**BEWARE: This location will create issues to take your money.**I must begin by saying that Josh and Andre are the nicest guys you'll meet at any repair shop. Unfortunately, the practices of those which work for them are questionable at best, fraudulent at worst.I had my car towed here back in May 2023 as the alternator died. It was replaced with a new unit. Over the following months, issues arose, costing me $400+ over two batteries. The skid plate was loosely attached to the vehicle, causing other headaches, and had to be addressed 3 more times before it was finally secured properly.Oct 2023 I returned to this location with the same issues surrounding the alternator. After dropping another $32, I was sent on my way stating there was no issue and they couldn't replicate the problem, despite my explanations that the battery light has consistently flashed since replacement and the death of two batteries. I don't believe the vehicle was driven at all that day, for as soon as I left the shop, within 1 mile the problem persisted. During this time, the technician cites a known electrical issue with Nissan Maximas (research proved this statement false). Further, there were no documented or experienced electrical issues prior to having Firestone replace the alternator.Fast forward to November 18, 2023. The alternator dies again. The car is towed to Firestone 023027 again. Exasperated by the back and forth with the shop, I contact their corporate office. Corporate involvement resulted in the replacement of the alternator (which should have been done after the first report of the issue.) It also resulted in the shop keeping my vehicle for 4 days with no communication, no offer of alternative transportation during this time, and very little sympathy or accountability for the issues they helped develop.Finally get a call that the vehicle is ready for pickup on 21 Nov 23 at approx. 30 minutes til their closing time. I arrive at the shop, where a techincian asked me when was the last time someone worked on the engine. Reason? A wire was cut from the 2nd cylinder head, causing a misfire. All cylinders were functional prior to towing the vehicle. The tow truck driver never opened the hood. No work was completed on the cylinders, or the rest of the engine, in the 3 years preceeding this debacle. Of course, the person pointing this out denied responsibility in the sabotage of the vehicle.The shop repaired the cylinder but the sabotage didn't stop there. It was a muggy evening the night of 22 Nov 2023 when I arrived to collect the vehicle. I made a point to ask if there were any other malicious acts performed on the car prior to taking it home. Of course the answer was no (who'd admit to committing vandalism, after all?) Since the interior of the car was warm, I decided to turn on the A/C. To my astonishment, no cold air blew out. Just air. I was simply fed up at this point and decided to wash my hands of this particular location.Today is 02 Mar 2024. I decide to visit a different Firestone location for an oil change and to have the A/C repaired. I've been informed that the air compressor is broken and must be replaced. I now must spend another $1172 to get it fixed. Again, there were no prior issues with the compressor. The only change (mistake) was taking it to Firestone #023027.Do yourself a favor: Avoid this shop. Avoid the headaches, misinformation and acts sabotage for the sake of more money.

I did oil change and tire rotation for the first time and I will come back for my next one.Reasonable price, quick service, and straight to the point manager, Josh.Could not expect something better.

Josh, the Manager, and Mason, the Technician, provided excellent service and advise for my 2005 Silverado Truck. I could feel the improvement in the drive of the way my truck felt when I drove it after my visit to Firestone. Mason made adjustments with the alignment and I could feel that in the way my truck drove afterwards. The oil change and rotate and balance were all done correctly, being part of the smooth ride. Mason even replaced all the tire air valve caps with clean, new caps and correctly finger tightened them so they don't loosen and fall off. And Mason was the Technician that in a previous visit, found the cause of my brakes not working as good as they were supposed to, were some other techs missed it - he simply had to adjust the brakes themselves, that is tighten them a little because of normal wear.

The service manager was extremely rude, raised his voice, advised if I was not happy I could to file a complaint, simply because after they completed the oil change, as I was getting into my car I noticed an dark oily hand print in the 'middle' of the driver's seat, pointing directly to the spot , the service manager proceeded to show me other areas of my seat that he claimed was dirty, which made no sense as though to take the attention off of the spot. He then told me there was nothing he could do about it, I asked him to lower his tone, I told him it was unacceptable, and politely asked that he use something to clean if off. He did. I did go back into the store and shared this bad experience, he offered to reimburse me if I had it cleaned. Kind of him to offer, unfortunately the service manager was very unprofessional.

