Been here several times with two different cars. They always do a great job and are very fast. All the employees are friendly. I am happy to have this store near when I need tires!

Love that they check your tires for nails (if your low on pressure consistently) when you ask. This service is provided for free!!! (But please give the guys a tip, as they worked on your car and fix the hole. Giving them a tip is cheaper than you having to replace your tire or if you would have taken it to a dealer for repair.)Not only is this news great, but the customer service was excellent. The moment I pulled in a guy directed me on what I needed to do. I spoke with Alex, who was so kind while checking me in. Then Richard looked at my tire, and came to me with an update on what happened and how long it would take. Steven worked on my tire and fixed it! They were fast in fixing the problem, gave consistent updates, and were kind throughout.

I went Mavis first and was told that my tire is not fixable. My car dealer service recommended this place to repair the tire which is almost brand new and nail in on flat surface of the tire. Sam helped me on repairing my tire within 30 minutes. Very pleasant experience with this discount tire. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely come back! Thank you so much.

I've been to this place several times and it's always been bad. This last time was the worst. I took a tire with a nail in it to be fixed and walked up to the store with empty bays and all of the techs sweeping. While waiting 10 minutes for the sales guy to have a conversation about his favorite movies with another customer, a guy in tech clothes came in and asked me what I was there for. I took him out to my truck and showed him the tire. Without much hesitation, he stated that the nail was too close to the shoulder to fix. When I asked what the measurement was for being too close to the shoulder, he said "we actually use our thumbs" while wearing gloves. Aside from the stupidty of that answer, every source says greater than 0.5" from the tread shoulder is safe, and the nail in my tire was 1" from the shoulder. He didn't want to do the work and blatantly lied so he could get back to his sweeping.

They do a good job, and we're able to switch 2 tires in about 1 hour. I was worried but in the last 10 minutes they swapped them out.As far as discounts? Only on 4 tires. 2 tires, never a discount. I bet there are better places to swap 2 tires.They do rotate for free and repair flats free, but you have to wait for a while or just drop your car off and come back. I'd recommend that as the only interesting place nearby is Kroger.

This is my first time coming here, and to say it won't be the last. My experience with this store has been phenomenal. Service is extremely quick and staffs are professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out within one hour time frame for a new set of tire. I'll definitely come back.

Fraud and poor service. They installed wrong tires in my car, instead of all Season they installed winter tires. After addressing the mistake on their part, they still want to charge me , they haven t told me the charges , nor ordered new tires. Complete fraud.

This is my tire store in warner Robbins Georgia. They treat me very well. I bought a set of mud tires in Atlanta after purchase of truck . It was 530 when I drove up. I explained to him I just bought it. He said no problem and they went to work. I had 3 guys on my truck they were done in 25 min. I tipped the guys 20 dollars a piece. Thats what I call taking care of the customer.

My husband and I inherited a car and took a rental from Florida to Georgia. Little did we know that the car we picked up was not going to get us back home safe. I made an appointment but drove to the wrong location after dropping off my customer's packages at a nearby post office (selected the wrong address in the iPhone GPS app). It was the end of the day and this location was busy so I asked if they could call the correct location to see if I could still come in which they did but once they found out the service I needed the manager was kind enough to let them know I could stay here and they would take care of my tire for me.About 20 mins later my tire was repaired and I was on my way. The staff was polite and about their business and I appreciated them servicing me with my mistake in driving to the wrong location. I haven't had many great customer service experiences while living in GA but this one is one that I can add to the list. I would recommend others to come here without a doubt.

I have been going here for years with different cars, but I have been there 3x in the last week due to having a nail in 2 right side of my tires and I'm pleased they plugged it for me but they never balanced them like they said every time I have been. Disappointed and sadly I will not be going back there.

Great customer service. The best thing to do is make appointment to cut down time. The manager Eric Johnson listened to my concern. We found a small nail that I had a slow leak.The finished before the time they quoted me.#Winning

Although the service is good, they need a separate line for delivery pickups. I been here 20 mins in line while they intake customers. The delivery company tells us not to wait past 15 mins to pickup. Time is wasted. This is time sensitive.

Today visited the shop for tire alignment and came to know they did not offer in any center . So performed tire balancing with offer to get till life of tire . Good customer service and got the vehicle before 10 min of estimated time . You can either wait or come back during the estimated time . Nice location too.

EDIT: Discount tires. Shoddy work. Originally was mostly positive even though the original job was messed up. When I originally got my tires changed, they forgot to align it and had my car running rough. Minor inconvenience as it was fixed, but annoying.Went to change my brakes only to find that not only were the wheels put on way too tight, the back right wheel was done incorrectly and cross threaded the lug nuts with the bolt. It was so over torqued that even an impact wrench took multiple tries to remove the nuts and ended up breaking the bolts. I don t know who they had working on my car, but they shouldn t be allowed to touch another vehicle.Original:Went to get new tires without an appointment, and they had my car done within 3-4 hours (I left, not in a hurry). They messed up the first time and didn t align the tires properly, so I had to go back and get them to fix that. Took another 1.5 hrs.

First of all the customer service was the absolute best from beginning til end. I had the pleasure of having Alex help me. He was very kind and helped explain the differences in the options of tires for my Jeep. I left feeling confident in the purchase I made and the warranty was another bonus for me. Will be doing business with them in the future.

This location has great customer service! I spoke with Mitchell who price matched my tires and help me set an appointment. When I arrived at my scheduled time. I was greeted by Alex and he helped me finish the process . I want to thank both of these gentlemen for there help! I would recommend this location to anyone!

I stopped by after work one late afternoon, asking how long it would take to repair a nail in my tire. They were slammed! As anticipated, it was going to take nearly two hours. I made an appointment and went back the next day. Sam did an amazing job taking care of me and even got my car finished way before I needed to leave for work. Everyone, ask for Sam when you visit. He will take the best care of you!

Great service! Had all tires replaced and was out of there in 37 minutes. Friendly and honest service. Better than the competition (I am looking at YOU Firestone who couldn t honor an appointment time and wasted my time).I have dealt with this location before and always had a pleasant experience! Five out of five stars!

Discount tire offered me great priced wheels. However, they took over a month to arrive. They were great a working with me to find another wheel that I like even more. The service was fast as well.

Called at 4pm, they said come in at 5pm the same day and they could have me out in 30-45 minutes. Great prices, great staff, great waiting area and most importantly great service. They seem to be pretty busy, but they still have attention to detail.
