The price I was quoted over the phone was not what I was charged. Fine! The manager must be overworked because I dropped my car off with a part and told them that it was overheating. They told me they would diagnose it, confirmed it needed the part I provided and that they would ensure that it was fixed. Picked my car up at 4:45 at 5:02 I was on the side of the road with my car overheating! All the manager could say is to bring it back and he would look at it when he got the chance. Never again especially when I ve already paid you to fix this issue. I m confused because I didn t know why it was overheating that was the reason I bought it to them in the first place. I m not a mechanic so, it seems like you definitely just replaced the part I sent and never actually diagnosed the overheating issue.

Bubba and Clayton were great. They made sure my son s car was safe and didn t break my pockets to do so. They went above and beyond to help us and I cannot thank them enough for all they ve done for us. We will definitely be back to fix the remaining issues on the vehicle.

They are very cool, but they work very sloppily, they did everything halfway, I had to go back.They did work on the steering of the vehicle, and they did not do an alignment (what kind of work is that? It's not serious).It is expensive, poor quality-price ratio.I don't renew it, except for a basic oil change.

I have recepit from 2021 coming here, recently I noticed a change in staff they will charge you more additional to what you come get service done to , have you thinking your car is broken especially when you see the total price, most times they don t charge you to see what wrong using diagnostics without anything being done I had to pay $120 for something I could ve went to autozone for the free..anyway I had 1 issue usually it s a in-out quick service required

Save your money and go somewhere where they know what they re doing. Went to recharge my a/c they said it couldn t be completely fixed because my system was broken, only to go somewhere else and have them tell me the only problem was that there was no Freon. They put too much oil in my truck. So bad I was scared to drive it back. Customer Service was excellent until I had this issue.UPDATEI had it repaired. No sweat only because the customer service of the receptionist was way better than the service and without hesitation she asked me to return for them to fix it. I didn't want to drive an hour back to that location and i also had my mechanic look to make sure nothing was major wrong because of it.Service: Oil change

I went here about a month ago to get my rear brakes fixed and if I would have known the outcome I would have never came here. The staff is very rude, no help and just very unprofessional! When I told the mechanic that my brakes where low and he needed to pump them or bleed them he got an attitude, and then mysteriously all the lights on my dashboard came on when I asked him to do that. However when he completed the job and gave my car back no lights where on when I brought my car no lights where on UNTIL i brought my car back I came back less than 5 minutes and told him he brought my car back into the shop and now all my lights are on and they just said oh it s nothing we can do and gave me no answers I ended calling the police and filing a report. I wish I could give this rating 0 stars !Service: Brakes

My experience after an oil change was not what I expected. After spending more than 1,100 during 2020 with other orders, that were all good outcome. I decided to start the year off right with my vehicle and my Son as a Christmas present, with a oil change. 1st the Oil Change was $30.oo more before. "The pans were not reinforced."After the service was performed I left to go out of town. My real issue is the cost increase with less service assurance of safe and preservation of my vehicle. With the panel hanging. Now I am nervous, Did you put oil back inside?, Did you put the cap back on?. As a single woman trying to maintain a safe vehicle and using my dollars wisely...I ask that what ever job you do ? Do it with pride and understand your role as a service provider and why you deserve your pay. We all need...Better service for 2022. ....

Getting my oil changed for the 1st time here was a great experience, great people. However, when I returned early Saturday for a diagnostics of my vehicle, I waited until almost 2pm and called only to find out my vehicle hadn't been touched . Yes I was upset initially because regardless of the issues the shop had, someone could have called me sooner and informed me so I could've went elsewhere. But overall,

Arrived at your Wesley chapel location at 7:50am they was suppose to open at 8:00am. It was 10 people outside waiting for them to open. We Waited outside for one hour! They never opened I left at 9:05am! I was extremely upset! Then when I return the next day I spoke with the manager. He was so rude & very unapologetic! He Didn t care that we waited outside & no one showed up! I ll never go to that place again.

