I had a great experience with Nesh. I m in Florida so was communicating at a distance. I was speaking with Marco, he was always responsive, he answered every question I had, some of which required him to do additional research about this model BMW, he often included photos which where helpful to illustrate his answer. When we reached an agreement, they committed to hold the car for 3 days so I could make arrangements to get there from Florida. When I arrived, he and Sam took me thru the operating systems to insure that everything worked to my satisfaction (and gave me a ride to return my rental). I felt like the battery was not fully charged, so they replaced it with a new one, otherwise everything was as I expected. When I got home, I took it to my BMW mechanic who, after inspection said that it was in great shape. I am happy with the service I got from Marco and Sam, and I am very happy with my car!

Saw a car listed on car fax and went to go take a look. They were polite and very helpful. One guy came on the 10 minute test drive. The battery was dead and they immediately changed it. I expressed interest on purchasing the car and the process was a breeze. They made sure they stayed in contact with me for any forms they needed or that I needed to send over. I felt comfortable and didn t feel as if I were getting played. The car was listed at fair price and pretty decent condition,

If i could give zero stars i would. This place is a scam! I bought a car from them straight up no financing after saving to purchase my first vehicle on my own. The back of the car is missing part of the fixture and stuffed with a rag and foam that had been spray painted to hide the rust. Because its hidden by the tire we didnt see it until i had to change the brakes. I paid for a tune up brake replacement now have a blown gasket and i haven't even had this car 3 months. It s ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money here. When I voiced my concerns i was met with hostility. This has been a nightmare and i just dont want anyone else going through what i am right now.

I bought a Bentley Continental GT Coupe from Nesh Auto Sales. I read some lower rating reviews that almost turned me away. If you see a vehicle you like I would say do your homework. Go check out the vehicle and make a true educated purchase or not. I can t say nothing bad about my purchase. Marco was honest with me and I think was pretty fair with negotiating a price that I think was great for myself and him as a salesperson putting out a decent product. I recently bought a car from here. They comparatively took higher car price and charged higher processing/tag-title fees than the designated state prices. In negotiating car prices, they charged more on fees to level-out their final price. Most importantly, they didn t process my number plate and title on time. So, even after waiting for 6 weeks, I received nothing and temporary tag was expiring. Then, when I visited them to know about the issue, instead of talking about their responsibility to process them timely, they referred to motor vehicles office. I then went to motor vehicles, but could not resolve it because it was delayed from the dealer side. Fortunately, paper work has been recently completed and everything is ok in the system, though I don t have physical tag and title yet. Also, they were kind of charging me for why I didn t put 5 star review if the car is ok. The car is running ok but I don't know if there is any underlying issue or not because I didn t check with a mechanic yet. They even don't allow mechanic inspection outside their shop at the time of sale and do not take a single hour responsibility after selling the car. You have to bring your mechanic over there to check. It's hard and expensive in most cases.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. At first we thought these guys were being helpful, but after this incident we will never work with them again. Bought a used car, had a mechanic give it a look over and drive and it all seemed to be fine. Little did we know it had issues that were hidden from us, that wouldn t be noticed by a mechanic unless he took the vehicle apart upon inspection. After we had to have it towed home (it didn t make it 15 mins off the lot, and they refused to take it back or work with us on getting a different vehicle) our mechanic inspected it, took apart the transmission that was now leaking (again after only driving for 15 minutes on the highway). He found the rag they shoved inside the transmission to hide the leak. Drivers side, passenger side and middle gasket of transmission need to be replaced. All this shop said was go through the service contract we gave you, but also if you do it right away they won t payout for it because you bought the car as is and knew it had these issues . We DIDNT know it had these issues if we had we wouldn t have freaking bought it! They re liars and scammers. We are having to pay $1500 out of pocket to basically replace the entire transmission because of these liars and will never work with them again.Update: today is 4/7/24. We bought this car on 12/28/24. As of now, the car has still not driven beyond what we did the first day. It s been sitting at a mechanics to try to go through the warranty given to us, we are still waiting to see what the warranty will cover, but this vehicle needs an entirely brand new transmission. Take heed that what you get here will most likely be shoddy, and any repair warranty they offer will take their sweet time on possibly not fixing it.

Purchased a 2010 impreza from them out of state without seeing the car. They offered me a virtual tour of the car through video call and showed me every little detail of it. They told me about minor issues that it had such as front tires needing replacement and worked out a deal for me to get this vehicle. They arranged shipping to my door and communicated with me in every step of the process. Finally when I got the car it was EXACTLY as it was described. Fantastic service!!! I recommend these people to anyone seeking a car!