Not completed on time. Mgr gave a lousy excuse. Seemed like car was left idling unnecessarily outside for several minutes based on my findings when I got there.The end result was good, job was done right.

I had a flat tire on my way to work this morning. Pulled in at this Firestone. These gentlemen had me in and out in less than thirty minutes with my tire repaired. I could not have asked for any faster service. Everyone there was very kind, friendly and courteous!!

I don't let anybody work on my vehicle other than Firestone. I particularly like this location because to is close to my house but mostly because they have always treated me well, kept me updated on the status of the work being done on my car, made sure I received any and all coupons available but mostly because I can trust that the work they do is done correctly.

The customer service at this Firestone was amazing! Had a flat tire and late to the braves game with 2 young boys dying to go! Anthony the service mgr listened to my sad story and took us in and had us ready to go in 15min! They were a lifesaver especially afterGoodyear across the street didn t give us the time of day! I highly recommend Anthony and Firestone on peasant Hill rd. Thanks guys for such great service!! I wish I got the guys name who switched the tire out he was also fast and very helpful. A great team there at Firestone!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! 3 visits at 2 different locations in Duluth, GA to fix an overheating problem. Over $400 worth of 'guess' work. From a fuse to a thermostat. Kept overheating. Turned out to be a cracked overflow tank cap I found myself while under the hood. All the coolant kept visibility evaporating. $3 part from Honda. Hasn't lost coolant or overheated since. After multiple cooling diagnosis NONE of the geniuses at Firestone saw this??? Old cap in pic.

Everyone listen up. I recommend y'all if you go to this location for anything you want to be done and take care of. I recommend you to ask for Mason.He fixed my car very good. BEWARE...DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I am filing a small claims against them. They lie about the work they do by simply checking a box and then your car ends up needing further repair or in my case a motor. The mechanics are inappropriate to women customers. Dee Dee whom is the manger, speaks as if she can handle things but can not and does not. I went in for a check engine light, the mechanic said that the code it gave could simply mean I needed an oil change. He couldn't even properly explain to me what the code meant and I had to use Google to figure out what a Cam Shaft meant. They checked that they inspected the coolant level/exchange and coolant hoses among other inspections, turned out there was a hole in my coolant tank and it could not hold any coolant. Had they checked this as indicated, I would not have been stranded on the side of the road. Dee Dee supposedly opened a claim for the company to fix the damages, after a month of trying to reach the "claims" department and contacting Dee Dee I was told my claim was closed because they couldn't get in contact with me. Dee Dee knows this to be false because not only have I reached out to her, Mazda Mall of GA who is ready to repair my car has reached out to her several times. She gave me some fake name Chet Carawan and email address that did not work. I'm going to report you all to every news outlet for investigation. Your negligence puts people in danger and you all should face criminal charges. The one star is only due to needing to write the review. I was on my way from work and I noticed that my tire was low, I pulled in to Firestone the guy first did not want to help me he advised me that he was the only one their that he could make me an appointment this was around 5:45 and the close at 7 so I asked the guy could he put air in the tires and I ask him should I put my spare on due to having a constant slow leak, I didn t understand why he could not fix it since he wasn t doing nothing but waiting around till it was time for him to leave. He advised me to come in the morning I did that and maybe 3 exits down the spare blew out. I pulled into a gas station where 3 wonderful men put my original tire back on, and I made it to Firestone the lady manager was very assertive to my needs she made sure I was taken care of so I can get to work and it was a 5 minute wait before they had me up and running fast service.Service: Tires

