I recently visited Grease Monkey for an oil change, and I was blown away by their efficiency. The team at Grease Monkey operates at pit stop crew speed, completing the service in record time without compromising quality.From the moment I arrived, I didn t need to get out my car and the oil change was finished in around 15 minutes. They were ready to get to work, and before I knew it, my car was back on the road with a fresh oil change.The staff was friendly and professional, and their streamlined process made the experience hassle-free.I usually go to a dealership or jiffy lube for my oil changes but at those places I can be waiting for hours. While I do think they are good for getting a full point inspection on your vehicle, if you only need and want an oil change with a quick inspection of what s going on under the hood of your car Grease Monkey is the place to go.I did come during an off hour where there was just me and another car getting service, so I highly recommend calling ahead if you can so you re not waiting in line.Five stars all around!

Lee and his team were very helpful. They were able to change my oil and do the maintenance on my car and change some of the lights that had gone out. Lee was even kind enough to let me know that my headlight wasn't out, it was merely disconnected and not to worry about being charged for that. I appreciated the service.

Update- Thank you so much to the manager who took his time to call and apologize for the experience I had. He was very professional and give me some options to accommodate the situation.Make sure everything is done right before you pull off. Paperwork says everything was completed and all he did was pour oil in. I pray it was the right kind. I turned back around and a nice gentleman rechecked for me and he was on his break.

We went in to get our emissions done today. The men were friendly, professional and very polite.We were on our way quickly to get our vehicle tag and finish our errands. I would recommend them to my friends. I felt very comfortable in that atmosphere.

I got an oil change and emission testing. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Wait time was minimal even though they had a steady flow of customers. Would definitely recommend them for oil changes.

I shared with manager Lee today that it never even crosses my mind to have the regular maintenance for my vehicles done anywhere else. The level of customer service, attention to detail and the fostering of a personalized experience is why I return to this location. Lee has been my go to for both my and my wife's vehicles for the better part of the last year, and has become someone I look forward to talking to as well. I'd highly recommend visiting this location. They'll take very good care of you.

This was the worst place I have been to! I got my oil change done here in December 2023. The manager, Lee was incredibly rude. When I first pulled up, I was the only customer and he asked me why I came there, I said to get an oil change. His reply was there are other places that do oil changes. For the first 10 minutes he was on the phone yelling at someone about a paycheck and that someone was going to get fired. If I had not felt sick I would have left right then, but I stayed.He had me go in the waiting room and then told me I needed full synthetic oil. Which he told me would be $99.00. I told them I had a coupon for the oil change and a multi point inspection, they told me they did not know what I meant by a multi point inspection, they did not accept my coupon.The manager came into the waiting room with a filter which clearly had an abundance of oil sludge. He accused me of not having my oil changed. I felt like he was trying to shame me. In fact my son had been doing my oil changes.He then told me I would need to have an engine flush done. I agreed not knowing that it would cause the oil sludge to cycle through my engine. For all of this I paid $176.00. Lee told me the engine flush did not work and he would have to document it. That Monday I had someone at my job check my oil because my vehicle was making an awful sound. My oil was full of sludge. The end result, I had to get another vehicle. I will NEVER go back to that place again.

I was here today (January 26, 2024)I misunderstood the manager when I asked for the price of an oil change. It was MY mistake, but he gave me a discount anyway. I REALLY appreciated that. The woman working at the front desk (I really wish I got her name) was wonderful! I felt really stupid for not hearing the right price but she went out of her way to assure me it wasn't a big deal. She was so kind! That goes a long way in a world that has drastically forgotten how important being kind to each other is. Thank you guys so much!!!!

The crew at Grease Monkey are awesome. They are so fast, efficient, caring and good at what they do. We are going to continue to give our families business to them because they take care of you like you were a part of their family from beginning to the end of every visit. All 3 employees at this location was very nice and accommodating. Very welcoming into their business. Would definitely return if I ever need any more service in this area. I highly recommend coming here to get your work done

Will not be going back. The older bald guy was very rude as if he was mad about being at work. He definitely needs to be more professional and leave the attitude at home. The rest of the staff I interacted with was was great.

Went there to get my emissions tested and the guys working were all really nice. I also had some unrelated questions and the guy testing my car answered everything and didn t seem bothered or annoyed. Over all a pleasant experience.

I went to Grease Monkey for emissions testing in my county. Latresa at the front desk was so kind and helpful. A customer in front of me had an issue with a battery that the mechanics were resolving. They informed me of the delay, which was no big deal. Easy and convenient location.

This is for the mechanic who told my 19 year old son to work backwards to find which fuse is causing the engine light to come on and closed the car door. That s why he came to your business. We both have been repeat customers but you just lost two customers. If you don t want to work with a professional attitude that reflects your field of expertise, get another job or stay at home!

I have been going to this location for a few years. I have always had a great experience. This visit was not a good one ,the wait time was long and the price was $8 more than the previous years. When I asked the mech.pointed to the receipt as if I couldn't read and told me the price I quoted was 8 months ago. Then proceeded to tell me the wait was long because he is training everyone. I think it's new management. Won't be going back, there are other places less expensive

I recently had my oil change at this location and it was horrible. I came on a Sunday. I asked for everything to be topped off. When I wokeup the next morning my drive way was full of oil. I didn't pay it too much attention until my dashboard said I needed oil. I went to another oil change station where they refused to give it to me saying that whoever changed my oil last had no clue what they were doing. My dipstick was missing, and an oil nut that was suppose to be there wasn't. The bottom was so oily they couldn't say if it was oil or transmission fluid. I am very disappointed.

My experience was horrible the manager was pushing the cashier to the limit. Witch was embarrassing. My oil change took a good hour to complete. There were drippings of oil on my engine cover ( of my newly bought car) I don't know if I'll return to this establishment or tell my friends and family about it. Or should I go onto social media about this

Gentleman that met me up front was very friendly and helpful. A little shady that the younger guy try to tell me I needed an oil change and air filter when I just had it done 4000 miles ago at your Woodstock location.

Ken and Pat took me at the very last minute on a Sunday! I appreciate them both. I love this shop. Always a loyal customer because they look out! Hate to be a stereotype but I m a young female and I wait until the very last mile to come get my change and I was desperate. They always get me together fast and easy! I had great service, great customer service, staff explained every detail to me and took me through every process of what they were doing, they were friendly and understanding too. It was a one stop service that answered all my questions. Thank you so very much. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs full diagnosis with great value.
