When no one else cared to take care of me at the Advance Auto store beside the mall, they waned to try to make me look as if I was ignorant and didn t know what I was talking about even though I showed them proof after proof that I was right.. I went to Amanda at the Prince Street store and she saw my proof, called the store by the mall and made them known of their error and made amends immediately. I am impressed by her dedication to make things right by her customers. Such a wonderful person.Thank you Amanda for the drinks as well!!

I enjoy going there even if I don't purchase anything Eric is a good guy. If I go into an establishment and don't feel comfortable then I'm gone.They have a great crew as well. Keep up the good work oh yeah Eric, geaux Bayou Bengals.

Thank so much for quality employees like Eric. Not only did he help me with the light and the purchase of the right part he also referred me to Mike. He made sure I was good from the beginnnig until the end. Customer service worthy of praise.

I was handled by a nice gentleman named "Nat." Nat was extremely kind to me and after I explained to him what I was looking for he showed genuine interest in helping me select the product I would best benefit from. I really appreciate this man, he had no idea the rough day I'd had, but his kindness made all the difference. Thanks Mr. Nat!

Ron and another gentlemen helped me in a hopeless task I was attempting. Couldn't get what I needed but that was by my own fault. They spent 45 minutes or so searching and trying fittings for me. Really enjoyed their help will always go with you guys!

The original counterman that started helping me was a bit unsure on helping me and finding what I needed on the shelf but the manager was spot on and quickly got me on my way

This company has fired people without warning who refuse to divulge their private and personal medical information about whether or they have received a covid vaccine. This information just like your cholesterol levels, history of family heart disease, whether or not you have diabetes, and all other medical status is none of their business. You have forever lost my business.

The auto parts store in our lil town. The sales person was very helpful and most respectful. Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly to me. His advice and service saved my day and I will definitely be shopping at this location again.

Fast Service and reasonable prices..They research any discounts that might be available, and they have a team of "Mechanic," that they can supply customer if you don't have one. These "Mechanic," don't over charge and are thorough. They also practice COVID-19 protection.

I work for hospice and deliver medical supplies each day. I was in Dublin today and my Ram Promasters battery went bad. I called Advance Auto and was greeted on the phone by Courtney. What followed was a 5 star wonderful experience by her and a gentleman named Eric. Courtney even came to me and jumped my van off.

Your Manager or "key holder" as he called himself is a joke. I had called a let him know that my wife was on the way with a part to return that the store had sold me the night before. He stated as long as we had the receipt it would be fine so my wife gets to the store and he was very rude to her called me off if her cell phone and told me because the part was mounted he could not do the return that he was only a key holder. My wife has just drove 40 miles out of her way for nothing. He claims he did not know the coperacoo number and ran my wife out if the store because it was past 7pm. I do have several friends who live in the Dublin area and will be sharing our experience with all of them. I will take the incorrect part that your store sold me back home to Tifton and return it there with no hassle or attuide from ungrateful employes.

The Prince Street location of Advance Auto Parts is the worst parts store I have ever tried to deal with in the history of the world. I know 10 yr old children who are more knowledgeable about auto parts than the employees at said location. Make life easier on yourself if you need parts and stop at Auto Zone or if you're driving the opposite way, continue on past this farce until you get to Auto Zone.

If you have the time, order online and you'll always be able to use a coupon code to save anywhere from 10%-20% off order then just go to store and grab or have delivered.
