Very unprofessional. Even when you ve paid your car payment they cut your car off. They won t answer the phone at all. I do not recommend

You might want to check the total of your payments against the Blue Book value of the vehicle you're purchasing. You may find that you're paying double or even triple what the car is actually worth. There are other places that won't gouge you so egregiously. Or save your money and go purchase outright the same car you see on their lot somewhere else. You will pay much less. I understand the business they are in, but charging $10,000 for a car that's barely worth $3k is a ridiculous exploitation of people with no money. We have money and are able to go somewhere else. Not everybody is. Beware. At least know what you're agreeing to.

I ve had trouble with the car from day one took it back for them to fix it instead the cut the converter out from underneath it and I had to fix everything on it and they didn t stand by it at all. I replaced everything and they just didn t stand behind the vehicle at all .

To be completely honest I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I feel like it is way to generous. Day 1 of trying to buy a car, I was understanding. I did have an out of town license. So, day 2 I came back with everything required. When I say i jumped through hoops to be able to buy a dang car I am not even kidding. I went to get a copy of my utility bill, to prove residency, changed my address on my driver's license, had proof of income, the ridiculous amount of references required, a statement from my landlord who is also my boss, money and all. After almost 2 hours of waiting for the guy to speak to me I was told I needed a co-signer. When my co-signer showed up I was told no she could not co-sign because she is not blood related. So, my husband's aunt tried to get the car in her name today, day 3 now. He told her no she could not get the car for me in her name. The reason he gave me for not selling to me was I have not lived in dublin long enough. He said I have to be a resident of Dublin for a year. This makes no sense to me at all. Now, I will say this he did act annoyed when I was checking the car out. I cranked it and popped the hood and checked it from front to back. He kept saying just test drive it. I smiled and explained I would, I just want to look at everything first. I know that not all women know their way around the engine of a car. However, that is not me. It seems like he was not very happy about me checking so thoroughly. I guess he expected me to just point at one I liked and sign the papers and hand him money. I am including a picture of the requirements.

Back in 2020, my husband and I financed a car through here. They seemed very nice and helpful. My husband was always on time with the payments. July 2021, my husband was admitted to Fairview Park hospital with Covid Pneumonia. When I called them and told them he was in the hospital with Covid they told me, " Bring the car in and we will hold it until he gets out of the hospital". Thinking they had my best interest at heart, I took the car to them. A few weeks later, the car was sold to someone else. Next thing I know, my husband passes away from Covid. I tried calling to talk to them but they really had no time for me. They did tell me they were sorry for my loss. At least they did that much. Guess it was my stupidity for trusting a company.

Dublin motors offer excellent service and excellent customer service. There vehicles are top choice and I have done business with them for the past 4 yrs. I purchased 3 vehicle from them in that time.

My husband and I had a great experience with Dublin motors. We have brought a 2006 dodge caravan and they helped get things fixed that needed to be fixed without any hesitation. If you have any questions they will definitely help you or if they don't know they will help you get that answer or they will pass you to someone they know that can help you. We would definitely come back here again and yes we will really recommend Dublin motors. As long as you do what your supposed to do such as paying on time and communication they will do what they are supposed to do.

I have had a great experience with them. I have a great suv and they helped get things fixed that needed to be fixed without argument. I would totally go here again and recommend Dublin Motors. Bottom line you do what your supposed to they will do what they are supposed to.

This is a good company. They make sure that all vehicles are in good running order before it leaves the lot. A tracker is put in the car to keep track of the car when it is a buy here pay here car in order to recover it when people decide not to pay for the car and it has to be repossessed in order to get it back for non payment. If you buy a car and have it for 19 months and have to pay for a tune up, then it's not the dealers fault you had to do it. Autos do have to have maintenance and there is nothing the dealer can do about it if the buyer doesn't take care of the car. Check for a warranty before you but it. DON"T BLAME THE DEALER FOR EVERYTHING. Do your homework first.

I would not recommend no one going to Dublin Motors and getting a car. I bought a 2010 chevy Cobalt from Dublin Motors February 23, 2016 and in September 2017, I started having trouble out of the car. I paid for a tune up that costed $209, then a brand new tie that costed $140, and final a diagnose at the Chev. place for $110 to see why the car was jerking so bad. I told Dublin Motors about the car for months all they would say is well the owner won't trade out until a year. They requested that I send the car to Joel Jackson on North Jefferson Street and I did. Joel couldn't fine the problem next thing I knew was the car was in Milledgeville, Ga in the shop and they was telling me tat it was the transmission.They send Joel to come and get the car before my car payment was due and they keep the car a whole week. Then they come telling me that I have to pay $320 for a car payment after they had told me that they was going to trade the car out. I had belongs and a tag on the car that they refuse to even give me. I WILL BE SUITING DUBLIN MOTORS OF DUBLIN GA FOR $704. The owner's name is Ashley Spires, which you will never see or talk to him. The people that he have working for him Keith and Darryl they tell lies for him. These people told me lies back and forth! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE GOING TO DUBLIN MOTORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are some crock ass people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
