My sales person was Seth Snyder. My first inquiry was online. Seth quickly sent a video introducing himself and a short video of the actual car I inquired about. Seth followed up but was not pushy. All questions about options and pricing were answered quickly via email - great for me as I had little free time. At the dealership, everyone was friendly. Finance was also a pleasant experience. Of course they offered and explained extended warranty options, but again not pushy or high pressure. Great experience, even though I have a dealer much closer - I felt Stivers was interested in me as a customer whereas my local dealer showed little interest in my needs.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 Subaru Forester from Stivers Decatur Subaru and I couldn t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were knowledgeable and eager to assist me without being pushy. I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price that aligns with the practical needs of myself and family. The entire purchasing process was smooth and efficient and my salesman Eric L. went above and beyond to ensure I was completely informed and satisfied. Overall, I highly recommend Stivers Decatur Subaru to anyone in the market for a safe, reliable vehicle. Aside from the quality of the brand, their exceptional customer service makes them stand out from the rest.

I did an E- inquiry on a Forester, and was connected to Jon Mead in internet sales. A real human who I could work with, and boy did he go right to work on a deal I could live with and at a price I m okay with (sad economy right?) so I m a real person writing a real review on my real experience here.When I first moved from PA to GA I needed to service my 21 Outback and I found Stivers, and my experience there for service was wonderful! No muss, no fuss, honest quality service and dog friendly! Nice to chill on a couch with my dogs while we waited. So, with good service under my belt, I reached out to lease a new Forester when my Outback lease was up.I m very happy to have gotten Jon Mead to work with, went right to a perfect Forester for me based on my needs, great price (Where price sells cars!) and he got my accessories arranged to be installed and I was able to visit and work out a deal on Saturday October 28, and pick up my fully read to go Forester on Tuesday October 31.Everyone at the dealership is friendly and welcoming, good crew. It was also the fastest and smoothest car buy I ve ever done.I highly recommend Jon Mead and Stivers Subaru. Excellent experience!

I had a great experience at Stivers Decatur Subaru. Everyone was kind and very friendly. Jon Mead , the Internet sales manager was a delight to work with. He showed me two great options, explaining in details the features on both. I didn t feel any pressure to buy.Once I made my choice, the process went quite smoothly. Doug Martin in Finance helped me stay in a range I felt comfortable with while making me laugh.A big Thank You to both Jon and Doug for the great customer care and for going above and beyond. You two are gems!I highly recommend Stivers Decatur Subaru: Good crew and all the way around good people.

5 stars to SDS! The staff was super accommodating, friendly, and most of all, very fair in negotiations. Jon Mead was my sales rep and was really fantastic with communication and helping me to get set up with my car. Loving my Forester Sport and couldn't be happier!

First, let me say I have been going to Stivers for regular services on my 2021 Crosstrek since I relocated to GA from MS. Everyone in the Service department is awesome. I usually see Cameron Hurley-Knight when I am able to go throughout the week. I seen Rowe Hicks on Saturday and he was equally awesome. I went in for regular service for my 2021 Crosstrek with no intentions of getting a new vehicle.This was my first time going into the sales building. Everyone was super nice, and like I said I had no intentions of getting a new vehicle. Eric Lautzenhiser approached me and we casually talked about vehicles that I had my eye on. I test drove two different vehicles. 2024 Wilderness Forrester and a 2023 Ascent. There was no pressure of buying a vehicle. Eric Lautzenhiser really went over and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I am now a proud owner of the Wilderness Forrester. I truly enjoyed my experience of working with Eric, and definitely recommend him as an expert representative. I plan on working with him again in the future. Go see him at Stivers Subaru!

My experience with Stivers was great. Seth and Daniel provided stellar customer service from start to finish. Both were very responsive and always ready to help. Seth answered my questions about the different models, helped guide me towards the vehicle that fit my needs and also gave me the option to switch the vehicle I wanted to buy after I had committed to one. In addition, Sales Director Russ made sure I was satisfied with the entire process.I would definitely recommend Stivers Decatur for a smooth, stress-free buying process where they try to find the vehicle that matches your needs.

Our salesman was Seth Snyder. He worked with us for 2 days until we care the car we wanted at a comfortable monthly payment. He was very thorough in explaining the features of all the vehicles we looked at. Jeff also helped while Seth was with another customer the 2nd day. Even the man in the finance department went the extra mile in explaining the various options available. I would highly recommend Stivers Subaru and Seth Snyder to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and great customer service

Stivers Decatur Subaru consistently delivers. I have been going to them for servicing two Subaru's over the last few years and worked with Adam who has been amazing every time. 10/10 recommend. I am always taken care of and service is completed in a timely fashion. Recently, I turned in my old outback and signed a new lease through Stivers with Ryan Sullivan and he was fantastic! He worked with me to get numbers where I wanted them, valued my time, and got things done! Highly recommend asking for him, you will not be disappointed.

If you are buying a car ask for Seth Snyder. He answered all of my questions and set me up with everything I wanted in my new outback. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and on top of their game. That kind of service is what keeps me loyal to Subaru.

We had a terrific experience buying our Outback. Seth was great and let us take a real thorugh test drive. There was never any high pressure like at some dealers. Brent in finance was friendly made us very comfortable. We got a great price and are extremely happy with our car.

It was a wonderful experience working with Mike Halligan when purchasing my new Subaru Forester Premium. He was knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and patient. I was looking specifically for a grey color which was not officially in inventory, but he knew one that matched my request had been delivered to the dealership the night before. We love our new Subaru Outback Touring, Jon Mead helped us through the whole process and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale process. I purchased my first Subaru outback from Stivers. A great experience all around. Staff is great and super helpful! My sales advisor, Jon Meade, was particularly helpful. He was able to locate the exact car I wanted (color and options), and made the process very easy. I look forward to enjoying my new Outback.

