Oil change was smooth and quick. My frustration is that the service person added tire rotation to my bill without asking me first. I had only specified an Oil Change. When he showed me the invoice, and I questioned the tire rotation, I did end up agreeing to the tire rotation. However, he stated the rotation would only take 15 minutes. I waited just over 1 hour for the tire rotation, and this was in addition to the oil change time.Had I been informed the actual time for tire rotation, I would not have accepted it. The delay caused me to be late to an appointment.Please be more transparent about adding services not requested, and please be a bit more accurate on time estimates. 10 minute oil change, great. Over an hour to rotate 4 tires, after being told 15 minutes, very frustrating.I m reasonable and understand times are not an exact science. But this felt deceptive by not communicating a tire rotation initially, and by telling me 15 minutes when it was an hour.

I came here to have my brakes and rotors replaced. The techs were very Fast and professional. They assisted me immediately. Tariq was very helpful and even helped discover that one of my brake pads was actually cracked. This was the best service I ve gotten and it was much more cost efficient than the Benz dealership prices. Thanks guys!

Very quick and efficient. Did not get pestered or pressured for extras services just informed on what needs attention and left it at that. Thomas, after helping with my oil change, saw my wiper fluid wasn t spraying and fixed the issue right there no extra charge.This is the kind of service I ve been looking for I will be coming here for car repair going forward.

I have frequented this Express oil change location for years and have always had fast and friendly service! Today, Frank and his associates efficiently completed multiple services on my car for a great price. I always leave this place having learned something new about my car, and my car is driving smoother than ever. I would highly recommend visiting this Express location!

Thomas, Jason and Frank were so helpful when my battery died! Thomas helped me jump my car after battery died and they provided me a quote for the battery and some other items as well. Everyone was super friendly. I very much appreciated their service today.

I had another prompt,professional and courteous experience at the Express Oil Change on Peachtree Industrial, Duluth location!! I have been coming here for many years with my household vehicles and Thomas and Frank have always been very helpful,knowledgeable and willing to assist me with all my vehicle needs. I have referred many friends and family members due to their outstanding customer service. I refuse to bring my vehicle anywhere else. Thomas and Frank are very honest and trustworthy people and I know I am in good hands when they service my vehicle. Thank you

I had an amazing experience here! I had brought my car here a month ago to get serviced. I decided to give this location a try after experiencing some poor service with my local express oil. As soon as I arrived one of the Technicians, Frank, serviced my car. He completed a full check of my vehicle which is something my local express oil had not been doing. He even took the time to ask if I had any concerns, which I did at the time. He immediately notified a maintenance team member to perform a visual inspection of my vehicle. Frank then gave specifics as to where the leak was identified. His explanation was super helpful when I took my vehicle back to my transmission servicer. He even went the extra mile and provided a referral to a local Aamco (Ironically enough the current work was performed by Aamco). This is a concern I had about my vehicle for a while and was something I had a lot of back in forth with. Frank helped me in addressing the issue and I could not be more grateful. My car is finally fixed! I had originally posted this review to the incorrect location, whoops! I really hope that someone shares this review with Frank so he knows that he is doing an amazing job!

Highly recommend for their vehicle service and customer service! Can t beat these prices compared to other shops I ve checked out. Thomas, the owner of the shop greeted me as soon as I drove in and assured me that my car would be taken care of. Frank, was the guy who did the oil service for my vehicle and shared with me a lot of information. Love how Frank quoted me for my next visit too. Thanks guys for your great work! I look forward to being a returning customer!

Eric Gibson, the assistant manager, was a pleasant and hard working mechanic! He changed my oil without trying to sell me unnecessary additions and even advised me about an unknown recall on my car. He was honest, kind, and very nice! I will return here to get my car serviced!

This place used to be really good but I got my oil changed there today and now my engine oil is way overfilled. Now I can t drive the car until I change the oil again myself and put the correct amount in.

The guys here were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to change my headlight and my signal light. It was an extremely hard to reach place to change and they they took their time and got it changed. Really appreciate their time and friendly service!!

I m so ANGRY with this a hole who lied and told me that my oil pan gasket was busted and needed to be replaced. The jacka$$ gave me a $2100 quote! Brought it to Grease Monkey for a second opinion and they only need to order an oil filter!!!!!!! Do not go to this place!!! I just moved here from Florida and apparently they think they can dupe a woman!!! Rotted teeth and a greasy ponytail should have been the kicker for me. I cannot believe how awful they treated a customer. Waste of MY TIME! Do not visit this place. They will try to rip you off!

This is the second time I have found an oil puddle under my truck in my garage after having the oil changed at this location. I have had to ask them before to make sure they wipe the oil off the cross members under the truck. Unfortunately, this time I didn't ask them to do it, therefore they didn't. Sloppy work. On the plus side they get you in and out very quickly.

Great experience. It was hard to trust certain places with my car, but they have proved that they could be trusted. All the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. I will be back for my future car maintenance. Thank you to all the employees and Frank for your hospitality and kindness.

OMG, not only was, I greeted by one of my favorite technicians, Levert, who always gives prompt and personal service to all he comes in contact with; but today I met Jason, mechanic supreme . Not only was he able to explain the reason I needed more than a tuneup, but was able to get the part and get me going! It s not just the expertise but also the kind and friendly service. Levert even went out of his way to make sure I didn t have to wait at the shop while the work was being done. I do not plan on going back to a Buick dealer ever again, not with the professional and expert service right in my own neighborhood!

Consistent great service. I ve used this location for all maintenance, and out of warranty repairs for over 15 years. I recently bought 4 tires. A 24 hour round trip was made without issues. The alignment and balance were perfect.

So grateful for Thomas and his crew. My battery died after my oil change and I ended up needing a new starter. They were so helpful in troubleshooting the issue and getting it repaired quickly.

Eric provided exceptional service on Januaray 17th 2024. I was on my way to get my kids when my tire pressure light kept blinking. I pulled over to Express Oil Change and Eric was so kind. He checked all of my tires and they were all over filled with air. He and another tech found that the hood of my car was up. I had not idea of this. It could have been a big disaster and tragedy. Thanks to the great work of Eric and the team at this great establishment. My family and I get our cars oil changes here too. They provide awesome service!! Thanks Eric!!!

Saves me a lot of time getting my oil changed here. I use to change my own oil between the time and money I spend on going to get stuff from the store, take it back home, do the work, clean up, and take my used oil to be properly disposed of at a parts store; compared to what my time is worth toward all the many things I have to do... I was actually losing money by trying to save $24.83, these guys do a great job in a timely manner that allows me to spend my time on more important things. Thanks!

I wouldn t bring a bike here! Fianc�e came in for an oil change and the truck now has a rough idle. Spark plugs and coil packs along with the fuel indicator has been clean out by Rick Hendricks Chevrolet prior to bring it in for an oil change. I had been stop bringing my truck to this place and have always went to grease monkey not far from there. They had a new staff since I last went there according to my fianc�e so she dropped it off while she went to the salon in the Kroger plaza.
