual items price, but not reflected in the invoice receipt. Did follow-up with another Nissan dealer for same services. Realized that this service center charged me more with higher waiting time and not applied the discounts what they promised to apply. I purchased car here three years back. Happy with car purchase , but not with their car service.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Oil change

Take heed of the reviews and scores as they are pretty spot on. If this is the closest Nissan dealer I get it, but I d also say be warned about service. I feel like the communication could have been better. I was told expected ETC's (estimates times of completion) yet when they were missed, I was the one calling to check status. I should have been called instead of calling. Also the text message thing doesn't work because I sent messages but got no reply.Lastly, pricing. They give you a price for a repair recommendation and if you decline it, they send you a 10% or 15% off coupon days later to get the same service done. When you simply say yes but can you honor the same 10% or 15% off in advance instead of making two trips, they will acknowledge it and say they can, you do the service, then they say they can t give you the percentage off because you don t have a coupon present. At least they got me like that. Another local Nissan dealer has far better pricing for the same service. I don t want to say the name because I think that diminishes my intent here to review Gwinnett Place Nissan, but I d recommend calling around.

Paid for oil change, tire rotation, and wash. Had appointment, waited almost 2 hours before they were done. Noticed they didn't wash it but left anyways because i didn't wanna wait any longer. Got home and realized they never even rotated the tires. Went back to tell the service advisor they didn't rotate the tires. He checked the notes and said "oh they didn't rotate them because they recommend new tires." But i wasn't told that, and was still charged for the tire rotation.Services: Tires, Oil change

Went there for my oil change appointment that I setup online. Waited in line for 10 mins to be told to go to a different rep, waited there another 15 mins and walked out. What is the point of taking appointment if you guys can't keep up. Also employees need to start taking redbulls or something, can be working like zombies at work. Y'all getting paid to work, we are not when waiting for you.

Took in my boyfriend's car for the ac to be repaired and we had a smart autocare warranty. All seemed fine until someone removed a part and it broke. They claimed it was due to corrosion and when we look at the pictures, we see no signs of corrosion. Not sure what they're trying to claim but they say the warranty does not cover corrosion. I am upset that they are trying to charge us for what seems to be a mistake made on their end and now we are forced to either repair it or take it back in a condition where it will not work correctly because of their "repairs." It is not a cheap fix either, the quote started around $2000 but then went up to $5000. I am upset that the price keeps changing and going up. I never had this problem at my kia dealership or any other mechanic I have used. It was always one quote and done. I am a reasonable person, I understand that mistakes happen, but everything that has happened with this repair has been awful. I would at least like to take the car back in the condition it was brought in as. This review will change if I get any better news on the situation, but it stands as is for now. EDIT: They found someone to weld the part back on. The car is working and I guess that's better than nothing.

I have brought my van in 4 times now to simply swap the interior cabin dome light. All 4 times they perform a multipoint vehicle inspection recommend other repairs than what I brought the vehicle in for, and then tell me they don t have the dome light in stock. Slow! No matter what service you get here and when you go, the wait time is horribly long! In fact it is this way at most Nissan service centers because the mechanics purposely draw our the time because they get paid by assignment on an hourly basis. So if they want to get paid properly th eyes can't get work done in the actual amount of time it really takes (which is a lot quicker than the excruciating wait time for any of their services). So I avoid Nissan Service centers since my car's warranty has ended. Their prices aren't that competitive either the closer you get to your warranty ending. At least they have free snacks water and cheap watery tasting coffee with cheap generic powder creamers.

They had very bad customer service. When I came not one person greeted me. I had to get a tire replaced and i got overcharged. The employees were very rude and took a long time to do simple things like give me an estimate and they all seemed uninterested. I would not recommend this service center.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY WHEN IT COME TO A REDUND THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE TO YOU. MANAGERS HIDE, DONT RETURN PHONE CALL, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND ALSO LIARS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 4 MONTH FOR A PHONE CALL AND A REFUND AND NODOBY SINCE TO CARE ABOUT MY PHONE CALL AND MY REFUND.. PLEASE DONT BUY OR DO NO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A WAY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY ONE WAY OR ANOTHER .. RUN RUN TUN AWAY.
