It's too early to tell about the quality of the work we've only had time to drive a few miles. Everything seems fine so far. My issue is when I ask for a quote to get a repair done I expect to pay that price when I pick up my vehicle. I was quoted one price and I verified the price. I was also asked on a separate occasion what price I had been quoted and nothing was said to contradict that quote but when I went to pick up my vehicle the price had increased by $300. When I questioned the increase I was told very coldly that was the price I would be charged. Upon returning home I checked my notes and I had written along with my notes the price I had told her. I know what I heard and I know what I wrote. I could have accepted a $50 or less increase plus tax but $300 was a bit much on top of being called a liar. I normally don't do reviews but besides not using this business again I felt the need to. No offense to the owner or mechanics just the front office help.Service: Transmission

Quoted me an exact price when I knew what was wrong and that s exactly what they charged me. No scamming. No up charges. Very happy with the work. Car runs like new!! Thank you!! I had dealerships trying to make me pay over $8000. I paid $1400 and it runs like new. Sometimes they are hard to get ahold of but be patient. They are worth the wait!! I m very happy!!! Now, if my kid would just keep the car clean ..Service: Transmission

I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy!! They fixed my transmission. A couple of days after getting my vehicle back I started having issues with my power steering (which I ve never had any issues with). Out of nowhere the steering wheel would lock up in the middle of driving and it got to the point where my wheel was just continuously hard to turn. Took it back to them as I was instructed to do because obviously something went wrong while fixing the transmission. They took my car for a couple of days fixing the issue. They did this twice and both times the problem continued. They were really clueless about what was wrong so they chalked it up to some part that was on back order . So ok we re now waiting on this part for several weeks until I finally decided to just get my car and try a second opinion. Took it to the dealership only to find out that there was a bolt that was loosened somewhere around where the transmission and electronic power steering was. That was the issue..smh. I spent so much money on rental cars while dealing with them

Don't know if there is enough space for my narrative, but I'll try to condense. The story is about my oldest son(his vehicle) traveling to his new job(out of state). He was about half way, Dublin, GA when his transmission went out. Happily he found this business. Of course new transmission had to be ordered, but should have next day. So he called me to pick him up (3hr drive up +3hr back), no problem,Right? During this time, the staff was so nice as he waited. Next day (in my car) he left again traveling to new job. Probably should mention that all of this happened the week between Christmas/New Year. His vehicle, fixed & ready for pickup(NEW YEARS EVE), I enlisted my sister in law's help in traveling with me back to Dublin, GA to drive his vehicle back home for him. Here again the staff went out of their way to help. Two of their staff stayed after closing until we arrived. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE such as this (unfortunately) is not the norm. These Gentlemen were fantastic.So at the HAPPY ending of my tale, this rating is DEFINITELY FIVE ***** STARS!!

My experience was great. My family and I got stranded heading home from vacation the car broke down and we had to sleep in our vehicle over night. After hours of waiting to find a tow we were a bit upset because we had to pay 50 for a cab to get to our truck. When we arrived Not only was the vehicle diagnosed by the time we made it there they had already ordered the parts . The front desk rep Chrissy was a gem my 4 kids my husband and I had not eaten since the night before she was so kind got us lunch. She made a pregnant lady cry. We were not just a sale to this company we were people a family trying to get home. I am forever grateful. Not only was the service and price great but their hearts were beautiful. Would recommend to anyone

I believe they could performance the work that was needed...but the frontend and shopend customer service was not customer friendly enough for me to have them performance the work needed on my vehicle...would have been willing to pay the higher price/cost....but I saw their unfriendly or lack of initial customer service as a tell tell sign of trouble...if I had a future complaint about their work.Would have been customer, now an advocate for beware of the business.Sincerely,Lost Customer

Stellar service, warm and friendly environment, family owned and operated, the pricing is fair and reasonable. You won't find a better transmission service in the State of Georgia. Mr. Roy is the absolute BEST!Lisa S.

Our transmission was rebuild twice and went out within a few months each time. The 3rd time the warranty was expired by 2month. We were told we would have to pay for parts so we decided not to since it would only hold up for a few months!
