I tried to use Gerber but their lack of getting back to me to schedule an appointment was disappointing. I called three times and they never called me back, one of the times I was on hold for 30 mins. No one came back on the line to touch base with me or to let me know what was going on. These days customer service is everything and Gerber lost me when they referred me to a paint and dent removal place without even seeing my vehicle in person.

Great customer service and fast repairs. I had a great experience with this shop. They kept me informed every step of the way and finished my repairs ahead of schedule. Highly recommend using this shop.

Their estimators are the worst!!!!!!!See that's the problem. Jeni never called me. No message. No missed call. I had to call 3 times. That is unacceptable and horrible customer service. You all should be ashamed.

I had my Mercedes repaired this last week by Gerber. My insurance company recommended this shop. They answer their phone quickly, are professional and friendly. They got my car in within a week, they sent texts almost daily to keep me updated, and my car was done in a week.The repair is as close to perfect as you can get. I recommend this repair shop without reservation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I received fantastic service here! The front-end staff were extremely helpful and customer-service oriented, Kyndall especially. I brought my car in for a fender-bender, and the repair and paint job had my car looking shiny, almost like new. Thank you, Gerber :)

I went to Gerber to get an estimate for the repair of some body damage. The front desk agent Kendall was very friendly but firm about the fact that they did not accept walk-in appointments. She took my telephone number and gave me the telephone of the person that would eventually call.The call did come in mid-afternoon. We are now on the schedule for three weeks out.

Excellent work and service. Never had to call for updates as they d text me with them whenever I thought to call. You can also return your rental here if you have one. It took about a month due to my car being one they don t make anymore and it also needing mechanical repairs, but they kept me well updated with expectations and what they were waiting on so it was never a bother.

Just picked up my car today after getting some body work and it looks fantastic! The turn around time was also very quick. The estimator Dennis was very informative and Kendal at the front desk was very helpful. Glad I chose Gerber.

This location is the best in the area in my experience. I had so many questions and the team up front was so incredible and patient with me. It was refreshing to have a Buisness allow me to feel comfortable and it was mostly women that were knowledgeable and could help immediately. Madelyn and Jeri especially. I will only go to this location for repairs!

Had a bad rear ending and chose this shop based on my insurance and the reviews. The communicated throughout the whole process and my car looks good as new. I was planning on washing my car the day I got hit so it was nice getting it back washed as well ha

This place is absolutely awesome. Super friendly people who kept me informed every step of the way. My car got done quicker than expected and they allowed me to pick it up after hours, which I know is something most places won t allow. Even helped me get set up with a rental around the holidays when everyone else seemed to be booked up. Gerber Collision was great. From the moment they called me to verify my appointment, to the moment I picked up my vehicle, their professionalism and communication were outstanding. The office staff gave me frequent updates, they assisted with me getting into my rental, and they turned my repairs around much faster than anticipated. They even washed and detailed (even in the inside) my car before I picked it up. The work looks great and I feel confident they did an amazing job. Thank you!Note: My review is about an insurance-based claim in which I was not at fault, so I can't speak to the pricing at Gerber as I did not pay for my services.

What a fantastic experience! Jeri provided outstanding communication from the start to finish. Everyone in the office was very kind and personable. I have had a very hard time getting my calls answered and they never call back from voicemail. They said my job would be one day, since it was a very small repair. I didn t get a message and I called about 6 times with no answer. So I m having to leave my car a 2nd day. This has been very frustrating.I have used them many times but the service is not what it used to be.Services: Painting, Auto glass repair

Do not recommend. Dealing with the front office is beyond horrible! Calls not returned, explaining the same situation multiple times, blank stares. A positively terrible experience. The body work is fine, but they also damaged the weather stripping while they had the car so had to fix that too.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

OMGoodness. What a positive experience! I highly recommend this Gerber location. My car repair was beautifully done and Jeri"s communication was excellent each step of the way. My estimate was very fair and they are trustworthy. Although I hope I will not be in need of car repair services in the future, I certainly know when I will be going. Had an great experience here. Absolutely seamless experience from dropping off my car to picking it up. Dennis was incredibly helpful the whole way through, keeping me in the loop on what was happening. The work done on my car was very well done. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing collision work done.

Wow, what an amazing experience. I was an hour from home and part of bumper was hanging off and scraping my tire. With only a short wait, they fixed it in a few minutes and didn't even charge me anything. Too bad I live so far away. I would definitely use this place again.

This place does great service and is speedy with repairs. They communicate very well and keep you in the loop through the entire process. After my accident, I was dreading the repair part but they made it painless and stress-free. I am glad I chose their business to repair my vehicle after being rear ended. I do recommend them for repairs if your desire is for an efficient and quality job. They even offer pick up service to take you to get a rental. You can also drop the rental back off at their location after your repairs are done and they close out your rental on your behalf. That's what I call good customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at Gerber Collision. Dennis kept me updated throughout the process by phone/email and my vehicle was even ready 2 days earlier than expected looking brand new. The staff was courteous and professional. Savanah walked me to my vehicle and went over all my paperwork. My car was washed, waxed and sanitized on the inside. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision!!

I would 100% recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who needs a repair. Reception was always super friendly and happy to help answer any questions I had. Also, I highly recommend requesting Dennis to give you an estimate. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of my car's repair, and I genuinely appreciated him. Quick service. Friendly service. Quality service. I cannot recommend Gerber enough!

My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was Amazing, from start to finish!!! First of all, I was able to receive a preliminary digital estimate by simply submitting photos of my damaged car. Secondly, after bringing my car in to the body shop, the employees were kind, friendly, & professional, and I received daily text/email updates about the actual damage, potential costs, & estimated completion date for all repairs. After they repaired my car, I returned to them concerning an unrelated matter, and they continued to provide service after their original obligation was completed!!! My experience was a True 5 STAR EXPERIENCE, and I will definitely be recommending them to EVERYBODY!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Gerber for any repairs you need! They were very quick to get me a price estimate and stuck to that price, even though they ended up needing more parts for the repair (they also did the repair for $500-200 less than other places I looked). Their time estimate was accurate as well, and they were incredibly friendly in person and over the phone. I ll definitely be going here for any other repairs I need!

Very nice people. But picking up my car they had oversprayed the repair and it had dripped and they had sprayed the clearcoat over the drips. When I pointed it out Dennis told me they would call me to bring my car in and they would fix the sloppy work. They will provide an Uber each way so as to not inconvenience me more than necessary. I hope it works out well. Hopefully I'll update soon.

Absolutely the best auto repair experience of my life. On time appointments, on time repair, seem less integration with my insurance company and an immaculate repair job. Great communication, constantly helpful. If you need body work, I cannot imagine a better place to get it done!

This is a great shop to work with for repairs. My car was ready ahead of time and I was given updates frequently on the progress. When I came to pick up my car not only did it look great but it was also sparkling clean. They also took my rental back for me. Would definitely recommend!
