Jason Oglesby and his team was exceptional when handling an urgent matter with my BMW X5. Jason provided extraordinary customer service, and attentiveness. I m almost doubting, even going back to a BMW dealer, that s hard to beat I was treated with royalty at Toyota. This man s commitment to his customers, shouldn t go unnoticed - love it over there. Service advisor lied about oil change price increase of $30. When I got the final paperwork, it showed the advisor stated I requested a premium oil change. Which I didn't. I called the dealership, and spoke with someone in management. They refunded me the difference. But, they never relaued to me that they don't put up with the type of thing at their dealership. Or, that they reprimanded the service advisor for what they did. I'd been going to that dealership to get my car serviced for years. And was going to buy my next car there. But, the trust I had in them is no longer there. I'm going to find another place to get my car serviced from now on.

Excellent service all the time. My Service Manager, Azmeena Habib, is THE BEST and treats me like family. She is one of the main reasons I continue to bring my Sienna to Atlanta Toyota for service. Highly recommend them!

Shoutout to Bryan Hernandez!After purchasing my pre-owned Corolla from Atlanta Toyota in 2018 (which was itself a pleasant experience), I've only ever had it serviced at the same location. I was assigned to Bryan at my first service appointment and I make it a point to schedule with him every time.Bryan always greets me by name and listens to all my car concerns. I keep a list of anything I notice in between service visits (ie, unusual sounds or vehicle behaviors), and I bring these to Bryan's attention when I come in for routine service. Bryan makes sure to communicate these concerns to the technicians, so that they can check during the inspection.Whenever my car does need repairs, Bryan clearly communicates the costs involved and gives me a realistic assessment of how soon the work needs to be done. This gives me the ability to plan for upcoming repair expenses and make the best financial decision. I never feel rushed or pressured to pay for repairs that aren't truly needed or urgently necessary.I always leave feeling that both I and my car are in great hands. That's why I make the 30-minute drive up from Decatur a few times each year, and why I keep coming back!Bryan is genuinely kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, and truly understands how to care for his customers. I know he will go far and I hope he is recognized for his value to Atlanta Toyota.

My wife and I have had our 2022 Tundra for a bit and absolutely love it. Well we had an issue with warning lights coming on for no reason and I called Autonation Toyota at Mall of Georgia because that's who we've been having do our maintenance covered under warranty and they advised me to remove the leads from the battery before bringing it in to see if that would resolve the issue. This is terrible advice. It screwed up the computer pretty badly. So I call them back and am told to call corporate because they couldn't help me. Stupid, right? Yeah it is. So corporate tells me to call the dealership back as they can't help me so I do. They tell me I have to bring it in and drop it off for several days and that's just to diagnose. Again, stupid. I get jerked in circles until I call Fabian Herrera at Atlanta Toyota. He tells me to bring it on down as soon as I can so I get there 35 minutes later. Now that you've read all of that... Atlanta Toyota now has our patronage solely because of him and the professionalism shown while I was there. Not only was my truck fixed in 45 minutes, they damn sure took care of me. Fabian is a class act and loves Ghibli (major perk). He explained the entire process to me and got me on the road so I could make it to my charity event in record time WITH NO APPOINTMENT! Sorry for the rambling but I'm bored and felt like giving context. Fabian, you're the man and you, along with your absolutely amazing department, saved me. I will be back and because of your consideration, professional "get it done" attitude, and intimate knowledge of Toyota products got me there on time and now 25 kids are each getting $1k college scholarships because I could pull off my end of the bargain for my charity. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. We will be seeing you guys soon for a new car for my wife and for all of our maintenance needs. Everyone, do yourself a favor and don't go to Autonation. They're idiots and Fabian will help you out. 5 stars. No question. Dude, I didn't tell you what my thing was about but take some pride in it because you definitely helped these kids. Now, anyone reading this, go back and read the first letter of every sentence.

Salesman Salman and Yves were very nice and helped me to find a car that I was looking with features and options.Sales manger Ansum is extremely friendly and there is no sales pressure at all. He gave me the best price that no dealer were able to match in the area.Paper work to purchase was extremely fast. Angel (finance person) did not tried any thing extra warranty etc. to sale me. Yes, he informed but there was no pressure at all to buy any extra services.Overall I have a great car buying experience with AtlantaToyota..

Called in asking for a price to get a backup key. Representing told me it d only cost me $80 if I had the master key or $220 if I didn t have the master key. Unsure of what they meant, I told them I had the master key. She tells me ok your total is $80.I get to the dealership, the car rep tells me that s wrong. That the cost to get a backup key is $220. So that just almost tripled the quote I got over the phone. Then he tells me it s another $80 to get it programmed. So my total is now $330.How did I go from getting a quote on the phone for $80 to now $330 at the dealership when I specifically asked for my total price of a new backup key on the phone.No wonder dealerships constantly get bad reputations.

Went for brake service, brake still makes sound. Will have to go again to get it checked for noise while the brake pedal is pressed. Saw a new Toyota Crown hybrid.

I will not give my money for bad service.I brought my car in for my 25k service. I was greeted genuinely and professionally by my service advisor Oscar( an asset to the company)- he up sold me on things I thought I needed. I enjoyed the WiFi as I began my wait. I noticed my car hand not been start for my 10:30 appointment and it was now 11:00. I asked Brian Hernadez for assistance with help finding Oscar and I asked about my wait . He (Brian) brushed me off and said , Bro you re just going to have to wait - we re busy . Calling me Bro was unprofessional and especially brushing concern off. If there was a weakest link based on customer service- Brain would be it. Unfortunately, I choose to cancel my additional service because of Brian s unprofessional behavior. The bright side was that Oscar service was above superior.

Came in for my first 5k maintenance with Toyota Care and had to go back and forth on whether my car needed an oil change when it states it in the manual. Then when I came to pick up my car, I had to walk up a hill and find it in a parking lot while it was raining. What s the point of the three lane port? Terrible service.
