Staff are very helpful and are happy to provide updates throughout the process as well as dealing with insurance. I wasn't able to assess their workmanship because my car was deemed a total loss, but i would definitely bring my car here again if i have the need.

I recently had a vehicle repaired here and it was phenomenal all the way around. I had very bad suspension damage, and minor bumper damage. Tara took care of me each step of the way. She s was updating me daily. I was amazed how my car came out with the extent of the accident that I was in, rendering my car un-driveable. I met with Tara and the mechanic (TJ I believe his name is) and personally thanked them for the repairs. I am so happy to have my car back and in the condition it was before my accident!!!

I had my bumper repaired at the Duluth location. It took 1 month to complete the work on my vechicle. When I finally got my car I was satisfied with the work , but and heres the BUT, my VSA light was on on my dashboard it wasn't on before I release the car to them. I figured well maybe it will switch off after I drive my car back and forth to work, or put some more air in my tires. That didn't help! After 1 week I went back to the shop in Duluth and explained the situation to them, they took my vechicle for 10 mins and told me it was fix give me back my keys and walk away. When I got in the car the light was still on on the dash. I couldn't believe the worker, she just lied to me. I went back in the office and ask to speak to the Estimator, I believe her name is Tara, well let me tell you about this young lady. Her whole demeanor was we only work on your bumper and this has notting to do with us. I respectfully told her I know what repairs you did, but all Im asking is that you use your scanner and clear the code so that the VSA lights can swicth off and I can get proper traction when driving, she them told me well your car is to old and our scanner cant work with your vechicle and its not clearing the code. To make matters even worse she then said to me (her words not mines) what is the significant's in the VSA light on or off? Isn't your car running? I look her dead in the eye because I really couldn't believe she said that to me as a paying customer. I was recommended by Acura Carland where I get my oil change every couple of months or so. They couldn't beleive her customer service was so poor as well. As I mention before the repair of my bumper was satisfactory to me but now I have to go and pay money somewhere else to have the problem corrected. Shame on Tara by putting a bad light on the brand name of Classic Collision repair shop by promoting bad customer experience!

Dropped the car off and did not hear from them for a week ; insurance called me and they said that they totaled the car for a small damage in one side of bumper and scratch on one side of vehicle ; I told the insurance that I will take it somewhere else and the other place estimates was less than half of classic collision so the insurance did not have to total it . Reason for one star review is that when I went to pick up my car - they said there is a balance due To labor to generate the estimate and my suv had a flat tire ; they said we will have the invoice cleared by insurance and told me to come back tomorrow; I said ok but please make sure tire is filled with air tomorrow. next day they call and informed me the invoice to generate the estimate was paid by insurance; when I get there - car still has fa flat tire ; lady says they are not responsible for the tire - told them it was not flat when I left it a weak ago; finally the manager says that I can come back another day because they will have to tow it to shop in order to fill the tire with air ; I said that I need to get the car today and asked them to put the spare tire ; guy who came to change the spare / I told him to take tire off and fill it with air and I am still driving it with same air a week later ; apparently they wanted to make the estimate and pictures look bad for insurance; I used to get all my cars fixed here but something has changed as even insurance told to me go somewhere else ; it is not the same as it was few years ago - poor service and staff that cannot even a flat tire with air.

I can't speak on repairs or quality of that as I ended up taking my car elsewhere for that. But they billing/estimating was very questionable and on few points seemed shady. Lack of response time or not being able to answer questions regarding charges on the estimate forced me to take my business to another shop.

I bought my car brand new last June and had my accident in December. Life has been hectic and I wasn t able to get it repaired till now. I worked with Joe the GEICO adjuster and he was extremely nice and gave me my needed updates. Classic Collision did an AMAZING job!! They said they would have my car for 16 days but it was completed in 10. My car looks the exact same when I first bought it!!! I am very satisfied with the results and will use this location in the future when needed.

Took my 22 subaru impreza here after a side swipe that was $4000 in repairs. Will NEVER use them again. About $200 worth of me having to go back and fix/replace what they damaged/scratched. Manager said they would send me a check for $130 to fix everything THEY MESSED UP. They damaged my underglow after i explained how to disconnect it so it wouldnt get damaged. Their window guy scratched off part of one of my window decals. Idk who does their paint jobs but how do you paint a hub cap gloss black when the other 3 are MATTE black? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

I had my car fixed last week, they fixed it but they also scratched the bulb and I went and talked to John and he told me I had to make another claim on my insurance. when this car is new and no one has a hand on that side but more than them removing the bumper.

