Our 2022 HR-V was struck by a deer on Veterans Highway in Cobb County. Progressive sent us to Harley Collision in Decatur. We promptly received a text confirming when to drop the vehicle off. We did so, and my wife was taken to Enterprise by shuttle, provided by either Harley or Enterprise. We got a rental and waited to get our car back.Harley kept us up to date regarding our vehicle, we were told it may take a month or so, but they did it in 3 weeks. As you can see the car is back to being new. I want to thank everyone at Harley that worked on our vehicle, to David who kept us up to date, we had one month to have a rental at no cost, but after a month it would've been an out of pocket cost. But our vehicle was completed before the month was over. They even washed the car to boot!Harley Collision Centers we thank you for a job done well, on schedule, and I believe about as hassle free as can be, only problem was the poor deer that hit us. Progressive and Enterprise we thank you too.

Took my car in (nearly brand new) to get the hood and windshield replaced after a tree limb fell on it. They had it for two weeks initially, only for me to have bring it back due to it being dirty & having it recalibrated correctly since it wasn t the first time. Today, after spending over $100 on a rental (which again was not my fault), the pictures attached are the final product of my car being returned to me. This is beyond ridiculous. I called the shop in which the reply was I ll make a note that you aren t happy If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.

I needed someone to replace my bumper after a fender bender Harley Collisions was able to see me last-minute! All of their staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, AND they finished my car two days earlier than they projected! I had no idea that they were going to, but I noticed that it seemed like they did a nice little clean of the floors/carpets of my car as well. They were also flexible with me in coordinating my car's pick-up after hours. Incredible experience and I can't recommend enough!

Went and pulled my review from Yelp because this place is that good.Honestly can't ask for more from a collision center. Came in with a broken grill and fender, left a week later with what looked like a brand new car. Paint job is flawless. Worth every penny.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Greg and Harley Collision Center team did a great job taking care of my 2012 Ford Focus after a bad hit and run incident. Not only does my front bumper look brand new, they gave me my car back looking cleaner than I left it. Highly recommend.

I didn t have any work done on a vehicle but I had to get my sons car seat out of my moms car that was being worked on. The staff was very nice and helpful. The technician was kind enough to uninstall the car seat and place it into my car. Very quick and pleasant experience.

Very satisfied with the customer service from start to finish and the quality of the work. David and Stan did an outstanding job. They promised that my Audi would look brand new after they finished with the repairs, and it definitely does. I appreciate the frequent updates and texts about the progress of the repairs. Would definitely return.

A deer jumped infront of my car leaving it looking like Batman s Two-Face andHarley Collision Centers came to the rescue. D@mn. You guys did such great work! Brought her back to life. I took my son to pick up his 2019 Toyota Camry on 3/14/2024 and all I can say is WOW! The car looked Fantastic! Harley Collision did a awesome job, I want to also mention Stanley was the first person we saw and he was very friendly and greeted us with a smile and David was also very friendly and kind, thank you to everyone who worked on my son car he's so happy, I wish I could give 10 star rating because you guys deserve it

Took time off of work to come in for an estimate on a Friday, 5 days later and they still couldn t get back to me. Called up there Monday and was given some lame excuse as to why Joshua couldn t take a few minutes to put the estimate together. Wouldn t give them my money if someone paid me to do it. A pathetic level of customer service.

I brought my car in a few weeks ago for some minor fender bender repairs. Greg's customer service was phenomenal. He provided me with an accurate estimate based on the damages he saw. It actually came out to be less than what I initially thought it would be. My appointment was set up very smoothly. Upon completion, my car was returned cleaned and the paint blended very nicely. Overall, I am very pleased with the workmanship and customer service displayed by the staff. I would definitely recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was recommended by Progressive to take my car here.I am completely disappointed in the lack of any accountability-taken by Progressive and this body shop.1. Passengers window know longer works properly. 2. They refuse to take any responsibility for dings that were not in car when it left my driveway. They took delivery pictures three days after it arrived and used that as proof that they were preexisting damage.3. Phone messages went unanswered. . Progressive and the shop took each other s side and treated me as a liar.

