BEST experience here! Eric and Isaac helped me get through the process smoothly. As a first time buyer I was very intimidated and nervous! But they made me feel heard, not pressured(which is rare), and broke down lots of information for me to understand easily. I really appreciated the genuine service and above and beyond efforts towards me and my car. The team was patient and understanding with me whenever I needed time or to be on a phone call. Eric made sure I understood the estimates that were provided and that the car was detailed, and full of gas before taking it off the lot. Isaac made sure the document processes were quick and stress free, straight to the point! All in all this was the best dealership I ve been to and would love coming back! 10/10 Trustworthy, No pressure, and listened!

We had a very good experience purchasing our new 2024 RDX. Mr. Sean Robinson kept us informed trying to get the best deal possible. He is truly an asset to this organization. We highly recommend Sean to guide you through the process of purchasing your new Acura.The finance was very helpful to us. We got a very good APR. Love my new Integra. The people at Acura Carland made me feel like a VIP from start to finish. They were diligent at getting me updates and communicated with transparency about certain delays in production. These folks made those delays fade away with how well they treated me. Demetra was very knowledgeable, warm, with a sweet demeanor. Highly recommend dealing with Demetra. She s fantastic.

Acura was great! They were patient with me while making my decision. I asked Eric, my sales rep, a millionnnnn questions and he answered them all with no doubt. He had no problem double checking some of my questions with the service department just to give me peace of mind. I just lost my father and it was an emotional decision for my mom and I to make and Eric was patient and understanding with us over the course of several hours of my decision. Shout out to you Eric and thank you for helping me choose my car. He went above and beyond during our time with him. Thanks again!

We are very pleased with the level of professionalism and customer service at Acura Carland. Our salesman, Joseph (so?), went above and beyond to make sure we are pleased with our purchase. We couldn t be happier with our 2024 MDX Aspec. We highly recommend Joseph. He s personal, professional, respectful and such a pleasure to work with. It s our 2nd purchase here and we will be a forever client at this dealership.We also want to give a shout out to Akanu! Another great employee who works in their service department. He s been our go to guy for many years.

Unfortunately, my experience was pretty much the worst. I visited because of the engine oil change and the constant lowering of the air pressure in one tire. As with anyone, the car needed to be replaced according to the year and year, so my estimate at the first check was over $2000, and I eventually decided to pay $800, excluding the expensive transmission change, and left it to repair. After about an hour, I had to replace a few more, the $800 estimate exceeded $1300, and I waited three hours to pay $1300 to get the car out. The problem was that after two days, the tire pressure was equally low. In the end, they didn't solve the problem I had at all, they found something else and charged me $1300, but they didn't solve this problem.I visited again immediately, but the answer back is that the tire leak is difficult to fill, so replace the tire. I didn't say anything and just came out with my car.I don't know what the outcome would have been if I had left it somewhere else. Somewhere I could have asked for more quotes, or I could have solved my problem at a very low price. However, in the end, they didn't solve my problem at all, but they only took in $1300. I don't know if they are the ones who exist to solve the customer's problems or just to charge a lot of repair costs as a salesman. Shouldn't we be charging 1300 dollars, at least with the ability to solve the tire hole?

I had a great experience at this amazing dealership , Mr. Sean Robinson and Miss Drendria (sorry If misspelt it ) (sales rep) and Isaac (Finance) and Steve (manager) , they were all extremely nice and welcoming , there was no pressure at all and they all made it easy to get my new car , I def recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great used/new car with a reasonable price and a peace of mind. I received great customer service here. This is my third vehicle with Acura Carland and I am thrilled with the vehicle and customer service I experienced. I had two gentlemen assist me and they were always so polite, professional, and knowledgeable. If you need to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Hope Atlassi or Joseph Vahaba!

This review is based on my recent visit to Acura Carland in Duluth, which was a complete disaster. I took my car in for an oil change and was pressured into getting additional work done. Despite agreeing to some of the work and the agreed-upon pricing, when I got home I received a text with an increased estimate, I replied telling them to only do work that was agreed on. The following day I received another text with a decreased price but still not the one that I had initially agreed on when I brought the car in. I am now being told that the services that were not agreed on were already done and that I have to pay for them. I asked for the itemized bill with pricing which is very confusing due to several services being billed that I am not even sure were done. When I disputed the charges, they were rude and refused to take responsibility. I brought the car in for a simple oil change which turned into me being billed over $3000 for work that wasn't approved or needed to be done. Despite telling them I wouldn't pay for those charges, the assistant manager proceeded to bill my credit card. I was told the main manager would call me back, but even after waiting for two days, no one returned my call. I had an awful experience dealing with them, The customer service provided by the assistant manager Alejandro Campos was very poor and unapologetic. I am never going back to this place.Just read a review from 2 months ago with a similar issue and poor customer service. This seems to be the norm for Mr. Campos.

I visited this facility for a second time to have my tire patched because the technician was unable to locate the leak during my first visit, which resulted in a three-hour wait. After two hours, I inquired about the status of my car and was informed that the technician was immersing the tire in water to find the leak. However, I noticed that my car was only taken into the shop 15 minutes after this explanation, which led me to believe that the service attendant was not being truthful. After a total of three hours, the service attendant called me. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the long wait and the dishonesty, but he did not apologize, and he attempted to offer a discount. I declined the discount and requested to speak with the service manager. The service manager agreed that the wait time was unacceptable and promised to address the issue with the service attendant. Given this experience, I am hesitant to trust this facility with any major repairs on my car. I have decided not to bring my car back to this place in the future.

My customer service experience with Mike R. went very well. He is a very experienced car salesman, fun, and he smells really good lol. The offer that I was given exceeded my expectations and I do plan on continuing business with this dealership in the future. I will not post all of the offers that the dealership have because people will have to inquire for themselves. Overall I am very pleased and everyone was really nice from start to finish!!!

The man who sold me my RDX was AWESOME! Ask for Mustapha if you have the chance; he s great. It was a bit difficult to work out a deal just because of how the car market has been, but everyone was easy enough to work with. They will allow you to take as much time as you need to negotiate and think about your purchase.

Mustapha was very helpful in helping me with my search. I knew exactly what I wanted and he was able to get me the car I was looking. Also, the day that I was supposed to pick up my car, Josh stepped in and helped out. And Ric was very helpful with a last minute finance curve ball. Everyone worked hard to get me the car that I had searched for a long time on. The GM was pleasant as well. He came out to speak with me and congratulate me on my purchase. I drove over 40 minutes to this dealership and was not disappointed.
