I went in for an oil change, and was quoted 15-20 min wait. Though my actual oil change was done in that amount of time, I ended up waiting for probably 40-60 min, because they kept checking new people in after my service was done instead of taking the 5 minutes to call me up and check me out. I understand a busy store though, and that would have only lowered my rating to 4 stars, but when I got in my car, turned it on, and pressed my brake pedal to shift gears, my foot literally slipped off my brake pedal because there was so much oil on my pedals. Luckily I was still in park, and was able to get a napkin and wipe it off, but even after wiping off as much as I could, the pedals are still a bit slick. But PLEASE be cautious in the future, as this could have caused a HUGE safety hazard.

Just left here and will NEVER come back. I don t know if it was because I was a female, or if they just thought that I was just another ignorant black girl, but the service was poor and over priced! They did Not perform Any of the other offered services that are stated on their website! When I asked about it, the gentleman lied and said that they did, although they marked N/A next to everything except Oil Change and Filter! I genuinely was prepared to pay for a new air filter and possible radiator flush, because I know I need it. The last time I came to this Exact location they not only checked and topped all of my fluids and tire pressure, they vacuumed out my car.. but Not this time. I was charged $90 including tax for the cheaper oil..about $40 more than I ve EVER paid for an oil change Anywhere!! I honestly only came here because my usual place (Take 5) had a line around the corner, and I genuinely did need a vacuum(lol) and knew that it was apart of their friendly service policy. I see now why there was No One there! Next time I ll wait in line for the better service! Especially if it s going to cost me almost 100 bucks!!!

Typically when I take my car in for service, I have to make a reservation, drop it off, find alternate transportation, and pay quite a lot.I thought I would try JiffyLube instead and arrived without a reservation. They immediately checked me in and started work. Checked with me on recommended service, completed everything in less than 30 min, and at a reasonable price!! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable! I ll be back for sure.Thank you!!

I had a great experience and would go back, but could have done without the unnecessary upsell. Their emissions guy is only there about 1/2 the time. I would call ahead before you go. Quick turnaround and reasonable prices on the oil change. They recommended new wiper blades which I replaces 2 weeks prior. Perhaps they recommend to everyone. And the $80 engine air filter replacement is a bit of a stretch considering their $15 on amazon and it takes 90 seconds to replace.

I had a great experience the staff and the guys are amazing young lady at the desk is also very polite and respectful. The service was quick I was in and out. I went to the Clermont location and it does appear that their prices are significantly higher than they are just 20 minutes down the road. I found a $10 off coupon and the girl give me $25 discount with a potential coupon she found that I wasn't able to find. They also aired up my tires and made sure I was good to drive. This location from my understanding is approximately 80ish bucks just for an oil change.

Staff was friendly and efficient with my oil change.A member of the team who did my oil change took the time to show me how to check my oil because the low oil sensor was shorting and thus not giving an Accurate reading of my oil level.Great experience !

Jermaine is awesome! He explained everything certain things that needed to be done to my car for future reference. The oil change didn t take long at all. Very reasonable price for synthetic oil. I highly recommend this jiffy lube

First off let me say this the overall oil change and customer service was great but with that being said yesterday I went for an oil change and they didn t put my undercarriage cover back on right. I noticed a noise when I got on the highway after I left but it stopped and I thought nothing of it. Haven t driven the car until tonight when I had to go to work and noticed this after I got there. Everything is damaged from the cover to the tires.

Has been my go-to spot for oil changes for a while now. They re always really quick and have good service. Today, I was assisted by Jermaine who was really helpful and had a great attitude despite them being busy and the cold weather. He s a stand-out employee for most auto shops.

I went in for an oil change, there was no line. The workers dropped what they were doing and got it done in less than 10 minutes. Then, instead of trying to sell me services I didn t need using predatory scare tactics, they gave me the bill and I paid it. They also gave me the correct number of miles I could drive before I needed to get another oil change instead of giving me a low estimate. It was the best experience I ever had at a Jiffy Lube.

To high I paid $80 for wiper blades that s ridiculous. I was told $29. Never again $217 for an oil change and 2 windshield wipers and $54 service fee.

I unfortunately have to change my review after the past few times we took our cars here. The most recent event was when I had my brakes replaced. I started hearing a squeaking sound when driving. I took my car back after a month and was told I needed to take my car to a full body service shop. I did just that and it turns out the clips weren't installed. I had to pay another $86 for something that should have been done properly the first time.Another incident was when my husband had his tires replaced. When the car sped above 55mph, the car shook violently. When we brought it back in, we were told they didn't have the supplies to fix it and suggested we take it to any other tire store. Ok...when we did that, we found out the car was not properly balanced. We had to pay additional fees for that to be fixed.This is all you say, lesson learned. We might come back for oil changes but that's about it.**********Great customer service and very convenient location. My husband and I come here for just about everything from tire issues to brakes to simple oil change.

