My vehicle looks brand new. You cannot tell that any work was done. Beyond impressed!!!!! Will only use Caliber from now on. Consistent updates from Johanna. No concerns or issues. Amazing customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am very dissatisfied Caliber Collision s work product. It is unacceptable. I went to pick my vehicle up after what should have a been a standard front bumper and undercarriage cover replacement and repair. When my vehicle was initially presented to me for turnover, I quickly noticed that the right side of the bumper wasn t attached properly causing it to bulge out. They took it back into the shop and when they returned the same side was still not properly attached and the bulge remained. They took it back into the shop a scone time and when it returned it appeared that they had corrected the issue. When I got home I decided to get underneath the vehicle to inspect their work further. Unfortunately, I discovered that there were a lot of bolts missing on multiple components that they replaced. The parts that they "replaced are not securely attached. This is unacceptable and would not recommend this shop ti anyone right now. I am curious to find out how they could allow such bad quality to exit their shop. This is the worst vehicle damage repair that I ve personally ever witnessed. See just some of the photos that I captured to display their negligence. There should be an option for 0 stars.

I used Caliber Collision for two separate accidents and they took care of my car in a timely manner. The employees who I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Their work is awesome. I recommend them for any work that needs to be done. You will not be disappointed.

We, unfortunately, were in a wreck the day after Thanksgiving and our truck needed some repairs. The insurance company set us up with Caliber for the repair and Enterprise for our rental. We have had the smoothest transaction, I think ever, with insurance/rental/body repair. The ladies in Caliber were very nice and helpful. The rental company was ready to pick me up to take me over to pick up my temp truck. I think I was in and out in 30 minutes. They took about 3 weeks to get our truck ready, and again, the transaction was super easy and quick. We really appreciate that! You guys all did an amazing job!

The work Caliber did on my car was outstanding. Unfortunately this was the 3rd accident where I needed their expertise. Since none of the 3 accidents were my fault, it was reassuring to have a body shop that looked out for me and did their best to provide superior service during one of my most frustrating times. Their communications was always spot on, and, they worked with me to complete their work a couple of days early in order to help me meet a deadline I was up against. Working with Samantha Normandy was a pleasure. She went out of her way to keep me informed and up to date. I highly recommend Caliber.

Caliber does excellent bodywork, but in addition they offer great customer service. The frequent communication is fantastic. Everything went according to plan. Samantha was communicative and professional.

The front desk customer care representative exhibited exceptional professionalism in ensuring a seamless check-in experience for my daughter, and the consistent and timely updates on repair status were commendable.Regrettably, the commendations halted at the front desk, as I encountered significant disappointment with the integrity of the repair workers. Below are the issues I encountered with the workmanship:1. Rear camera: Upon removal, it appears the worker failed to recognize that the clips securing the camera to the bumper were broken or intalled improperly. Additionally, upon reinstallation, it should have been evident that the camera could not properly attach to the bumper, resulting in a misaligned rear view during vehicle reversal.2. Left side tailpipe: During reassembly, a crucial plastic cover, which aids in protecting the paint and bumper from the heat of the tailpipe, was found to be missing.3. Bumper alignment: The left side of the bumper appears misaligned in relation to the separation point between the taillight, suggesting a potential misalignment of the bumper clip.These discrepancies significantly detracted from the overall repair experience and warrant prompt attention and resolution.

Unfortunately I have had a few accidents that I have had to get collision work done but Caliber Collision has done each one and there with is OUTSTANDING! They keep you updated as to what's going on through text messaging and the work in impeccable. They are very friendly ever professional. I will ALWAYS recommended them to anyone have down!

Customer Service was outstanding. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and looked brand new when I picked it up. Maurita and Johanna were very helpful and exceeded my expectations. Worst service ever at a body shop in my 35 years of driving and having to have cars repaired .. gave me April 24 completion date, then gave me a April 18 completion date then called me on the 13th to pick it up on the 14th. Picked up the car and the next day the door handle fell off, found a scratch they painted over but didn t fix, and a dent that wasn t repaired they claimed they fixed the door handle but today it fell off again so I can t get in my drivers door . DO NOT EVER GET YOUR CAR FIXED AT THIS PLACE .. I could have done a better job with bondo and a spray paint can!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Overall, I'm not satisfied with the company had to take the car to the shop several times for the same issues, which if the work was done correctly the first times I would not have to take the car back. Moreover, they advised the work was completed and I would be satisfied, which I should have known, I had to call and advised my car might need an alignment, which I should not be the one informing the technician, lastly between myself and ABRA there where no communication. Once again, I'm here again for the same problem, once again I was guaranteed that the was completed and I d not have to bring the car back, and every time my car has to go back, the insurance pay for work that can't be fixed properly. They consider this being finish work, cracked the windshield, a gap between the bumper and the windshield, the side fender not properly install. If you ever consider going to ABRA make sure you do a walkthrough or your inspection

Caliber Collision of Douglasville is by far the best body shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. All the employees were friendly & took very well care of me & my vehicle. Cristian the body man did an outstanding job & exceeded my expectations. I would recommend everyone go here whether it be through insurance or customer pay. I have used caliber on 2 different vehicles and I am always impressed. The staff is great, service is fast and keeps you in the know. My car was so clean I was thrown off and asked my rep what happened, it looked completely detailed and washed. Tawanna the service desk agent is so friendly she even remembered me from my 1st repair last year. Hope to not need them again but if I do I will absolutely take my vehicle here for repair. Its also super convenient because Enterprise is very close and they let you pick up your rental and return it right to Caliber!

I have a 3 dent fixed on my driver side door. Now my mirrors, passenger window don t work. The side trim on the door was put on crooked. Plus my driver side door switch clips are broke and the switch will not stay clipped down. Please don t not use this shop. You need to run the other way!!

I hired these people to replace the panoramic sunroof that was broken, there communication was minimal, workmanship was incompetent, and caused further damages. I was asked to remove my initial negative reviews for a waiver of my auto insurance claim deductible. I received a certified letter 4 months after completion of the work to pay my agreed upon waiver of the deductible. I have decided to take them to court for the remaining damages that their incompetent installers caused. Their integrity and knowledge of replacing auto glass is definitely questionable as well as their business practices. they attempted the complete the repairs 4 times over the span of 8 months of this ordeal. They definitely have not even earned a 1 start rating
