This has been a great experience. My car was hit by a truck, and my colleague recommended me to come here for repairs. They did a great job. I really want to recommend Mr. Mo, who even speaks Chinese! He's very friendly and professional. He kept in touch with me at all times and would call me promptly with any key issues encountered during the repairs. It's been a truly fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend "Caliber Collision." They were professional. Moe took his time to share with me the process. My car was restored to its original state. Enterprise rental was there before I finished checking in my vehicle. The check-in was orderly. They kept me updated until it was time for pickup. Thank you, Caliber Collision!

Mo has done a great job on my car repair. It looks brand new. He explained me every detail about the repair. He was very communicative and assistive through repair process. I had a minor issue after the repair but they considered it and fix it promptly. I really liked the customer service provided by them.I would definitley recommend.

Caliber is one the facilities approved by my insurance company. With the use of Enterprise rental you can get picked up and drop off the rental at the facility. Moab was the advisor that managed the car repairs. He is likable , customer service oriented and set proper expectations for repairs. There were some not so noticeable damages incurred. That and the fact that with car having cameras for traffic lane assist and such it would take extra time. Car looks great, the technicians did a great job. there were a couple of things that needed to be addressed after picking up. But were addressed in a timely manner. I would have like more updates even if it was concerning delays or something not detected during repairs that would delay completion. All in all I recommend Caliber, and Mo for your collision repairs . Thanks to all the technicians involved for their hard work!

Moe did an awesome job on my car and did it in half the time estimated. And when I was running late to pick her up he stayed late to wait for me. I really appreciate all his hard work and I am so thrilled to have my car back running like new!

Overall, great experience. Worked with Mo. Great customer service, workmanship, and promptness. I got rear ended and the entire back had to be repaired and painted. They worked with the insurance company (Geico) and car rental (Enterprise) and everything was taken care of.

This was the 2nd time I have used caliber following auto accidents. They are the best and I would not use any other repair shop. They completed the extensive damage to the vehicle on time and communicated weekly on the progress. I highly recommend Caliber Collision at 4055 Pleasant Hill Rd in Duluth, GA to anyone needing repair. I would give them more stars if it were possible.

I was awaiting Calliber to make things right but thay have not responded to date. I took my car in for bumper repairs. Was told I would not see the difference when they are finish which is what anyone would expect. That is not the case. My car now has a two tone. I am.awaiting Calliber to make right. If you look at the pictures you will see the rest of the car has the same color (door to door) but bumber repairs differ. You can see the color differences bumper to back panel.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This body shop was great, they fixed my truck less than 2 weeks. I was shocked how quickly it was fixed. Zabir helped me out and kept me well informed during the whole process. I m very pleased with the work they do!

After several subpar experiences with another company with the same initials much closer to me, I tried these folks out. Best decision ever. Mo kept his promise to keep me informed of the repair progress. If I left a voicemail, he actually called me back. Best of all he didn t keep my car 2 additional weeks after promised date which is what those other guys are known for. I would definitely recommend them!

We room are van here after a fender bender accident and I can honestly say they can a bad situation get better. I appreciate the professionalism and attention to details in ensuring our vehicle was returned to us just as it was before the accident. They kept is informed the entire time and we were able to get our vehicle back before the holidays which was truly a blessing. I would take our vehicle back here if the unfortunate situation of car accident would occur. Thanks for making a bad situation turn out okay.

They repaired my 1992 Honda Accord LX that had front end and hood damage after a driver turned left in front of me. The repair took a month, but that isn't a negative reflection on Caliber Collision - Duluth. It was simply because parts, specifically front end body and trim parts, are very hard to get for 29-year-old vehicles. But the team did a spectacular job locating what they needed and were able to repair my car to my satisfaction. And throughout the month-long wait their highly professional employee Safet kept me updated, always providing clear information, apologizing for the delay, and thanking me for my patience. If I need another paint or body repair, I will reach out to this Caliber Collision location. Provided two pics of the damage and one of the repair.
