I called on Saturday and scheduled an appointment for 9a Monday morning (3.18). When I got there I was told it would be an hour and a half wait even though I told him I scheduled an appointment because I had to get back to work. They came back out and told me to follow the black car with no time estimate. A car left prior to the black car and no one seemed to be concerned. I left at 9:10 and came to the used tire place by the Exxon, I was seen instantly.

I really do not know where to start in expressing my appreciation for Omar and his team. He not only fixes but he teaches. Omar and crew always has the owners best interest. I only go to Utires for my needs alignment, brakes and tires. I have been going to Utires for over 5 years. Please look no further for tire service . Just go to Utires they are always open to serve you and your family. Thank you Omar for all you have done for my family. I hate I took so long to write this review.

Omar, the tar super star , as I like to call him, is a great guy to deal with! His service is second to none, and the prices are more than fair. If you long for the good old days where you can deal with a family business and receive friendly service, then go see Omar at U Tires on Fairburn road.

I personally would not trust the service at this location. Purchased a used tire just for it to have a leaking issue, then upon returning to the store for a exchange the owner stated that not all the tires they sale are good. If that s the case as a service all used tires should be expected upon leaving the store. Don t truss their integrity. Terrible service and I will not be recommending your location and I will be sure To let people aware as well as surround areas how bad your location performs.

Douglasville has NO shortage of mechanic shops, but you GOTTA come see Omar if you ever have tire issues. I stopped in after a pesky tire kept losing air, Omar patched it and I was on my way. The thing that impressed me was that OTHER shops would have just told me I needed a new tire..but Omar does what is in the best interest of the driver. Very nice man. I'll be back.Thanks Omar!

Needed to get a flat tire repaired a few weeks ago. A bigger name tire place had a 2-3 hour wait to even look at my tire. They suggested I try U-Tire. When I pulled up, the employees were busy with several other vehicles/customers. However, they greeted me right away and advised they would be with me shortly. They promptly assessed my tire and repaired my flat, and I was on my way in less than half an hour for a nominal charge. I was very impressed with their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I have bought both used tires and new tires here -- great both times. For used, I needed some newer tires to turn in my lease and they found me two great matching used tires. When I needed some tires for my other vehicle, they didn't have the size in used but the new were in stock and super reasonable. This is a great place with great guys and quality work!!

This place is ridiculously high in prices, always outta my size in tires not friendly at all, I gave one star only because they do come out to see what you need in a matter of minutes.

U-tire hi s not just a used tire place. It is an absolute, professionally ran garage that wants nothing more than customer retention. Guess what? I've purchased 2 sets of brand new tires for 2 separate vehicles and one new tire today. They've plugged many tires, suggested used over new too many times over the past 15 years. I'll continue to visit this establishment for many years to come. Always professional, fast, and fair.

The manager and the employees were extremely professional, definitely competitive price, all the other places I had called were at least $30-$50 more expensive. They got me in and out as fast as possible there was a wait which is understandable. The bathroom was very clean I was very impressed but the service itself was exceptional. I will definitely be back

I went to U Tire Center for the first time today to have one of my tires replaced. Found the staff to be very polite and professional. The service was prompt, done with a smile, and at a reasonable price. I have had bad experiences with the last two tire shops I did business with here in Douglasville so this was a breath of fresh air for me. I will definitely use them for my future tire needs. Check them out!

Recently revisited U Tire to have a tire plugged and front brakes replaced. I must say they have improved their service quite a bit since my last visit a couple of years ago. The business office was clean, service was speedy and the service techs that took care of my car were courteous.

45 dollars each for grand Cherokee tires. That's the cheapest I've ever gotten them and the service is insane guys. Polite as can be and fast as possible. Amazing business y'all should definitely support them.

Very disappointing! I called about having my front brakes done and getting a front wheel alignment and after the gentleman quoted me the price, I inquired about my back breaks and the "what if" they needed changing and how much for all four and he said he was closed and acted as of he basically didn't have time to pull up my make and model to give me a full and complete quote!. I asked the gentleman if he was interested in my business, and he acted like he was not and he really just answered the phone to answer the phone and was not overly enthused with taking my money, so, I told him I would spend my $225 elsewhere if he did not have time to look up my truck model to finalize my full and complete quote, so, I will gladly give some other business my money, who has the time to earn it!

Got a good deal on a set of BF Goodrich All Terrain tires for my truck. Also had a used tire mounted on a rim for my daughters car. They did a good job on both. Workers were friendly and knew what they were doing. Hard to negotiate with the owner, but he seemed like an alright guy. They also repair tire sensors and reprogram them. I had this done here too, and it was great to get the light off.

Since I moved to Douglassville, I've been going to U Tires for the last several years. The entire staff is awesome and the quality of service is great. I have 5 drivers in my house and we've used U Tires for new tires, repairing a tire and used tires. Best prices in town with a great customer experience and the most competitive prices you'll find. I highly recommend U Tires to everyone!

I found these guys on Google search! When I pulled up the lot was very clean and the bays were organized. They were very short on words but very high on delivering professionalism and a great price. I had a large screw in my tire and I did not have the patience or motivation to fix it myself. My man who was assigned to the job worked on my tire as if he was in a NASCAR pit crew! LOL....I was in and out in 20 minutes! Thank you my brothers you will see me again!

We been there 2 times they listen and do their jobs.Very affordable..We are actually coming back in the Morning..We trust this company and they give you an estimate how long your used tire or tires should last if ask. ...keep up the good job

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE. First, I went to another shop and they took 3 people who were obviously in kahoots together, in getting me to pay for a diagnostic. Took it to U tire Center and found that one of my tires had about 7-10inch long wear and tear in it. You could see straight though it. . I bought 2 new tires got a warranty too. SCORE! My car doesn't feel like it making milkshakes anymore...lol!!!!!! Would so recommend this place.

Omar took great care of me and my brakes. I brought the rotors and pads and they did the labor. Great price, had me in and out quickly and my brakes are great. Will definitely come back again.

This place has always done us right. In and out within 30 minutes and that included the guys sorting through theused tires for the best ones to put on my vehicle. Great price, great service. I will continue to come here anytime I need used tires.
