I brought our Maserati to Raymond's to fix some deep scratches on our roof from an unfortunate situation where our garage door closed on the roof. I can't say enough good things about Raymond's. From talking to the person at the front desk, the price, communication and end result were all top notch. Not only did the roof turn out amazing, but they touched up a few minor paint chips on the hood as well with the left over paint. I would highly recommend Raymond's for anyone in need of repair.

These guys here did an absolutely perfect job rebuilding my totaled vehicle. When my car was totaled I had a difficult time finding a body shop that would agree to rebuild a totaled vehicle as many body shops do not repair vehicles that have been totaled out by an insurance company. Usually if you are able to find one you have to be able to trust that they will do a good enough job restoring your vehicle in order for it to pass inspection. But these guys did just that. They did a wonderful job restoring my Mazda 6 GT. Now it doesn't even look like it has been repaired it just looks like a brand new car altogether. The customer service was also very good. I got only positive vibes from them the moment that I walked in the door. The people there were professional and very warm, good to talk to and did a good job making me feel welcome. They just seemed very sincere in doing a very thorough job to making sure that everything was done correctly to get me back on the road, so they gave me the confidence that I could really trust them and their abilities. Once my vehicle was returned to me after they finished restoring it I had people ask me if that was my same car that I was driving before because it looked like a brand new car. It also drives exactly the same as before if not dare I say even better than before. This is not usually the case for a rebuilt totaled vehicle. The car passed inspection with flying colors of course. So I have to give them 5 out of 5 stars no doubt and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs auto body repair work done on their vehicle.

Would highly recommend this body shop to anyone! Lisa fought with the insurance company to make sure my car had warranty parts because they wanted to go the cheap route. She kept us updated, offered her own gas money to pick me up to get my car and even got in touch with the insurance company because they wouldn t answer anyone else s phone calls. The shop took no short cuts to make sure my car was reliable and beautiful as ever! If I ever had to go to a body shop, I wouldn t think twice about who to go to. Thank you to all the Raymond s workers, y all are truly talented and amazing!!

Carlos and his wife were very nice and professional. They gave me a quote the same day and had my car scheduled and out of the shop within a couple of days. The work was excellent and I would highly recommend this shop. Thank you, Carlos and Lissette. Also the price was good.

I had an excellent experience with Raymond's Paint and Body Shop. After being rear-ended in my Toyota Tacoma, they demonstrated expertise in their craft. Their appraisal of the vehicle was thorough, identifying all damages incurred during the accident, ultimately resulting in the classification of my vehicle as a total loss. Throughout the entire process, Lysette, the owner, provided exceptional hospitality and kept me well-informed. If you find yourself in need of bodywork following a car accident, I highly recommend paying them a visit.

The best family oriented body shop in Douglasville with professional knowledge of the auto body industry. Their response time was very efficient and prompt working with my insurance company. They made sure that my car was repaired with brand new parts and I was updated throughout the whole process. Best experience by far with auto repairs also!

I had my driver side door removed and replaced and also the latch and interior door handle replaced. They did an excellent job and it looks and feels good to ride in my truck again. I really love the cost for all the work done. Very reasonable and I will return if I ever need any work done.

They are the BEST!! I saw others vehicles and was impressed with the work with my beloved but old SUV, I was so happy! It was like the accident never occurred to it. The repair was perfect and everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. I m so happy I found this place because they saved my vehicle and made it look like new!

Left my car here for a couple of hours to get some work done on my trunk. They did an excellent job, but lost the original copy of my smart key. Upon arriving at the shop to pick my car up, the mechanic gave me a Lexus key that looked like mine. I paid and left. However, when I got to my destination, my car doors would not lock or crank up again. I called AAA becaue I thought my battery was dead and had to get a ride to get another key for my car. The next day, a lady called and said there was a mix up, and they gave me someone elses key, and gave someone else my key. When I went to return the other person's key and asked for my key, they told me they did not have it. They would not apologize or offer to replace my car key. I end up having to pay for a separate key, and the mechanic couldn't even tell me where he left my key, where he placed it inside my vehicle, or why it was missing. I turned the car inside out looking for my key. Even a neighbor- shop owner came over and mentioned that sometimes mechanics leave keys on the top of the car (so it probably fell off and got ran over). But after paying for service, Raymond's handed me a key that I thought was my own. My original smart key was in proximity, so my car turned on, but would not start agiain after several miles of distance. I can only assume that they lost it and are trying to cover their tracks to prevent from being held accountable. Raymonds lack accountability if they are found not doing good business, and I have lost rtespect in their customer service due to their poor attitude about losing my key and blaimng it on the customer so that they would not be foound irresponsible and wrong. They have no camera system, no organized system for paperwork, filing, or safekeeping your items while in their posession- so be warned. Will never return again.

Please Please Please if you need work done on your car take it to Raymond's Paint and Body. They went over and beyond to get the job finished early and the job wes well done!!! family owned business, the moment I walked in they had very good vibes and are very respectful and answered every question I had. Helped me with my insurance and even added extra detailing to my car. Spectacular! I lucked up when I chose Raymond's for my car repair. From the very first interaction I had full confidence in an excellent result and that's exactly what happened. There were many questions and conversations and decisions to be made. Lissette patiently explained everything with a wonderful demeanor and kept me updated at every stage. The repairs were completed quickly and with an outstanding end result. My dad always told me to chose a body shop and a mechanic and be a loyal customer. Amazing work, I had my crossover done and once it was repaired and painted my car looked even better.Their coloring finishes are so clean. Raymonds is the only place that uses pg water based painting near by. Definitely coming back and staff was so friendly and welcoming.

They were wonderful and took pride in their work. They did the best they could in a timely manner to get my doge caravan fixed after a tree crushed my back windshield glass and liftgate. I highly recommend them! A big thank you to Carlos and your team members.

Had to replace a grille and bumper on my 2022 Honda HRV and Raymond s Paint & Auto Body was the chosen place for me to have the repairs done. I found them on Google and after reading others reviews there was no question about me trusting my vehicle with them! They did a spectacular job and guess what? . IN ONE DAY!!!
