I think depending on the time, day of the week, what you need done, and who your service advisor is always a factor of your experience getting your service done. If you've been getting your car serviced you should be surprice that things happen...there are some things you can't control. I've been getting my car done at Acura Carland for about 3 years now and one time I took it somewhere else because I didn't plan ahead and I decided never to do that again.Karl has been so great to me each time. I never felt pressured to do any service and they are so apologetic for little things (he thought my car was done but it was still at the car wash) it's hard to get annoyed if you wanted to. They understand if you don't say yes to the recommended services. Those recommended services are also something just based on miles and condition of your car, not because they want to milk money from you.It doesn't hurt to ask about promos on services.Also my car has traveled hundreds of miles from Atlanta to Florida they really put enough elbow grease into cleaning my tires the best they could.Thanks Karl and the rest of the service department, techs, and porters. It's a tough world in the service industry. You are appreciated my this customer.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Oil change

October of 2023 I took my car to Acura dealership in Duluth to do a oil change and coolant flush that the dealership had recommended,which I did two days later my car started to over heat. I bring the car back to them my head gasket blew they did not take responsibility for the damage,the service manager was very disrespectful because I stood my grounds. They told me the work they are doing on my engine they are giving me a discount. I ask why and it was not my fault. I had to pay $850 to put a new head gasket on my engine.I went back to service my car again on January 5 2024. They change my front breaks and rotors. My front breaks started squeeze and there dust from the discs pad on my rims they are telling me it is normal and nothing is not wrong with the breaks. Took my car back again on January 20 the Assistance Management was very disrespectful he did not fix the problem.I ask him is because am black because they do not treat white and other nations like this!! Very sad I will never never do business any more with them.

Acura Carland has taken good care of our 2004 TSX and much of that is due to the longstanding relationship with the service technician Akanu Ozuzu. The great thing about Akanu is that he doesn t just take good care of your car, he also takes good care of you, as the customer. He proved that again during this most recent unexpected visit due to my tires. Akanu is not the only good service technician there, but I m glad he s my go to guy. And thanks to him, our 20-year-old TSX just passed 280,000 and is still running well. Thanks Akanu & Acura Carland!

They always do a good job here that's why I come back all the time. Short wait time knowledgeable mechanics. Never had a problem here at all. Bought car 4 years ago. Efforts paid off I'll probably trade again. I thought I was at a discount service place when I walked in for service for my car. Staff is not as friendly. Let's move over to their snacks VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. THEY NEED TO TAKE A WALK TO THEIR COMPETITORS ACROSS THE STREET TO SEE WHAT THEY OFFER HONESTY. APART FROM THE FACT THAT THERE IS NOT A LOT OF VARIETY OFFERED, THe COFFEE MAKERS LOOK SO BURNT AND OLD. I miss my Lexus honestly. This place needs to BETTER. BECAUSE LUXURY IS JUST IN YHE CAR AND DEFINITELY NOT IN SERVICE OR ENVIRONMENT. I only gave it a 1 star because of Alejandro. He was very kind and patient. BATHROOMS TOO NEED TO BE MORE CLEAN.

Excellent! David Howell is my Service Advisor, and he always makes it a seamless and pleasant experience (as much as car service can be). He reviews my car's service history with me and covers what needs to be done. I don't have to wait long. Service is typically efficient. One thing I really appreciate about David is that he doesn't try to hard-sell me on services that aren't needed. Instead, he advises in advance about how long it'll be before a particular service may be needed. This enables me to plan.I also appreciate that the oil change service for my car is actually cheaper at the dealership than other oil change locations.Services: Tires, Oil change

All the service guys and gals are helpful and polite, especially David! He s my go-to. They are always helpful in advising on what needs to be done, what could possibly wait. They are upfront with the cost and time needed to complete the service. David sends an itemized text of service needs and the price of each. I can easily click exactly what I want done and I will know from the text what I m going to spend. No surprises at the end! David always throws in any available coupons to help. The complimentary car wash is a perk! The showroom waiting area offers coffee, water, chips, clean restrooms along with a desk area with USB ports, if you need to work. It also offers a couple of comfortable seating areas with TVs. We ve been Acura Carland customers since 1994!

Alejandro was wonderful, professional, pleasant, good listener and an overall great guy! He made me and my 14 year old car feel like I was in the best of hands. A true gentleman when he walked me to my car and drove up curbside just for me. I appreciate good service and wonderful people. Thank you Acura Carland. Also a shoutout to Wonderful Betty. David got my car looked at, recommended a pay later service they offer. Got me a rental so I could get to work while my car was repaired. I was even able to request a suv as my loaner. All while keeping a very family type atmosphere. The entire staff was outstanding. As I walked in the customer service was OUTSTANDING helpful and compassion. Excellent service in explaining what was done and what is needed. Dave Howell was OUTSTANDING with his patience explaining to a female about her vehicle. I give Customer Service 5 Star. The youngan who took my car and showed me where to go. The service is always great. I have always had my car serviced here. The service advisors are all very personable and the techs seem to be very skilled and knowledgeable. Tara our service manager at Acura Carland was fabulous! She explained everything we needed to take care of immediately and also told us what needed to be done in a couple of months. We couldn't have been happier with our experience.

I've been very happy with my experiences with Acura Carland's service. My visit this week was no exception. I had my 2020 MDX in for a number of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance items. Akanu Ozuzu, the assistant service manager, handled my case. He was very professional and showed excellent people skills. He gave me a thorough, intelligent and friendly explanation of the recommended services and answered all my questions with ease. He was also helpful with important things like checking on warrantied services and arranging for office space options available for me to use while I waited for my car. I also watched as Akanu helped a younger customer who was less experienced with cars. Great experience as usual. Carl was very professional and took great care! Vehicle was diagnosed Saturday and repaired by Tuesday morning due to part delivery. Price was fair, and other items were checked outside of what I was there for. Was very disappointed with my last service visit and left feeling I could no longer trust their advice and recommendations. I have bought 2 cars from them and been using Acura Carland to service them since 2014. I brought my car in this last time for annual service and reviewed the recommended maintenance with the tech. Service was relatively fast, however, when checking out I was given a packet that detailed all of the recommended services. In total they wanted to do $6k+ worth or work on my 2018 with 40k miles. Tires, struts, new belts, air filters wipers etc. Felt like they saw me as an open wallet and not a customer. I live in Brookhaven and can find someone to rip me off closer to home.Services: Transmission, Oil change

The oil change was fine however I also wanted a tire rotation. I was told by Tara that my rear tires were in the red zone and in need of replacement. I was given a quote of $575 for 2 new tires( too high for the brand offered). I opted not to get the tires from the dealership. Despite this info the tire rotation was not completed but I was charged. After calling back and speaking to Tara she did assist with processing the refund of $32.50 minus the tax.Overall my experience was very good. I m appreciative of the promptness of the service, the communication of my car s needs and the ease in which the error was corrected. Both Tara and David were pleasant to work with and delivered quality service.Service: Oil change

Went in with my power steering not working and Karl in service did the diagnostic and found out that this item was under extended warranty. Got a loaner while my car was being repaired and had my car back in about 24hrs. Karl and the team in service were great Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
