Horrible customer service. They do not answer the phone ever I mean never...Very slow employees..Just walk next door to AUTO ZONE and thank me later..

Nothing major and we had the bulb but the staff was super helpful.. From out of town I didn't have any tools to get into the light housing. They were super friendly and helpful.. Very nice staff here!

I had the best experience at this store. I went in to get headlight bulbs for my car. The young man who assisted me was Jacob. He also installed the bulbs for me. He had great customer service. I was in awe of this young man because when I asked if he had anyone who could install the bulbs he never said no but instead followed me out to my car. What really stuck with me was Jacob had a disability, he had only one arm. He did not let this hinder him in any way. I wish everyone had his attitude. Great job Jacob, keep up the good work.

Just had to get a set of injector o rings delivered to me so I can get home. The price was great, delivery was quick and extremely appreciated. Great store that if needed I will definitely do business with again!

Friendly and knowledgeable employees. If they do not have it they can order it. The only complaint I have is that there was no diet drinks in the cooler.

Great place to find a bargain on parts for your vehicle. Given 4 stars because they usually have the cheapest price in this area for new parts. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. They even offer discounts for students, military and Senior citzens. Get there early as this place can get fairly busy in the afternoon.

I went in with my boss to get some parts. The manager was so helpful to her, even recommended a couple mechanics that he said would be trust worthy. I have always had great experience with this company.

So friendly! These guys checked my battery, showed me all my battery-purchase options, and installed my new battery. I had lost my debit card, and they took a check. Terrific service.

AJ at the Jackson Street location in Dublin was a very helpful gentleman he listened he discuss things with me gave me my options and tried his best to find the option that would work for me at lowest price. Great place to shop!

Needed some brake parts on Thanksgiving Day. The kept the store open an extra 10 minutes so I could get there and get the parts. Plus they were the only ones open on Thanksgiving Day. God Bless the people at BOTH stores in DUBLIN, GEORGIA.

I called and asked for manager, I was put on hold for 6 mins and nobody picked up. I called a second time and was put on hold again, 10 mins later nobody had picked up. Customer service sucks at this store!!