I really miss the old guys that used to be at this shop because they were fair with pricing and honest about what work your car ACTUALLY needed to get fixed instead of trying to scare you into getting something fixed that didn't really need fixing to try and get extra money out of you like $700 extra.uh Told me my calibers needed to be replaced immediately but when I took my car to another shop around the way they told me I didn't have to replace those because they were working perfectly fine. I also paid close attention to the employees interactions and facial expressions towards each other every time a new customer came in and their car was brought into the garage to be fixed. Once they came back with the diagnostics the employees in the office where you sit and wait would give each other a look and head nod and smirk like yea make sure you tell them something serious that can't wait to be fixed but cost an arm and a leg and sure enough they go straight to that person and tell them all these things that's wrong with their car and when the person asked how much it would cost them, the numbers almost made me faint. Just beware when you come here for a specific thing to get fixed also expect them to come to you trying to upsell everything else about work needing to be done to your car as well. You can find cheaper but still good quality auto shops near by or in the surrounding areas near you. Save your coins and shop around and read the reviews to make sure you feel comfortable wherever you plan on taking your car.Service: Oil change

I really don't think the mechanic knew what he was doing for a fuel filter change on my 2012 Ford escape. He gave me a flush and said if he did do what I wanted it would cost 700 - $800.

Did a complete oil change, actually change a belt on the car, only to charge my daughter $800 and told us we needed a whole new engine which took them 8 hours to notice after completing the work. In all fairness they did return the money only after her dad and myself called and said some really nice words to them.. she drove there only to have to leave in a tow truck is my point.Services: Auto engine tuning, Oil change

This place is very unprofessional and is a scam!!!!I recommend if you need anything serious done to your car go ANYWHERE else but here! Came here to get just rear brakes done! Got here at 8am didn t start working on my car til almost 1pm. A lot of techs just standing around. Told manager when I get here I need my passenger side wheel cylinder replaced and that I can get it at advance auto parts for $13 IF he can t find anything cheaper. Manager looked me dead in the eye and said we ll find you the best price cool. Gets my bill, not only did the wheel cylinder cost $129 just for the part, but they took upon themselves to replace the driver side one too. So that s $129 twice on top of the fact is cost $258 for labor to replace it....which literally requires taking ONE screw out. Altogether I had just back brakes and an engine filter changed ....bill was $980. Huge scam! Complained to manager about it , he act like who don t know what s going on . Managers don t care nor does corporate. Chas the store owner....is extremely rude and unprofessional and doesn t care how customers feel.Service: Brakes

It's a fast oil change place near a good Chinese restaurant and close to my errands, but I don't plan to go back. I paid extra for the service that includes topping off the fluids, knowing my transmission fluid needed to be topped off. I told them I needed that, and the cashier said I would need to pay for the upgrade. They did not top off my transmission fluid as agreed, and now I do not trust them with my vehicle. I'm going to try a different company, but this place is always busy so I hope that others have had better experiences.

Asked about knocking I was hearing from my Mazda Mazda 5 they were forth coming and said what it might be and what I should get it checked out. I thought I needed a Tuneup but he said he didn't want to do a tuneup and the knocking continued.

I was hoping to be able to give an awesome review, however I can't. I truly understand how busy shops can be. Don't promise what you can't deliver. I brought my truck in for a diagnostic and possible replacement of the water pump. Its under warranty. All they had to do is contact the warranty company and get approval. Didn't hear from the shop the first few hours so I called, was told I would know something by the end of the day, no callback. Waiting the next day, called warranty company myself, they hadn't heard anything from the shop. Called shop, they said we about to call now, but that was supposed to be done the day prior. Waiting a few more hours, no callback. Called warranty company, they still haven't heard from the shop. Picked up my truck. Manager nor assistant manager came to explain or apologize. Smh. Poor customer service.

Quick and efficient service. I appreciate being able to see the oil change happening. The service recommendations are helpful and the technicians are pushy when making the recommendations. The waiting area is decent. But I wasn t waiting long so that s a plus. Got an oil change and power steering flush in about 45 minutes or less.

