Ms Cherrie helped me find the correct part for my truck. She was awesome! Funny, sweet, educated, and professional. I was in and out in a matter of minutes with the right part. Very happy!

Awesome car wouldn't start and i was leaving work and was so beside myself and Macy from Advance came and was here in 3 mins flat popped my hood and jumped me off.. got me cranked up and headed home to my kiddos.. thank you Advance Auto and big huge shot out to Macy.. girl u are the bestest.. Advance yall please give this young lady a raise! Exceptional customer service!!! Forgot to mention Macy walked over from the store and jumped me off.. but I called O'reilly's first and was told they couldn't help since they would have to come to me.. which I understand.. but I was only a few parking lots away and needed to get home to children in Cochran and had inventory money as well on me from peanut sales and was well after dark and alone at a peanut stand with a dead car battery and no way to change my dying phone.. lol was a Man that said he couldn't help me.. was a young woman (who walked to me at dark thirty.. not a job requirement) and got me going on the road and safely home to my babies Thank you again Macy

It's hard to get excited about visiting an auto parts establishment. But here goes: wide selection of parts and the employee was very courteous and knowledgeable. Probably the best Advance store that I have used.

I could not find what I was looking for so I went to the counter and asked for help. The clerk took me to the item, we chose one, then I checked out. Simple enough. If you don't see what you are looking for, ask, they will help you find it. Great people.

Great staff, but some give false ingormation to customers. If you dont know something, dont tell a customer wrong information. But besides that the rest of the staff is great, great prices and always have what i need in stock

They always have what i need amd if they dont they order it but somethings im able to order off line and have it shipped to my door in 3 4 days example egr valve 234 i got off line brand new 58bucks

Placed an online order for store pickup poor customer service. They will never answer their phone. They seem to have one worker who serve one customer at a time.