They deserve 0 stars. I have a 2yr old Nissan that needed new brakes after 33k miles of wear. I drive to and from ATL for work so I was well aware it was time when I heard a grinding noise. I made an appmt for 10am on Veterans Day, and was checked in efficiently. I opted to leave the car because I had a ride and was with my 8 month old baby. After 2.5hrs or so I called the shop to see when I could pick my car up. First annoyance was no work had been performed yet, and I was being given a $400 quote. The man stated I needed rotors and brakes. After awhile of thinking it over, I consented to the work because I needed the brakes and didn t have time before I needed to go back to work to shop around. The first few days were great. After about 200miles (mind you I drive 42mi per day commuting back and forth to work) my car started to make a grudging sound everytime I applied the brakes. I could be going low speeds and apply the brakes and still hear it. Over and over. I called Firestone and the man was telling me they could look at it and give me new brake pads because they have a lifetime warranty and that I d be responsible for labor. Like excuse me????? I ve already paid labor. I paid $378.10 for the job to be done right the first time. I m not sure where the problem lies but I am 10000% sure it is something done incorrectly where metal to metal touching is occurring. I don t drive my car rough and I didn t even have this problem with my old brakes. I am furious. My schedule does not align with their business hours where I can drop everything I m doing to come back. It s very inconvenient and they have the nerve to tell me I m coming up there too late (4:30pm) or no one is available on such and such day. It s now 11/21, I got the brakes done on 11/11 and it s just no luck getting anyone to be available to look and see what the issue is. I m beyond frustrated and I ve filed a complaint for the district manager to call me. It s insane that I paid what I did for my brakes to not be working correctly. No one has taken ownership. $400 down the drain. After they fix the problem tomorow I will NEVER ever visit another Firestone again. Dealership it is.Update: Miss Deedee the store manager was very helpful in getting me taken care of once I came into the store today 11/22. She had my brakes reworked, free of charge and for me in and out. I changed my rating to 3 stars solely because I liked how she took ownership of my issue and worked it to resolution. She seems like a wonderful manager. I am just disappointed that I had the issue to begin with, but leaving there today I feel much better knowing she took care of me.Service: Brake service & repair

Walked into the store and the gentleman at the counter was helping a customer. Waited around 5 to 10 minutes for the customer to be helped, then walked up to the counter. The gentleman looked at me, said one moment please and took a phone call. Waited another 10 minutes for him to be done with the call. When asked why I came in, I mentioned I wanted an alignment done only to be told they were swamped and were not taking walk-ins. Before taking the call, you could have asked if I had an appointment and if not can say you are not taking additional customers as common courtesy to not waste peoples time. Perfect example of horrible customer service mentality.

I m a bit disappointed that I m 1 or 2 people behind for a alignment even tho I have an appointment set. Can t believe I have to wait even longer just them to service my car. I have places to be and the advisor just hit with this. Extremely disappointed

This location is not competent. They replaced my brakes and rotors as they were getting close to the end of their lives. The brakes and rotors were not causing any problems, simply starting to get close to low. After replacing them, my car began making a grinding noise and produced a burning plastic smell after driving. I took it back and they replaced one of the new rotor/brakes on a front tire. I was assured it was fixed. 2 days later the same problem began, a new metal on metal grinding noise developed, and again I smelled burning plastic at the end of my drive. They asked me to bring it in a third time, and we re unconcerned that the job was still not fixed and I have to give up yet another 4 hour chunk of time. I am currently 9 months pregnant and scared that my car is unsafe to drive. I do NOT trust this location any more, and will NOT be bringing my car back as I worry it will endanger my life. The person I spoke with the third time, Andre, was a bit rude and did not offer any solutions other than again wasting time bringing the car in or even apologize for the problem. He also was very reluctant to have the manager of the store call me, instead putting it on me to call back when the manager was available. I do not think it is too much to ask to have someone in charge call me back about an ongoing problem.As a side note, the first time I brought my car in they jammed my drivers seat too far back and it crushed my car seat. Clearly they are not concerned with the integrity of the items inside the vehicle, or the motors on the seat of the car. I would have happily removed the car seat, I just did not realize they would need to move it back far enough to cause damage.I will not be going back to this location for any reason. I am going to take my car to another Firestone location to fix the existing brake/rotor problem so that I do not have to pay a new company to repair the problem the pleasant hill location caused, and will then choose another business to support. Perhaps other Firestone locations are better, but I will be using another company from here on out.

They were the only auto shop that was open on Sunday afternoon when I had a flat tire. Andre took care of my car even though I came in about an hour before they closed. Without them, I would have had to take the greyhound bus home

Bought four tires. Took car back because tires were not in balance. They attempted to balance them again. Said their machine needed servicing. That was the best they could do.