Accidents/collisions happen ALL the time unfortunately. When you have people that genuinely care about the appearance of your vehicle it matters.Classic Collision of Gwinnett did a phenomenal job repairing my vehicle! They also detailed and cleaned the vehicle as if it came directly from the showroom.I don t wanna use them again as I don t ever want to be involved in a collision but I recommend them for ALL body repair work.Thanks again!!!

I am so appreciative of the entire process with Classic Collision. I had a car wreck in August and was completely stressed out. Classic Collision took great care of me by providing daily updates. Then my heart melt when I got my car, it was cleaned, fixed, spotless, and looked like it was a brand new car. I couldn't believe my eyes! You all made my life a little easier the day I picked up my car! Thanks John for everything! You are awesome!

I got in a fender bender and came here for my repair. I have a unique color car and they matched the paint very well. Customer service was really good from both Classic staff and Enterprise partner they work with. My only feedback is that phone calls are this business preferred communication method and I work in a clinical environment so I cannot answer my personal line at work at all. A readily available customer service email address would have been very helpful to avoid playing phone tag. A text line for overall communication is also a good option. They do use texts for status updates, but a communication option beyond phone calls would ve been very helpful for me. 5 stars regardless for great customer service and prompt, quality work on my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

Both TJ and Donny did a fantastic job on my vehicle. They made it look brand new, and you cannot even tell that my car was involved in an accident. I would recommend them and the shop to anyone. The front desk, I believe her name was Ashley, was also phenomenal at communicating and ensuring I had all the necessary information from my insurance.Services: Painting, Welding

I wanted to be fair, understanding that everyone offering some sort of service these days are short-staffed. However, it was the lack of communication that left a very bad taste with me this time. I chose the Duluth location specifically because they did very satisfactory work before, and was expecting no less this time. I must say the repair to my vehicle was great, however it took six (6) to complete and when I went to pick up, they had to replace sensor that worked when I dropped it off; which took an additional week. Through all of this, I attempted to get updates, and no one would answer the call, even though they have a receptionist (With caller ID). Or my call would be sent to the repair rep's voicemail. Needless to say, I pray I won't need this kind of repair in the future. Because I would certainly have to find someone else.

Everyone I encountered was nice & friendly but Vedran is the best. I ve worked with him before. Make an appt with him. I had Ashley who was always responsive. My car felt like it drove better once all the repairs were done & she guaranteed the work. The only reason I didn t give 5 stars is because they had my car nearly 2 months! At Classic Collision Duluth I got the most absolutely amazing, friendly service by very knowledgeable people! Vedran (Service Advisor) should be a duplicate and distributed all over the ATL. I can't say enough amazing things about him. If he said he would call or let you know something or do something about your vehicle HE DID JUST THAT! Andrea at the front desk was on top of it! She had a positive solution for the inconveniences we were experiencing. Very bad customer service. Took my car for an estimate and the agent took pictures and told I should receive the estimate in 24 hours. Its an insurance claim.After couple of weeks I tried reaching them because I didnt receive a call and they kept telling the person who is handeling my request is not available.Its been few months now and the same answer. The front desk is not quick.Finally when insurance called them, they dropped the ball and told they dont have the pictures.Will avoid this place in feature

The customer service I received was top notch! I felt cared for during the entire experience. Dennis, my service advisor, was excellent. He kept me appraised of the repair status throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. The repairs were excellent, and I wish I could have thanked the craftspeople who fixed my car. I have some other body damage on my car, and I know where I m taking it. Thanks for a job well done from beginning to end!

I took my Explorer in for a repair after being hit in the rear on the interstate. After a month of waiting for a part from Ford my insurance decided to total the car. I had communication updates throughout the process letting me know why the repair was taking forever. When I got the notification the car was being totaled I went to get my Yakima roof rack off. Brad helped me to remove the rack and also found a part I forgot.

Please don t take your vehicle to this location, they are irresponsible and lack communication.Yesterday I called this company to take my sister's vehicle to be repaired at their facility ( also our insurance had reached out to them). The receptionist told me yes we could take our vehicle to the facility for repair and that she will email us all the paperwork.I made sure to confirm with her before the vehicle was being taken to the facility and After I was confirm the vehicle was dropped off at 3 PM yesterday. She never stated that there were any issues in regards to it.However, today June 21 we found out that this company sent our car to the junkyard without notifying us. The only reason why we found out is that we kept calling to get an update and they stated that they send it to the junkyard because they didn t have capacity. This is upsetting because they didn t have the courtesy to even notify us of the decision that they were taking nor did they tell us yesterday that I could not take the vehicle due to high capacity.please don t take your vehicle to this location.