We leased an Outback from Hughes Subaru in Athens three years ago. We liked the car and decided to lease another from Stivers Decatur Subaru. The car had been serviced there since we moved to midtown Atlanta in December of 2023. The process was surprisingly smooth. Our Internet Sales Consultant, Curtis Ralls, did an excellent job of explaining our options for returning the first leased vehicle. He found an Outback that fit our preferences, tracked its movement, and made it available to us when it was in inventory. It was ready for us on March 15. We returned the first car, signed the paperwork, and drove off in a new lease. We are currently enjoying that new car smell.

I normally don t leave reviews because I m fairly lazy about it. However, I had an amazing experience buying a car at Stivers Subaru. Mike Rutledge was my sales guy and answered my texts any time I had a question. Russ Fineman was the Finance Manager I dealt with. I felt very comfortable with the whole process. I believe this was one of my best and most honest car purchases I ve ever had. I received and out the door price quickly. I didn t feel like I was pressured into anything. The wife and I love my new Outback. We had ordered it and it came in a whole month sooner than I was told, so bonus there! Than you Mike and Russ for a seamless process. You guys went above and beyond.

After the bummer of losing my last vehicle to an accident, I really appreciated the friendly and caring service at Stivers. My salesman, Seth, went out of his way to explore options with me to find a great fit, sending me videos, going out on extra test drives, and working overtime to prep my paperwork so that my buying experience went as smoothly as possible. When I got my car, he helped get me set up and showed me new features and explained ones I didn t understand. Seth even gave me tips on how to increase my engine life. I love my new Crosstrek and can t recommend the Stivers team enough!

Our total experience at Stivers Subaru was wonderful. Our Sales Associate, Mike Rutledge, was incredible, start to finish. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the product, and most importantly,... NO HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS !!! Friendly persuasion and knowledge of the product will get me any time. On our first day there we did not know exactly which model we were most interested in, he patiently spent about 4 - 5 hours with us while we test drove 4 different vehicles, then sat down with us and answered every single question we had. If he did not immediately have the information, he went and found it out for us. On the day we took delivery of our new 2024 Crosstrek Limited, he spent considerable time with us setting up the numerous advanced features and making sure we understood them, to maximize our driving experience. Kudos to Mike and I assure you that when we replace my wife's vehicle in a couple of years, our first and probably only stop will will be at Stivers Subaru to see Mike Rutledge. In case I have not adequately made my point, my wife and I are two extremely happy campers!

I highly recommend Stivers Decatur Subaru for any Subaru purchase! My friend referred me here and Jasper took really great care of me. I will preface this by stating that I do not tend to write reviews. Moreover, as I've been fortunate enough to only replace my car a couple times in life, I don't have a lot of car shopping experience to compare to my experience at Stivers. Yet, as the co-owner of a similarly rated small family business with a 40+ year history, I DO know a thing or two about quality customer service and good business practices!So, following a recent incident where a drunk driver totaled both my vehicle and my girlfriend's while they were parked in front of my house, I found myself in the odious position of shopping for a car. As we all know, this can be a very stressful exercise, especially when you're dealing with the added stress of urgent need and a backdrop of dealing with insurance! With a very busy work schedule I didn't have much time to visit dealerships (though I did hit a few), and I just didn't feel very comfortable ordering something as expensive as a car online, where I didn't have much recourse with a live human if there was an issue with the car. Honestly, I was beginning to despair in my analysis paralysis!Upon learning that I was considering a used Subaru, several folks strongly recommended Stivers. And, after keeping an eye on their site for a couple weeks, I noticed a 2021 Outback pop up that was in my price range. I reached out by email and was immediately contacted by James Smith in their sales department. James extremely responsive to all of my subsequent inquiries, and he was also quick to supply any information I requested with regard to condition of parts and service history. Needless to say, I was impressed and set up an appointment to see the car as soon as it was ready.As others have mentioned in their reviews, my experience at the dealership was on par with the excellent service I'd received in corresponding with James prior to arriving. Everyone was very friendly, and the environment was welcoming and comfortable. Meanwhile, James was very thorough and patient in his presentation, demonstrating both in-depth product knowledge and patience for my questions and concerns. About midway through the test drive, I was sold. The purchase process was extremely smooth (though I didn't finance, so that might have made things easier), and I left the dealership that night very much at ease with having spent a lot of money (which is otherwise not easy for me!).Lastly, as my car had been so new to inventory, Stivers hadn't had time to fully detail it prior to my arrival, though they did make a concerted effort to get it pretty darn clean before I purchased it. James gave me a voucher for full detailing and the installation of a bumper guard at a later date--he insisted on this. They were very flexible and accommodating in fulfilling this promise, including giving me a loaner car while the work was done. Again, every element of this service, including the assignment of the loaner, was seamless.All in all, as evidenced by this long-winded review, I am very pleased with my experience at Stivers. In my eyes as a businessman, they met every standard that one can expect of a business: they provided prompt and courteous communication, they made me feel special and valued as a customer, they not only provided a fair price but also demonstrated the VALUE in that price, they performed quality service, and they honored their word (when many others might not). One can't ask for much more than that!

Recently bought a used 2022 Outback Wilderness from Mike Rutledge and am very happy with car, Mike, and dealership. Things weren t perfect after finding a broken item even with the 152 point inspection and.. Mike got it fixed no questions asked, so happy with this follow through that I m glad to highly recommend Stivers Subaru to anyone looking for quality cars and service!