Took my vehicle there Monday, received an oil change and when I presented my $20 off coupon, technician happily applied discount. Took my other vehicle there the following morning and the manager not only charged me incorrectly, but also stated very rudely that they didn t accept coupons. I explained the day before and showed here the coupon and she wouldnt hear it. Very rude manager, felt scammy. Also was told my recently replaced brake fluid wasn t replaced properly so now I m taking my car somewhere else for proper service. Avoid at all costs!

I left after an oil change and tire rotation. My car was driving oddly. I checked the air pressure in the tires and they had 80 lbs in them!

WARING!! DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS LOCATIONwhat should have been a routine $90 oil change by service agent Conrad, resulted in my vehicle oil pan & oil pan plug damage, gushing oil everywhere.After taking the car back i was told by Conrad, i brought my car in that condition, which i provide receipts proving the car oil can was replaced a year ago, with a new oil pan & plug.Jiffy Lube damage to my vehicle had resulted in a repair estimate of over $500 to replace oil pan.Jiffy Lube store manager Roy Williams & regional store manager James, are being evasive & none responsive in proving an immediate solution for fixing the damage, resulting from service agent Conrod,again,i have no car & i am spending additional travel expenses to get from location to location, Jiffy Lube has not refunded nor have provided a mechanical solution, for getting my car back, after 3 days botched by Conrad of Jiffy Lube.WARING!! DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS LOCATIONi can now, confirmthe above dispute matter, has been resolved& thank you

Editing pending complaint resolution: after my most recent visit, something was amiss when I was returned my car. The staff seemed annoyed and wrote it off as a sound being made by new oil. It's not, so waiting a callback from the franchise to figure out next steps. Will revise if/when owner resolves this and responds to how the staff acted.I make a point to go when I won't have to wait on another car in the bay, but if I get the right window, this is a quick and efficient place to get an oil change. The staff is very polite and friendly and had me out the door quickly. I've come here several times for my Honda to avoid driving to Chamblee for the dealership.Service: Oil change

Took my car in today (12/21) I'm going to say this up front: cust svc was great. They were busy but I got in and out. 10 miles after departing nearly every light on dash came on. Smoke pouring out of exhaust (reminded me of a dense smoke screen from my Marine Corps days). My car has 16.5k miles and is less than 2 y.o. Long story short, I called my brand's roadside assistance program and they had car towed to dealer. Just got call from dealer the svc center "Hey, looks like they put in waaaay too much oil" The repair est is $00's range and that is without a tech even taking look at the engine. (all they would tell me at moment is that "There is substantial amnt of oil in manifold"). I hate to give this business one star - been an off and on regular customer for years at the same location. But this is astounding to me.

Your staff is very helpful. I have a fleet vehicle approval to change oil was not forthcoming. They went ahead and did it for me. Let me go and chase down the PO afterwards. I really appreciate this.

UPDATE 2 !!!!!!!!! I moved the rating up to 2 stars because the customer service from corporate was very good, which was the last thing I expected after the experience in their Clairmont shop. I would be very wary of that particular shop but I will cautiously go to a different Jiffy Lube branch to redeem the credit corporate provided UPDATE 1 !!!!!!! After the initial mess at the shop I discovered that the wires in front of the air filter cover were clipped off (see new photos.) It's tight access to the air filter and access was now easier. First photo is from google images of the way it should look, second photo is of the clipped wires !!!!!!!!!! I've used Jiffy lube multiple times in the past but the crew currently working at 1271 Clairmont Rd., Decatur, GA 30033 is bad. I got in my car when it was done and noticed the floor wasn't vacuumed, then I saw that the windows weren't cleaned. I looked at my receipt and saw they were listed as "declined" which was weird. I went in and asked about it and the guy said the vacuum was broken. When I asked about the windows he just smiled and looked away. Nobody wore a mask although they walk right up to you while you're belted into your car. I'm disappointed. The crew is ruining what used to be a good shop. I honestly wonder if they changed the oil.Service: Oil change

This is the ONLY place I'll go to for an oil change if I don't go to the dealership. When I say the only place, I don't mean the only company. I'm saying that I only come to this Jiffy Lube location. Customer service suck. I have a enterprise vehicle that needed a oil change guy did not try to get oil change done. If it's a enterprise they should of called the number to get oil change. Would not recommend to visit this place

People were nice but their brake flush is a scam. They use a machine to pump out old fluid from the master cylinder, leaving dirty fluid in the brake lines.

Very slow customer service. It took them 1 hr and 30 mins for oil change and another 20 mins for accept payment from me. Not good customer service at all
