Do not go here! Thieves, shady and dishonest. They claimed they replaced my radiator and they did not. All they did was change the expansion tank then turned around and charged me $1200 acting like they replaced the radiator as well. Less than 12 hours after my picking the car up, the coolant light came on. They never even put coolant in the car! Then they tried to act like they were doing me a favor by towing the car back to their shop to put antifreeze in it. Scammers and liars. I m filing a lawsuit this week. This is shady and unethical. Look at the pictures. A blind man can see this isn t a new radiator. I trusted Joe and he betrayed me.Update: notice that he never addressed the part where my car was still running hot and leaking AFTER he supposedly fixed it. Just don t go to the place.

I luckily found this shop after my car fell out of warranty and free service at the dealership. The staff are helpful, service-oriented and deliberate in saving you money and only suggesting the most necessary repairs. They are taking great care of my CX-5!

We have been taking our cars to Volmaz for several years. Our cars are very "mature" and need loving care and maintenance. We have the utmost confidence in Johnathan and his team to only fix what is needed, but give recommendations for future service. The recommendations come with helpful information like, "This should be done soon, but that can wait until later". We always get a through explanation on the current issue, never "dumbed down". Even with drop-ins, repairs are done in a timely manner. They only use original parts for critical issues, so once something is fixed, we have rarely to return for the same problem. That only happened once after a year, and when it was originally fixed, they put in writing that the problem may reoccur. It was a relatively minor issue, but they have the professionalism and experience to accurately understand the issues and relate them in a real way. We highly recommend Volmaz to anyone who wants to give their vehicles the utmost in automotive care and service excellence.

I made an appoint on Wednesday for a Friday 8am oil change on my 2008 NC Miata. I arrived at the scheduled time, and service was completed in 45 minutes. All employees were professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. I will be returning for future service.

I have been going to volmaz for over 20 years and have recommended it to several of my friends. I have always been treated courteously and honestly. I am on my second Volvo now and will continue to go there. Joe, in particular, has gone above and beyond in getting help to me when I was stranded.

What do I say about Joe? . HEAVEN SENT!!! not only is this guy knowledgeable, and what he s doing his exclamations actually makes sense. Not only that, but he is extremely fair in pricing and man I just can t even say enough nice things about this guy. I had been searching the ATL area for a highly rated auto-service business to service my vehicle. As I contemplated making the 4.5 hr drive home to have it serviced, I was searching the internet and stumbled on Volmaz w/its 4.8 star rating. I called and s/w Joe late that Friday PM as they were closing. Explained my plight and he shared that they too have many customers that wait until they're home to have their vehicles serviced w/them. After reading more reviews, I called back Monday and made my appt. The first thing I noticed, when I arrived, was how personable John was being w/another customer. I signed in and had a seat. Joe came and introduced himself. As I waited he continuous came out and provided me w/updates. The entire appt took a little over 2-hrs and I was on my may. Volmaz reminded me of the service I receive back home and I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

There is something so reassuring about finding a mechanic who will always provide great care for your car at fair prices. The folks at VOLMAZ are so friendly and kind. While waiting for my car to be ready I saw folks from the neighborhood come in to drop off their cars, stop in because a check engine light just came on before a big road trip, have a chat, and even show the new baby! I think VOLMAZ do more than amazing and affordable service they support and help sustain a community. If you were looking for a car repair in the service place that is not only reputable but truly honest then you have found a place. Everyone at Volmaz from Johnathan, Joe, Kim, to the skilled technicians are upfront, honest, efficient, and skilled in all that they put their hands and word to do.I had been quoted more than what I paid for my Lexus by another shop in Marietta that had good reviews. So I prayed and decided I should take it to the people who did my prebuy inspection at Volmaz. They were just as consistent and worth the longer drive!My ac compressor has been replaced, along with any other minor issues such as fluids being filled. All for a comparable price to other shops that do not offer the same level of service.If you need a repair or service, please ask for Joe or Johnathan and they will take care of you and offer shalom of mind.To Yahweh be praise.

Can't say enough good things about Kim, Jonathon and the rest of the crew at VolMaz. I had an alternator go out at the worst possible time and the dealers were all telling me how backed up they were and giving me 2-3 weeks turnaround. VolMaz had me in and out on a friday before 3pm! They are absolutely my new one stop for everything for my Volvo. Truly kind people.Service: Electrical repair

We have been looking for a reputable car repair shop for a very long time and we have found a hidden treasure. Volmaz took care of us like we were one of his family members. Joe, the owner, took the time that no other shop would do, and find the culprit that kept our son s Volvo from passing emissions. They went above and beyond our expectations. I had heard very good things about Volmaz from several of my neighbors. So when it was time for general maintenance on my 2010 Infiniti G37 I decided to give Volmaz a try. It's now several months later, and as far as I can tell, my car is running beautifully. The people I dealt with at Volmaz were very helpful and personable. I plan to continue taking my car to Volmaz whenever I need maintenance or repairs. My wife plans to take her car there, too.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I contacted Volmaz by phone to ask if they would be available to look at a problem I was having with my Volvo. I know nothing about cars, so explaining the problem was in lay terms, but I knew it was transmission related. Whoever I spoke with had an attitude and obviously didn t want to even look at my car to diagnose the issue. He told me the price for a diagnostic and I agreed to the price (after being told you can give me your money if you want, but in my 20 years experience, this is the problem, and you need a new transmission). He told me it would cost $4000 to replace the transmission and that the car wasn t worth that cost to repair. Mind you, this mechanic had not even seen or touched my car, but felt strong enough to give not only a diagnosis, but also an estimate of the cost. I ve never heard of any mechanic doing that before. I ended the call extremely upset and discouraged. I ended up contacting Mr. Transmission on Covington hwy and had him look at my car. He did a thorough diagnostic on my transmission and apparently, my gear box needs to be replaced; that s it. My transmission is fine and even IF I needed a new transmission, the price all in would ve been under $2000. Volmaz might be great for others, but this was my first experience with them and I m very unimpressed and will NEVER recommend anyone to them. Even if I wanted to pay $4000 for a transmission, that s MY decision NOT the mechanic because it s cheaper for me to fix my car than buy a new one. Thanks Volmaz for sending me to Mr. Transmission. Not only was the fix simple, it was also cheap!

My only real complaint about owning to Volvo's has been how much the service places charge, or should I say overcharge. We tried to take our XC90 to the dealer in Macon, GA and was shocked at their $250 charge for doing next to nothing! Love VOLMAZ! Very down-to-earth, thorough, and fair prices!

Best ever!! They thoroughly explain everything that needs to be done, and their prices are more than fair. Everyone is pleasant, so it makes a big difference when you are spending your money. They have kept my car up and running for the last 4 years with no hiccups or complaints.

As a BMW owner you would think maintenance and Repairs would be a hassle if you don't take it to the dealership. NOPE Not with VOLMAZ!! Joe and Kim are absolutely Amazing! Volmaz has been our choice of Volvo shop for over 2 years - since we moved to Atlanta. They have always treated our C30 with great care. I have appreciated how they explain issues and work with you if you are on a tight budget.Work is excellent. Prices are comparable with other shops including dealership prices. Went in for wheel bearing replacement and assessment of battery discharge on my 2014 5 series BMW after paying Nalley $200 to diagnose.They not only charged less, but diagnosed immediately whereas Nalley wanted another $800 to do so.Honest and knowledgeable. They are my new intown go to!Thank you for treating me like, not only a customer, but acknowledging I knew what I was talking about.
