I ve dealt with Cw Customs exhaust a couple times and every time I go I get the best services great customer service they Are very acknowledge able and honest I also asked for a pacific cat. It would ve took me about two weeks to get if I ordered myself he got it same day and repaired done same day. and that s why I keep going back and recommending to family and friends I would give them more than five stars if I could

I called up there, needing some work done fast right before closing time and he offered to do it for me. He did a very great job in repairing my exhaust on my ram 2500 in a very quick time and charge me much at all and I left a good tip.

CW does excellent service and very professional.. I highly recommend him. I ve recommended him to my husband, daughter and granddaughter and he has worked on their car and they don t have any but good the to say about their outcome the repair.

Called about getting a h pipe and axleback mufflers on my mustang. Once on the rack I was told there s already a x pipe on here and it s better than that h pipe I have. I appreciate him telling me that and very satisfied with how my car sounds now.

For months I ve been trying to find out what was wrong with my SUV! I ve taken it to 4 different repair shops! CW was the very only shop that actually listen to me and helped solve the problem and get it fixed without costing thousands of dollars!!!!! Five Stars from us without question would recommend this place ! Fast truthful and reasonably priced!

GO ELSEWHERE!!! He s like that barber whose chair stays empty for a reason. Easily one of the worse business experiences that I ve ever had. I wouldn t let that dude touch a Hot Wheels car! I can GUARANTEE that he won t stand by his work when there s a mistake.

Terrible business, called and asked if I let them keep my cats do I get discounted for my upgraded catalytic converter installation. Told me that it comes with the service to keep catalytic converters, the owner proceeded to hang up in my face for asking simple questions about the process. When I arrived they were hostile, resistant to want to put my catalytic converters on. Immediately told me it wouldn t work and he can t do it, whilst being there he was arguing on the phone with someone else. This business clearly has to much money to have to deal with customers, go elsewhere. They will take advantage of people whom don t know much about how processes work. The owner is unhappy because he made a bad career choice & is stuck with an unhappy life

Took a sema show truck here to get custom exhaust after making an appointment earlier in the week and telling them it's a lifted truck. We arrive and the owner is a complete jerk and said nope not doing it. After trying to reason with him after coming this far we finally decided he was obviously incompetent with his work and we took the truck else where, where we received much better customer service and they were happy to do the work.

I took in a "traditional" hotrod for some custom exhaust work. I was given an estimate of $400 to $450, which I thought was reasonable. I took in the exhaust parts I had taken off and asked him to use as much of that as possible. He was able to use all of what I took in, did some welding, and gave me an exhaust system with which I am well pleased. Not only that, but because he was willing to work with the parts I brought in, the actual cost was $200 less than the estimate. I am quite happy with the work done and I would recommend this shop to anyone needing exhaust work, particularly custom exhaust.Service: Exhaust

They did a horrible weld job and horrible exhaust work on my car. My exhaust pipes had leaks everywhere from the horrible welds. I went to get my exhaust inspected at a different exhaust shop due to concerns with this one after getting the work done. The different exhaust shop inspected my car and showed me all the leaks which I felt the leaks and showed me the horrible welding job. I will never go to this place again.

Excellent services. Me and my husband broke down coming from piedmont Alabama in my Mercedes. We brought a expedition with the cats cut off the truck. He took us in quickly did a amazing job in less than 30 minutes running pipes the car sound great and we made it back home safely. Your the best. Very incompetent, lazy, didn t wanna touch a truck, willing to spend good money and asked why he didn t want to touch it, I was told because it s my shop and I ain t doing it I guess that explained why nothing was in the shop. I will never recommend anyone to use them nor will I ever spend a dime with them.

**MUST READ BEFORE USING THIS SHOP**Went to this shop because they were the closest to my house inquiring about replacing the Cats on my truck due to the code it was throwing. Asked price on diagnostic and price on replacing cays if that was what was diagnosed. Lady told me diag was $105 and she would have to ask mechanic for replacement costs. She comes back asking for my keys. I said I need to know replacement costs first so I will k ow whether I have enough money to get the work done that may be needed...or wait a few weeks till I have to money. Mechanic/Boss/Manager, whomever comes in a s asks for my keys as I am talking to the lady, and after explaining that I would like to get an estimate on the replacement of the Cats(which is a standard service), he was rude as hell a d just says "Bye"! I said "what?" " You can't give me a price on Cats until after I give you $105???" He just looked at me ans said "Bye"! I said a few expletives to him and left. Moral is, if they will not give you and estimate for a standard service, then they a purposely looking for that naive person to screw over. Get you hooked by the $105 diag fee as they over inflate the service to be performed. Absolute dirtbags and DO NOT DESERVE YOUR PATRONAGE

CW does awesome work he always takes care of our work fans no matter what it is from the littlest thing to the biggest thing he always does an awesome job and is very reasonable a lot of times he'll give an estimate and the estimate is cheaper when you're done paying for the repairs I recommend him to anybody

Owner has an excuse for everything, thinks he knows everything & will argue with a standing wall. Came here a couple weeks ago, never coming back. Shut this company down you don t know business

Second time bringing my car here to get looked at. Had the starter replaced recently and It was done in a day. CW the owner cracks jokes but is also knowledgeable, upfront and honest about what he can and can t do, so he doesn t waste your time. I always start with him first with my car needs because I know he ll be honest and carefully inspect the car before working on it.

Hello just wanted to warn everyone that the owner of this business is extremely rude and unprofessional I have never had a interaction with him until he commented on my post I'm a mobile mechanic and he commented on a post that I made looking for work and used very inappropriate language telling me because I'm a mobile mechanic that I don't know what I'm doing to go f myself and so on so just a heads up I would not do business with him

Let me tell you... I went in and what I wanted he explained to me why I couldn't do it. So I came up with another idea... He thought about it for a minute ( getting measurements) then ask me what I was trying to do.... He gave me a price. I love it I told him I wanted deep sound more speed at top. I love my exhaust

Customer Service is VERY POOR!!! I attempted to get warranty work done on a Catalytic Converter. The technician told me the part had a 1 year warranty and refused the warranty work due to the warranty was voided because of another issue with the vehicle. When I asked for clarification, the technician yelled at me, refused to give me the manufacturer information or any documentation of the warranty and he hung up on me. I contacted law enforcement to visit the shop on site. Got the distributer's contact information & I found manufacturer information with 5 year warranty, Not 1 year. Very Unhappy with service!! STAY AWAY from this business.Service: Exhaust
