Absolutely amazing service. Have never had an experience like the one I had with my recent car purchase. Highly recommend. They treat you like family. Personable employees that go above and beyond. Fair and honest is an understatement. If you are in the market for a new car look no further!!!

They were very good to deal with until it came to them forwarding the signed paperwork to me after they got my money. I have made several phone calls to them requesting copies of paperwork. I was assured it would be sent to me. Still nothing. It has been approximately two month's since I purchased the vehicle.

Traveled from Canada in my new Chevy 2500 hd. Made a reservation for my first oil change and tire rotation before I left Canada.Came in. They got it done in an hour.

I took my truck in to have the oil and fuel filters changed. They did not change the fuel filter. We went back to have the filter changed and to address a trailer break control module. The truck should have been in the shop for less than a day. It's five days later, and the truck is still not finished; It was kept overnight because an employee had jury duty.Colton, their technician, was rude to my husband when he questioned the "work" done on his truck. Then, his supervisor said Coloton is a preacher, further justifying his disrespect to the customer.If this was my business, I would be mortified at the customer service.Save yourself the trouble and travel out of town if you want real results.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So every vehicle I've bought from them I've only taken to them to get oil changes and tire rotations or any work done. Well I bought a vehicle in 2020 and every time I went to get an oil change and tire rotation and they never would do it. They would always say they forgot to rotate them and I would end up having to rotate them myself. Well 2 1/2 years go buy and I have to order a set of wheels because they would "forget" to rotate them, and I only had 3 options to choose from and all 3 were street tires, not all terrains. so I buy them from Dublin tire and they swapped them out for me. Well, on December 10, 2022, they did it again and charged me for a cabin filter I didn't even ask for and would not give me my money back. I will never do business with Dublin Chevy or Nissan again. I hope this helps someone in not making the same mistake as I. Dublin Chevy and Nissan dealerships are scam artists.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I would give this place minus a million stars if I could. I has my truck towed to them at the end of March for wiring harness issues. Here it is June 24 and it don't look any closer done than when they started it . They was paid in full they have called and got more money numerous times. I've paid 3 full payments on my truck 3 full insurance payments and aint even touched the truckService: Auto maintenance

Took my car in on 12/12/22 and they couldn t come up with a problem or a price! We decided on putting it on the machine for diagnostics! I was unable to pick it up and my daughter picked it up for me, they didn t even put it on the machine! They changed us $138 for the pleasure of allowing our car to sit on their lot 6 days and for the sheer bliss and enjoyment of them not doing anything to it, we had to pay! Oh and then Dana hung up on me for questioning her about it! Dana said the service couldn t be provided because of car make and model and then she wrote that we declined services! She s a liar.

Don Carswell, Eli Holmes and crew are the best in the business. Knowledgeable, attentive, and customer service are just a few of the words to describe them. If you re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, don t buy until you talk to them! I can t say enough good things! Advertises msrp on autotrader only to quote 6K over that when reaching out to confirm the price. Unfortunate they are running a bait and switch type business.

I visited the parts department. They worked with me to track down some elusive parts and were successful with the parts shipped the next day. All with a great attitude toward customer service.

Micheal took the time and effort to run a thousand miles oil consumption test for a service bulletin I'm going though with GM, I love in Alabama but was traveling and hit my mile marker to get tested. Micheal and a service technician who's name I didn't get took ten minutes out of their day to run the test for me. Thank you!

Called about 2 vehicles and given a price on each... I asked for a quote on both hoping for a better deal... dealer quoted me $5,000 over the price I was given for individual vehicle.... so disappointing