I could go on & on about these guys. Billy is, by far, thee BEST mechanic I've had (since losing my brother in law). He's the only one who touches our Sorento and helped my husband and I restore our 1997 Nissan Maxima (after my uncle said it wouldn't be worth the trouble). The engine is stronger and she's a whole different beast now.After he finished all the mechanical repairs, he and his wife referred us to her brother who will be repairing the body and painting her before she goes back on the road.Anything he couldn't do, he let us know upfront. If there was a better option than what we requested, he let us know. This man and his wife Tesia, are like family.As far as our oil changes, Denzel and Kay are the only one's that can touch our vehicles. They are quick and always on point. I took my vehicle in for an oil change for the second time since Precision Tune reopened at the Wesley Chapel location and I must say, I was very impressed with the service. The renovation of the workplace was impressive as well. The overall service was great, from the person in charge down to the technicians. No pressure. After changing my oil, they simply did a detailed review under the hood and advised me of what parts they thought needed attention, (immediate or near future) and left the decision up to me.Will definitely use them again for the third time.

This was my first time at this facility. As a female, I am used to being told one thing and given another. I was surprised at the quick care and service the team provided me. They inspected my vehicle as soon as I arrived, and informed me of what services I needed. My vehicle required 2 parts that the shop did not carry, so they needed to contact an outside source to have the parts brought to the shop. I was informed of every step and every price which I greatly appreciated!!!! I was in and out the shop within an hour and a half. This was amazing. The guys in the shop were friendly and laughed with the customers which made it a cozy place to have to sit and wait for your vehicle. This is a hidden gem in Decatur. I will certainly be back.

I have been a precision auto customer for over 7yrs. I have always been satisfied until now. I am extremely money conscious so I brought in a coupon for a STANDARD oil change and I did request a rear break inspection. They gave me a more expensive oil change that I didn't ask for or was even on the coupon and charge me $20 for the break inspection. I know nothing is free but When I asked about the inspection charge he proceeded to tell me about taking on and off my tires but didn't think to tell me there was a charge before hand. Then when I asked about the oil upgrade he said he gave me a discount on it. I told him I didn't need it cuz I top of my own liquids and another place handles my tire needs do there was no point in getting the upgrade. He didn't care; he looked at me like "oh well we did the work." I paid and left but they have lost me. I will gladly drive my 2hrs to give my hard earned money to a better Precision Auto Tune.

Was here two weeks ago to get a oil change. The manager told me they usually check tires during an oil change. Soon as my oil change was done. My tire light was still on. So, I asked them about it. They said they checked. So, I went to another location to confirm this. It turns out they didn't check my tires at all. I guess it was just a bad day that day...

Went in for a simple oil change as I have done twice before, the guy tells me I need to a flush because I was over on my oil change. I said okay. He also proceeds to tell me I need to have my transmission fluid check so he go under the car to check it. A min later he s shows me the fluid and says it needs to be changed. After he fills up the car with oil now want me to turn it on. Now my check engine light comes on had the car for five months never a check engine light. Then proceeds to pull out the dipstick to the oil as car is running. I turn car off he tells me to turn it back on and proceed to pull the dipstick out again now my engine is going crazy. He brings more folks and the record them doing it again lost story shorten I will never go back to these guys and now I have to figure out what s wrong with me carService: Oil change

I must have called the owner/manager/receptionist on a bad day. Marshal ( owner/manager/receptionist) completely lacked the ability to handle a oil change service request by phone. If I'm left frustrated just trying to book an appointment I can only imagine the quality of service I'll receive once they had my vehicle. op it all off it's the owner. So if he is the leader of this establishment I can only assume it'll get worse if there was any discrepancy. I'm going to just take my business somewhere else.

Unfortunately, there isn't a "zero" star rating because that is what I would rate this company. Mechanics in general are notorious for trying to get extra money out of you when you need service on your car. I am 52 years old and have dealt with MANY mechanics in my lifetime... and I can say that my experience with this Precision Tune Auto Care shop was one of the worst I have ever had. Unresponsive, unprofessional, scam artists. All I can say is ... Buyer Beware.
