We took my son's BMW to Shane on Friday to have the windshield inspected. He immediately told us what he could do and had all info by Monday. He's professional, competitive, and responds quickly.

Mr. Shane is an awesome man. Had a problem at hometown supply with the tire. Needless to say had to drive it to Mr Shane's with one lug nut holding it on. Had just bought a tire at hometown supply but they broke a lug nut and then was going to charge me to fix it. But one of Mr Shane's guys went and bought lug nuts for me and another one of his guys put them on for me. Hopefully these men are blessed because they sure blessed me. Kindness goes a long way when people acutually use it. Thanks to Mr Shane and his guys Shane's Body Shop. And I had an awesome time while I waited talking with them all.

I had been meeting with Shane for 3 days! He told me to come back one Monday. I went back and he told me to come Tuesday. Tuesday he said his computer specialist wasn t in so come back Wednesday. Wednesday came & she still wasn t in, so he wrote my cost on a piece of paper & told me he would call in an hour top. He never called. Very unprofessional!!

Shane and his employees went above and beyond in regards to repairing my vehicle. Not only did they complete the job in a timely manner Shane also replaced some grill clips that was not a result of my accident and they made sure I had a ride from and back to the shop when the work was completed.
