My battery died within sight of Goodyear, but I have roadside assistance with my State Farm policy. The first responder cancelled, then the second said he was an hour away. I walked to Goodyear and Charles was more than willing to give my car a jump. Great customer service!!

I had a many good experiences with Goodyear on Candler Road. Howard is always so helpful and pleasant, and the young lady who works with him, is also helpful. I will definitely continue to have my vehicle service there.

I had my vehicles serviced there a few times. I came and the manger is different . I get an oil change, tired rotation and fuel flush as well as the inspection. Told me I needed tires when I just bought four less than a year ago. Told me I needed an alignment when I got one two weeks ago. They never drove my car afterwards! I get my car and the transmission light comes on with another light. They tell me to bring it back out which I did! I had to pull over three times because it was running hot. I get there for them to tell me to take it too the dealership. I finally took it to a real mechanic and was told nothing was done except the oil and that wasn t right. They never rotated my tires or any of the other things I paid. My two imports will never see that building again. I m gonna post on all my social media site. I ask them for the regional manager name and number and was only given the name. Tragic!

Kinda had got in my feelings about having an oil leak but the workers are diligent. They offer the best service that is recommended for your truck/car and do full inspections on your vehicle. If you re looking to come to Goodyear on Candler Road talk to Howard.

I was not rude nor had an attitude while bringing my car back because my repairs I spent over 3000 dollars for to be fixed was not done right. I would have had every reason to be mad and upset after spending my hard earned money I go to work for on getting something fixed and it still not being repaired correctly or not even repaired at all...I promise I know and God knows that I didn't have an attitude or acted mad and upset with them when I had every reason to be mad confused and depressed because I don't deserve this, this isn't fair can't understand why there are so many people that want to do me wrong and make me feel bad like I did something to them. People want to do evil and wicked stuff and be jealous of somebody and go out their way to make someone feel bad that did nothing to them but give them the same respect that we deserve to have...they want me to give up on life and just kill myself. They want me to walk around with my head down with the mindset of o well I just don't care anymore...why should I keep working on making myself better and keeping working so hard to have something when people are just goin to steal from me anyway and destroy whatever i work hard and earn to have..I'm not overreacting because my driver side door was not put back on professionally as well after getting new regulator installed..my window seals were put on backwards and my interior was not fascined back on correctly it was was crookedly hanging and my door handled screws were loose to the point while closing my door bolts came out an fell into the inside of the door. So with them seeing my door was poorly worked on when I told them about what I had major work done on was still giving me problems you think they would have simply said ok sir that's check and see whats the problem whether it's something else that needs to be fixed or replaced or if it's something we didn't put together right since we already see that your window was not fixed properly....no instead they looked at me like I was annoying them and I do mean them it was about three of them standing hearing what was going on and all three looked at me like I'm being being self centered and not being considerate that they have a couple more people cars that they are working on and told me to bring it back next week..and when he seen I was displeased with his response he quickly said or i can get one my technicians to test drive it see what seems to be the issue.... why wasn't that his 1st response I don't know but do know I was mistreated and shouldn't have been; because even after all that I still didn't give off an attitude and storm out of they're shop, I just said no that's ok I'll bring it back next week...I will not evwr bring my car back because see they got a problem me for whatever reason it makes me feel very uncertain in my future and question should I put any effort into having anything in life...well at least that's how they want me to feel. Because even on my way walking out the the door one of them said have a good day big money.. rubbing in the fact they know i feel jipped and handled incorrectly.

This location has serviced al of my and my daughters vehicles. They always have Wonderful customer service from the usual crew but this time assisted by Howard , Kwane, and Honey (i think i have her name right). Full set of suggestions and priorities with no pressure for unnecessary services. Location seems to be fully staffed again so turnaround times are good as well. Many thanks.

These fellas were very helpful. I was refused service at the Firestone on Candler. I came less that 1 minute across the street to these guys and I was taken care of immediately. Nice work.

I purchased a set of 4 new tires. It took them close to 4 hours. When I asked the mechanic if there was something wrong with the car, he responded rudely: "What!? What do you want? Didn't you want an alignment"? That was after 3.5 hours of waiting. I want a full refund and my old tires back. They took care of every customer, except me. I was literally the only, and last customer in the tireshop. Goodyear took away respect and integrity from themselves today. Oh... I asked if they could spare a tire cap cover, the manager straight up said no. They didn't clear the low tire pressure light after 4 hours of "work."

I have been a customer of GoodYear for over 20 years. Howard Snell-Blanchard has always taken care of my automobiles and insured that they were always road ready. I followed Howard from South Dekalb mall to LaVista Rd. and very recently back to South DeKalb.Ladies get to know Howard and talk to him about taking care of your auto, you will not be disappointed.My issues are not with the service but the difference in the way the South DeKalb store and the LaVista Rd store looks. It would be wonderful to have the ceiling tiles, floors, and doors look the same as LaVista Road looks.

Called to ask some questions about service. Man that answered was incredibly rude, kept cutting me off and then hung up on me mid sentence. I understand if they don't work on engines that's fine but it's no need to be hostile and unkind. Have brought my car here before and spent good money at this business. I won't be back again.

Ordered my tires online, set an installation appointment and when I arrived they were ready to take my car back and started promptly. They had me in and out in just over an hour. This was my first time at this location. I came in to have a diagnostic done due to a car issue I ve been experiencing. From the moment I walked in the door, Mr. Clarence exhibited professionalism. He was attentive to what needed to be done and well informed about the process. The mechanic I talked to also had that same positive attitude. Their customer service was top notch today.

I been coming for a while now. They do a great job of servicing my vehicle. I mostly come here for oil changes or tire repair work. I brought my vehicle in for a change oil on Thursday of this week. They a great job. The Salesperson Dave Panchoo working the front desk was very professional and polite. The Technician Maurice Grice that did the service on my vehicle did an great job. I really appreciate all the work you guys do on my vehicle. Thank you guys again.