These guys sold me a car listed on Car Gurus. Saying that the car fax show NO accidents!!! Come to find out the car had been damaged front and rear!! And had some beginners guys try to paint it!!! These guys are NOT Straight Up with their business and the cars they are selling people!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would these people are scammers and it s sick. I purchased a car from this place and I didn t have it a week and the engine went out. I bought the car on Thursday and it went out by Tuesday- Wednesday. They were so nice when I came with my father but it is all a lie. I took it to the shop and I was told it was a leak dripping on the engine which caused it to over heat and give out. I had this car for less than 5 days. We spend 5000 on this car for it to just give out and now I m out of my money and a car. My dad and myself called but we re told they wouldn t do anything this made me sick to my stomach because yall knew something was wrong and didn t fix it before the car was sold. They didn t t even offer half or a discount for another car. It s sad because people work hard for their money and to get scammer like this hurts. I will be taking legal action to take them to small claims court because no one should have to feel like this PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Sharing my experience a year later. I bought a 2003 ls430 one of my dream cars. At a great price too. The people at nesh made buying the car a great experience. Emailing back and forth telling me everything I needed to know before I even made the drive. There were no surprises the car was exactly how they described 10/10 I would buy from them again

I bought sight unseen, as I have done with many cars before. The problem this time is that Nesh Auto completely misrepresented the condition of the car! I negotiated a price based upon what was disclosed to me...the top had some clear coat peeling, so needed paint work. I budgeted for that in my negotiation. When the car arrived, that clear coat issue existed on 2 additional panels and both door handles...all now need paint work. Also the FIRST time I used the convertible top it DID NOT FUNCTION correctly! I reported this immediately (first day I received) and they asked me what I did to it! Seriously? I can assure my goal is not to defraud anyone...the top was represented to work, but simply doesn't work properly. Additionally, both front tires had clear dry rot, one had two deep gouges that look like someone took a screwdriver to it! Kami Nesh responded that sometimes they can miss things! Really? I am now needing to incur $3K additional costs to get the car to where they represented it was during my buying process. I offered to pay $2K, asked them to chip in $1K. They declined. They had thrown out the possibility of paying for 2 new tires...didn't even do that. They offered me $1K off my next car purchase! Like I'm ever buying there again! Insane. Oh ya, rear tires have tread, they just dont match...not even same brand. And virtually every panel on the car has been painted, but they represented it hadn't been hit an only the top needed attention. The misrepresentations are too long to list...be careful! I'm taking this up with the BBB. Yes the car was "as is"...they just can't consider themselves fair businesspeople misrepresenting the vehicle this way.

They were very professional over the phone and in-person. Mr. Nesh answered all my questions during the test drive. They also provided a maintenance tune up on the car! Great customer service. Great dealership and I can see them expanding their operations soon!

They were very very nice. Showed you any car no matter how many cars in front of it..test drives no problem. You aee carfax reports,nothing hidden..only they is they forgot my report with my paperwork and I want the service records for the next service

My husband and I drove from Chattanooga to look at a beautiful S-Class Mercedes forsale at Nesh Auto. We were very impressed with the quality of all vehicles on lot forsale. It was nice to find someone who cares about the condition of the car their selling ! Nesh Auto sells 1 to 2 owner used cars that were routinely serviced & well maintained by the previous owner. Me and my boyfriend got this car and we we enjoy it is a 2003 Toyota Camry it had needed minimal repair (less than 500) and had incredible low mileage for the years. She s not a beauty but a keeper for sure !

The sales guy was nice enough, but the cars left a little bit to be desired. Fairly significantly damaged used cars although they were at a discount it wasn't enough of a discount if you asked me. The Subaru we came to look at was covered with rust all over the engine and undercarriage. They had a mixture of very nice and expensive luxury cars and heavily used family brands that are trusted like Subaru.

. I got my car less than 6months ago and I'm having transmission problems as well as fuel system issues. Do not buy a car here unless u are buying a frame for a project. The owner assured me the car was fine and that he'd make a repair we agreed on and he never did. Dont buy here. Save your time and money..... I do not know what comment you tried to add, but it is a lie. Do not lie to these people and act like you tried to help when i spoke to you. You sent me on my way and told me try to fight you. Do u remember your words? Smh

Tried messaging with chat feature for someone to call me and they never did. I ended up calling them and they acted like I was bugging them because I wanted to see a car they had. Then they said the car I was interested wouldn't pass emissions so I needed to live where emissions wasn't needed or else they couldn't sell it to me.

