This place is truly the best! I've been fooled before at other places(I'm a female that don't know cars)until I shopped here. He not only did a great job on my every car needs but also taught me a few things about my make and model. Thanks again for all the help! See you soon for new tires!

I went here to get my clutch on my 5-speed repaired. They were very kind and efficient. They gave me a price quote beforehand and even made me aware of an issue that was causing a shaking in my car. The prices were low, the people were kind, and I would definitely call them first if there is ever another issue with my car.

Mr Rick and his son have been my family's mechanics of choice for the past 5 years. They know there stuff! Plus very reasonable on price of repairs. I would highly recommend!

They did a great job on a friend's car, it was running rough and hesitated on acceleration. Went back and picked it up a few hours later and it was running so much better, cranks right up, idles smoothly and accelerates and answers as expected now!

My car broke down nearby Memorial Auto and I walked up to see if I could get some advice from Mr. Rick. Not only did I get advice, Mr. Rick drove to the Belvedere Plaza parking lot to personally look at my vehicle and he drove it to their lot himself and allowed me to follow him in his truck. He then helped me get home and I, honestly, was floored by how kind he was. He did this all for free as well. Turns out, the car was fine and had a minor issue that was repaired quickly. Outstanding service, professionalism, courtesy and honesty at Memorial Auto. Thanks Mr. Rick!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They called and said your vehicle ready and when I get there it's not ready. I took my vehicle to get a engine put in, they changed out the engine and it's making tones of noise. They broke my windshield and Rick said he was not fixing it. They told me come back in two days and every thing be done. I get back car still making noise and now a pulley needed to be changed. I give the money to change the pulley, I come back a day later and they saying I need another pulley. You could not call and say that. They fix the pulley but guess what the sound is still there. They are very very unprofessional and I will be sewing them

Drove an hour and a half to see their 2005 Chevy Equinox after calling and verifying a Facebook ad that they posted. Ian verified that it was in great condition and drove great. He said it was mechanically sound. When I arrived, both front rotors were bad, the back right arm was jacked up and over cambered, the front bumper was trashed, the A/C did not work, and the engine had several leaks. What a waste of time. I asked if he had any cars that weren't lemons and he tried to show me a 2010 Nissan Altima that ran great. The A/C compressor was out, the head gasket was pouring oil, and the valve cover was leaking as well all down the back. I didn't touch it. I told him that it was obvious he was selling lemons knowing full well that they're lemons. He got his brother and they showed me a 2010 Jeep Patriot that they assured me I was going to buy. It had misfires in the engine while idling, puddles of hot fresh oil under the engine, and the high and low A/C lines were visibly dripping freon. They had recently filled it and were trying to pass it off as working well. What a joke. I jokingly told him that he had better turn the A/C off before it all leaks out or he'll have to refill it so the next guy doesn't notice and he ran over and did it. These guys are cons and will sell you junk. Run from them.

I wouldnt trust anyone with my car but this place. Being a single woman who knows only little about my truck. They take their time to show you whats wrong and give suggestions. They make you feel as though you have some kind of control over your repair job. They just dont come to you and tell you whats wrong then give you bill.

I had a terminal out on my truck and not only did they say they could fix it but I live a block away from the shop and he offered to come help me start my truck to get it there. If that isn't the best service ever ion know what is !!!! Great guys great prices AWESOME SERVICE

Wish I could put 0 points Diagnostics with no paperwork is an Diagnosed .That s an assumption period!So when I go pick up my truck ima ask for da paperwork!

These guys have been there foreverWhy? Rick and O are going to do what you need To fix your car They are not going to sell you a cabin filter $20 over cost Yes folls thats the markupYou need brakes to swap out an wngine or transmissionMemorial Auto a family business When you get there you will talk to a mechanic They may have grease on their clothes and hands No frills Straight up honestNo I dont work there I have been a customer for over 20 years

I've been dealing with Mr. Rick for years now and if he can't figure out the problem with your car or fix it then you're probably in an alien spacecraft.

Although others with Major repairs refer you to this shop for immediate repairs, the shop attendees/repairmen request that you be prepared to leave the vehicle overnight. Totally 'Bad' location. Lot was full to capacity.