They will charge you a predatory $50/day storage fee if you haven t picked up your vehicle in 24 hours. And they are not open on the weekend but still charge you anyways! Warnings for the fee are posted on the premises and written in the waiver, but by that time you ve likely waited weeks for your appointment and it s too late to opt out!Unpleasant surprise from an otherwise quality repair shop with acceptable customer service. People who travel often, beware!Edit 10/5/23Owner responded with:"Thank you Brice for the the review and feedback. We never want anyone to feel that the storage fee is designed to be predatory. This is designed to help encourage timely pick up of vehicles after completion. If you have travel planned during the time at the shop we recommend letting them know in advance to see if an exception can be made. Thank you"My response to owner:You completed work on my vehicle 3 days earlier than the estimated completion date. I was impressed until you tried to charge me for storage fees because I couldn't pick it up early. If your business finishes earlier than the customer expects, why should the customer foot the storage bill? Thanks.

My experience with Harley was awesome customer service outstanding. It's nice to be treated as part of a family there. Anyone want great repair and customer service look no further than Harley. Ask for Kerri she was on top of my truck. Zack the GM also amazing

I HIGHLY recommend Harley Collision Centers. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else! Their customer service was better than I could even ask for! Zack made sure to personally thank me for my business and was always professional. My car was fixed in record time and looked like nothing had ever happened to it. I really can t say enough good things about this place!

Had a great experience here. Staff is friendly and competent. Continuously got updates on my car, and it was ready sooner than expected. My car was not only fixed, but it was washed, and looked brand new.

Staff: 5/5- very friendly, accommodatingWork done on car: 5/5- car came back looking brand new, even clean on the insideCommunication: 1/5, and my main reason for 3 stars.The shop did not communicate with me at all whatsoever throughout the entire process.-I didn t know I d need a rental car the same day I brought it to the shop, despite calling and asking about this prior, so I had to scramble to find one last minute.-I was never given a quote at any point (from insurance or otherwise)-I was given a TAT of 1-2 weeks, but was never called re: updates. I had to initiate every time.-I was told the part I needed was on back order..why not let me keep my car until the part arrives, especially if I m paying for a rental car?-The TAT kept jumping up and I d get a new answer every time I called. The definition of OVER-promise, under-deliver .-They said I pointed out a mark on my car from a previous claim that they had repaired and therefore needed to work out payment with insurance. Made me suspicious of a scam. Ultimately they ate the cost because I did not point out a previous claim s damage.-I essentially had to beg them to promise my car would be ready by the day they quoted. I did not receive a call until 3:15pm that day and was told I had until 5 to get it. I was at work and had to scramble to get there in time.This said, I think the shop has good intentions overall but is incredibly busy and desperately needs more staff so they can provide adequate customer service.

This was the most bizarre experience I've had with a repair shop. Everyone that I interacted with was lovely until we got to a final quote. I brought a car in for minor damage/surface damage repair that I was paying for out of pocket. I was clear that this was not being filed through insurance from the beginning. The final estimate that I received was exorbitant and included tiered labor charges, parts marked above MSRP, and charges for parts that weren't necessary for the year/make/model of car I brought in. After calling other repair shops to confirm my suspicions, I picked up the car and took it to another shop with a hard quote of less than half of what Harley quoted for the repair. The other shop is highly rated on both Google and Yelp as a point of reference. I'm sure that they do excellent repair work here however, they are in the business to serve insurance companies and not individuals. Overall, I was really disappointed in how things turned out. The interesting part was no one bothered to ask why we declined their repair services.

If u want transparency, this not your place! If u want to be treated like your patronage is appreciated, this isn t the place for you! If you want people to treat u like they doing u a favor to take your money, this is your place! All through my process they treated me as such. Most places give u an appointment when they have people ready to get to your vehicle. This place give appointments fast & house your vehicle until they can get to it. The lot is super super crowded because of this & it affects quality work. I had several small dents & scrapes that wasn t there before i left my vehicle. It was a brand new showroom floor purchase. Also the white lady manager is super aggressive & will over talk you to the end. She won t be accountable to anything. She will have a non accountable answer for everything! Supper unacceptable & will lie! Be aware & don t say I didn t tell u so! Customer service from front office is terrible!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my vehicle repaired through progressive claim Kerri and all Staff were very helpful, they updated me even cleaned the outside before giving back.
