So I called around to some cycle repair shops near my area, Hate City Cycles came up as recommended place so I reached out to the owner told him what I had and the issue I was facing. After a few texts back and forth we set up a date and time to bring my Honda Elite CH 80 to his house. After a day I receive a invoice of 944.00 for repair in that price $200.00 was charged for just looking over the bike. I have no problem with the $200 charge but I should have been made aware of this before I drop the moped off. Long story short "Please inform your customer of the $200.00 charge before dropping their bike off." not waiting until they see the invoice before they find out of your charges.

James did a great job balancing and adjusting pilot jet screws on my 1981 CB650C. Now really smooth through power band to 8K rpm, and much better at low rpms too. I have 1995 Ducati that sat in storage for about ten years. I spent two years rehabbing it, but could not get the carbs right. I called, emailed, and visited many shops (including the local Ducati dealer) and was either turned down flat, ignored, or the shops did not exactly inspire confidence in me that they knew what they were doing. I expanded my search and found JB at Hate City cycles in Decatur. Within a couple of days JB had diagnosed the problem and made recommendations and a few days later the bike was ready. James was the best, he was super professional and efficient.James made sure to be very clear in his communications on what was happening with my bike along with options for which spec I preferd (1981 cb750c valve shimming, there is a factory spec and a updated more reliable spec)James showed me around his workshop and its a dream, I have no doubt in my mind that if you use his services you will be more than pleased.