So happy with my experience here! Getting into an accident is never fun, but they made the process so easy. When I arrived, my rental was already waiting. Just a little bit of paperwork, they went over the damages with me and off I went. Throughout the week they sent me texts everyday to let me know how my car was doing like it was at daycare, which gave me piece of mind. My car was finished early, yay, and they gave me a folder with everything that was done and showed me around my car before I left. I would highly recommend!

I am very disappointed with the service and quality of work that was done on my vehicle here at Classic Collision in Duluth Ga. My vehicle took almost 3 weeks to complete. The first time I was called to pick up the vehicle, I was told that the vehicle went through a quality control inspection and that it looked great. At first glance I could see that parts of vehicle that were repaired was not fitting properly. The agent that was with me while I was inspecting the vehicle was told and she took the car back to the shop immediately. They brought it back out 5 minutes later and I could tell that they tried to force the part that wasn t fitting properly and it still looked the same and they were trying to get me to take it home. The explanation given for the reason that the part wasn t fitting was that an after market part and not OEM part were used. I refused to take the car and requested OEM parts to be used and asked them to do the job correctly. Here is where I question the integrity of Classic. If the after market parts were used and it DID NOT fit properly you need to either then use OEM parts and make it right and you should not have passed this off as a reason for the sub par work and for that work to be considered finished. 8 days later I was contacted again being told that the problem was fixed. Coming back the 2nd time I inspected the car and could see that the way they put the part back together was STILL not fitting properly. I was very disappointed and upset for a poor job done once again I requested that I wanted them to fix the vehicle correctly AGAIN. I also spoke to the supervisor Jim and expressed my disappointment. He just kept saying that this was missed by the technicians and was dismissive about my concerns. 5 days later they contacted me again saying the car was finished. I asked for pictures of the repair before driving all the way out and once again could see that the problem looked the same in the pictures. I had to contact my insurance company to also view the pictures and make contact with Classic Collision to resolve this issue. A few days later I was contacted again and on my 3rd visit the vehicle finally looked like it was repaired correctly. This job should have been done right the FIRST time. Also for Classic to do a quality control inspection and for the vehicle to be deemed finished tells me that Classic is not being honest with their customers and hoping that the sub par job done is not noticed by the customers. I don t buy the excuse that these mistakes to be just missed by the technicians or that aftermarket parts are to blame. If that s the case then the quality of the work done here at this shop is in question. It s either bad quality work or dishonesty. Either is unacceptable. I contemplated taking my vehicle to another shop during this whole process and as a paying customer I should never have to be put in this position. I will never use this shop again nor will I ever recommend this shop to anyone else. Classic Collision of Duluth, please look out for your customers and be please honest and do your job right the first time. I had my car serviced at this collision center yesterday. I brought the car in at around 9:00 A.M. and received a repair completion notice from Meaghan at around 2:00 P.M today. My repair was completed in less than 36 hours, with complimentary interior detailing, car wash, and tire shine. My car looked and smelled fresh!Overall I'm very happy with this repair experience - the job was done quickly and Meaghan as well as her associates from Geico made the experience very lighthearted and pleasant.I initially had hesitations about not having my car serviced at Hendricks (who boasts a higher customer rating on Google), but I won't have problems recommending this shop to friends and family following this excellent experience. Great job Classic Collision. You guys rock. :)

After reading the reviews, I was pleased with the location and thought that it would be a great choice for me to bring my car over and have them replace the rear bumper. They were also recommended by my insurance company. However, after my visit...several months ago...I was told that I would receive a call indicating that they have the parts needed for the repair and are ready for me to bring my car in. That was several months ago. I have yet to receive any phone call. So is this what you would call professionalism?I went somewhere else where they took care of me much quicker than this location ever could. Staff is great. But the process is out of alignment because it feels like my visit was pushed off to the side and forgotten about. I thought I would come here for body work on future projects but now I am not interested. They pretty much lost my business.

I work at Cadillac in Duluth and we always send our vehicles there whenever work needs to be done, so it was no question to contact them when someone broke into my vehicle. Ms Boxerman was great at keeping me up to date with status updates and when everything was completed.They also, pretty much, took me in as a walk-in and were still able to finish everything in the requested time. Will always recommend this location

I am SO happy with the work they did. It took longer than expected, but only because there ended up being more damage than expected. Insurance ended up taking care of it all and Classic Collision did a fantastic job! Would definitely recommend them.The staff are great! I felt like they understood that it is important to me and that I wasn't just "another customer". Special thanks to Nick Coca for putting up with my almost daily emails about updates!

By far the best customer service, professionalism, quality, promptness, & price around! Hence the fact I'm a returning customer on all my vehicles. Ask for Stephen Bryant, as he was on top of his game! Every staff member from the time you walked in till you drove off, was so helpful, friendly, & professional!