I recently bought a 2003 Buick LeSabre from Kami Nesh. It was a very disappointing experience. The pictures of the car where taken at a distance and in poor lighting. In hindsite, his description of the car was, in my opinion, evasive and vague. I was far too trusting. On the phone he told me there was no paint damage when in fact there are multiple areas of paint damage. And I don't mean little scratchs/blemishes. I mean fist sized areas of paint very badly scuffed or missing entirely. The interior is in poor condition for a car represented to have under 30k miles. If the mileage is correct it appears a family has lived in it for a long period of time. I would expect a used car to be less than perfect, but a car with mileage that low should not be so badly worn. And if it was it should have been revealed in description and photos. In my opinion, Mr Nesh misrepresented the car and though he has not been disrespectful, he certainly isn't concerned about having dissatisfied customers. I will never trust him again. Of course he probably doesn't care, since the odds are in his favor. If he gets everyone just once he is way ahead of the curve. Buyers beware.

Excellent, Friendly service. Low pressure sales environment and extremely nice guys to deal with (And nice coffee too). I live on the Isle of Wight and they were very accommodating in holding the car for me while I got my finances in order and were in constant communication throughout, again with no pressure.

Please do not trust the people who work here. THEY COVERED UP A MAJOR OIL LEAK ON A CAR I BOUGHT FROM THEM WITH ZIP TIES AND DUCK TAPE.I recently bought a BMW from Nesh, with them claiming the car is in great condition with no issues. They told me they would do a full service on the car, put new breaks on it, etc. In conclusion, I bought the car and a few days later it started having major issues. I took the car to Nally BMW to have it inspected and they found multiple issues with the car. For one, there was a MAJOR oil leak that was being held together by TAPE and ZIP TIES. Therefore, the oil leak caused other parts of the car to damage. Which is now causing me to pay $5,000 in repairs on a car that was supposedly in great condition . I don t understand how a full service is done on the car but then they sell me a car literally being held together with duck tape and zip ties. I ve tried contacting the dealership but they claim they are claiming it isn t there issue.UPDATE: The car is STILL inoperable after having it l for only 4 days since purchased. The oil leak is so bad it damaged other major components of the car. Total cost to repair is $4500. As we said above we immediately notified Nesh once we knew the oil leak was so extensive (4 days after purchasing) and asked to return the car and get our money back. They refused. They refused to offer anything to help. They said too bad you bought it (along with a warranty they encouraged us to buy, but has been worthless!) and we are keeping your $8,000! These guys will sell you a worthless car after telling you it s in great shape. There were 3 of us there the day of the year drive and purchase and we all heard them say this! This could have been resolved in a decent moral way by taking the car back.

Was struggling to find a good honest dealership that had good quality cars in my area. I was looking all around Atlanta and this turned out to be one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had. Enthusiastic, accommodating and understanding was what the entire team they had was ! Marco was extremely open and understanding of my budget and was willing to work with me on finding the right car for what I wanted to spend and I couldn t of left with a bigger smile. Stop by their lot and see what they have and get a look at some really cool cars !

We purchased a 2009 BMW with relatively low miles from the guys at Nesh Auto. They assured us the car was in good condition no major repairs needed and encouraged us to purchase a car warranty just in case. 4 days later the car is inoperable. We have to have it towed to Nalley because no other bmw shop near us will work on one as old as 2009. The mechanic does a diagnostic and determines it needs a new oil pan gasket, new cylinder assembly, new engine oil pan and new cylinder head cover. These repairs come to $4400!!!! These repairs do not fix it repair the parts that are being held together WITH DUCT TAPE and ZIP TIES!! Nesh absolutely knew the terrible condition of this car because they had their mechanic look at it before we bought it!!! We paid $8,000 for the car and cannot afford the $4,400 in repairs so the car was driven for 4 days for $8,000!!! I told all if this the same week we purchased it and BEGGED him to let me tow the car to him and get a refund. He refused! The car warranty won t cover any of this because they said it s the sellers responsibility. I am raising two children alone with no financial help from their father or anyone else and I cannot afford to throw $8,000 down the drain!! I NEED HELP and for Nesh to do what they know is morally correct!!!

Sold a car to a family member. Car overheated on way home. Then wouldn't start. They sent out mobile mechanic to work on car it starts now but can't fix overheating problem.... Told them that was tough bought it as is .... So don't buy anything from them... They stand behind their products just want your money

I purchased a used car from Kami and the guys here at Nesh about a week ago and would highly recommend these guys to everyone. Very straight forward with their sales process and what the car needed. Not pushy like other dealerships and very personable. Will definitely be considering them again for my next used car.
