The entire process met and exceeded my expectations. Everyone I came in contact with while there was courteous and professional. My salesman, Rob Houston, was very patient and friendly. He rode with me on a test drive of a Yukon. I really appreciated that since he could point out features and answer questions as I drove. I have been to dealerships where you drove the car by yourself. I am returning to the dealership next week for application of protective coatings and additional tinting. Rob told me to bring my list of questions so he can answer what I have by then. He also told me to call with any questions. The man who helped build my order (I'm sorry I can't remember his name at the moment) was great. Both finance gentlemen I dealt with were very thorough with in their explanations and in answering my questions. The sales manager, Mr. Carswell, was very courteous when I met him.I am very pleased with my first experience at your dealership. I would definitely recommend your dealership.

The best car-buying experience I have ever had. We have purchased over 15 vehicles and this is hands down the best experience! Rob (Salesman) was absolutely fantastic and the dealership as a whole provided outstanding service. The dealership is 2.5 hours from our home and we will encourage friends and family to make the trip for their next car purchase! We won't go anywhere else again!

I arrived for my oil change and tire rotation appointment. From start to finish all associates werevery nice and polite. I usually have all my work done on my vehicles at Dublin Chevrolet Nissan.Mrs.Henrietta Williams has been my salesman for my last 4 vehicles. I would not go anywhere else. Dana always take care of our service needs. She is very nice also. Dublin Chevrolet Nissan is the best. Mr. Don Carswell has a great team in Dublin, Georgia. You can tell he is a great manager.

I will never go anywhere else for a GMC/CHEVY truck Rob Huston put my deal together all through text and email which was great for me at pickup i could not have ask for a better experience . I had an appointment at 815am on a Thursday for a running light out on drivers side of vehicle. Was contacted via text if had any questions just send text. Friday I started texting and calling with no response from text or Service department. I went and picked up the vehicle around 4 pm Friday and the vehicle had not been touched.

The service was excellent but the only complaint I have was the time it took to get my car in for the service. It took 3 weeks to get the appt, then I was put off for another three weeks.

The service dept. did great, they actually finished ahead of schedule. They didn't have a loaner vehicle for me to use so I had to impose on my daughter who lives 45 minutes away to pick me up and return me when my vehicle was ready. So, she missed some work.

Travelled to Dublin GA from Canada in my newly purchased Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. Had to arrange for my first oil change and tire rotation. Scheduled the appointment online with Dublin Chevrolet. I was concerned if the maintenance warranty was going to be covered as the truck was purchased in Canada. However, when I arrived they were prepared to get the truck into the garage for the service - completed the work quickly and honored my maintenance warranty. Very pleased with the "drama free service". Hope that all my remaining scheduled services go just as smoothly.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. It really helped me make my decision to buy the car from here when they allowed me to test drive it overnight and play around with all of the features. Eli, Avery, and Prince were all super helpful and were not overly pushy like most other salespeople. They were very helpful in assisting me while finding the best deal to fit my budget. 10/10 experience.

Where do I start?? We went to just basically window shop. We drove in the driveway and fell in love. After looking at several vehicles, we came back to the one we fell for. Thank you Rob Houston for making it possible!! Ely Holmes made us feel at home. Thank you guys for being awesome!!!
