I purchased a used tire for $59.40 $55 for time tire and $4.90 charge for using my debit card on Sunday September 10th, the next morning September 11th the tire was flat. Online says they open at 8:30 a.m. I got here before 8 a.m. no one here 2 hours later.

They really tried to put a bald tire on my car, and I stopped by to get a patch they attempted to fix it and damaged tire more. After 10 mins he came out never showed me the tire and attempted to put it on I asked could I see it and I was like where is the tread he tried to say it s the type of tire come on son in my nyc voice, after explaining to the gentleman that this is my first time at his tire shop, and that I usually shop down the street and I ve never had this experience before. He said that he wasn t trying to get me into allow him a few moments to look for another tire and what do you know they came out with a tire with tread on the tires. That gentleman never came back out the manager did while I was trying to pay he said something about $60 and I was like he said it was only 40. I told my self don t shop on candler/flatshoals and you guys sealed the deal don t shop at the restaurants or small businesses here again . Honesty is key once you lose trust you ll never get it back. I gave them two stars because I did leave with a decent tire. Overall experience gets one star.

On 10/21/23 needed a used tire so stopped by this shop asked for my tire size got it for $75+ 10 fees anyways left the shop. Next day on 10/22/23 I noticed a very strange way of doing business,the tire was mounted on my car inside out so that I couldn t see the eggs on the inside of the tire. What a shady little thing to gain Pennies. This happened after I even tipped the employee.I went back to the shop on Monday at 3:30 it s closed wonder why but hey who knows. Be aware of shady business.

African male was not friendly after discovering he didn t have my tire in-stock for my truck. I had my daughter with me and my truck was not moveable so I had to call a mobile tire service. The male was argumentative and I told him arguing with women isn t a good look especially when I m just waiting for assistance. He said I didn t appreciate him and I was just thankful that my tire came. The problem with him was obviously cultural but not one of wisdom. You have to be careful dealing with strangers because life is taken over less. You should assume everyone is armed these days. I would never give this business an Abraham Lincoln Red Cent Penny of mine

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to this location to get a donut replaced with a new tire. They replaced the tire but kept the donut. I did not know this and admittedly came back 2 weeks later. The I'm guessing owner argued with me that I never went to that location. The building is green, parking lot is small, and is right off the interstate. I know where I went. He did not give a receipt for services rendered. So if you go, make sure you get one. Not that it would've helped in my case. I knew I wouldn't get a donut but wanted to remind them that they should give their customer their property back, specifically if it is an intact donut. He started yelling at me and kept denying I came there. Not that he would have remembered. He got loud, saying he would buy me a new set of tires and even another car. Of course, he was saying it as if my donut was no big deal to him and he could afford whatever. There is a tire place across the street and down a block or so. Please don't waste your time here. Or at the very least, make sure you get your donut back if there was nothing wrong with it like mine. I'll be going to a reputable place such as Firestone or Tires Plus, etc from now on.

Amazing services nice staff. Always have any size tire you need and the have good prices we found my tire spot . Made sure the tires on our company truck is right. Thank you guys

Thank you for getting me back on the road quickly and safely! I blew a tire on I20 and had to have my car towed to a shop. Luckily, this shop was open 24h or I would ve been stuck in Atlanta for the evening. Appreciate the fast service and good used tire.

This place has excellent reviews so I hate to be the one. However, people are saying this place is 24 hrs. That was not my experience after driving around after work last night all night trying to find a tire place that is just open for 24hrs as they advertise. This place was not open. Now I'm home, thank goodness, but cannot move anywhere because the businesses in my community that are supposed to look out for me, were all falsely advertising. Im really shocked about the night I had. It was very unnerving as a woman. Please do us all a favor and change this 24 hr status on google and take down the signage. It's highly misleading. And that's the LAST thing you need when you're having a night time emergency. You guys just didnt pull through...
