I highly recommend Flat Shoals Auto Care!! They were very honest, professional and efficient to get my car fixed. Bradley communicated what the exact problems that were going on with car, and the cost to repair. The repairs were handled very timely and the price was fair! I felt very confident that my car was not only repaired correctly, but that my vehicle was safe!!! I cannot safe enough about this business!! And the location is great easy access off of I20!!

This is a great place. They get the job done quickly, accurately, and, most importantly, within budge. They don't hurt your wallet like the other guys. Definitely should take your business here.

Walmart couldn t install my low profile tire but this place could do it with no problem. Super fast service.

I find it very funny how people can say their experiences here was good. GRANTED it's a mechanic shop. So filthy exist... but this place is beyond. I only needed an oil change. However, I spoke with a gentle men yesterday who set my appointment for the next day at 9am. Upon my arrival the place is set up with lack of care for people cars yet a mechanic comes to my car as I told him I have an appointment for an oil change. The man then AND ONLY THEN PROCEEDS TO ASK DID I BUY THE OIL? WHATTT how wasn't I informed about this as I mentioned. So yes I laughed and asked with a question... and u still want me to pay $60.00.. please I know this is a long review but don't waste your time. (Coming from a person WHO NEVER WRITES REVIEWS) it doesn't even deserve 1 star

They were awesome with their services and fair with what they charged for their service.I have not been able to say in a long time after losing what I considered to be the only best auto mechanic in Georgia until now, but I can truly say, "I have had my confidence renewed and have found a new mechanic shop in which 'I can hang my hat' for all of my and my son's car care needs.'Thanks to the proprietors (Bradley & Fritz) at Flat Shoals Auto Care!

This individual put a catalytic converter on without replacing the O2 sensors so my check engine lights stayed on. Also did not complete the bodywork fully. Told me to come back. Then when he said he was going to be up there, he wasn t. The store was closed. Then I tried to call him and text him multiple times, and no answer or response. I don t support this business. Over $1000 and I still have to go elsewhere to fix what he messed up.

Broke a major part on my car (radiator) after trusting them for the last time to fix my alternator on my car which was fine. But I had to go through making sure my car don't run hot and spending money on antifreeze every week. I informed them of the issue and they seem as though they had no clue wat happen. So Tuesday I asked them can they repair it and they told me they could and told me to come back today jus to turn me around and say sorry can't do it today due to work overload. He was so eager to push me away and forgot about everything we talked about Tuesday. I called Wednesday jus to see if it could be done but I know that was on me jus trying not to wait to much longer but he literally told me to come today and he had no remembrance. I will never go here again and don't recommend this place for a new used vehicle they will make it worse. This place is for used used cars only.

The parking lot full of cars should tell you everything you need to know! Do not take your vehicle here for service. I dropped my truck off around Dec 18th and they never touched it or anything! I went up a few days ago to check on it and he said he would get back with me and that it could be one or 2 things1. Would be the part they don t work one2. It would be too much work ..... wait what?? YEAH the man said too much work!Two days ago I went and informed them I would just get it, they called to let me know they about to charge storage fees..... y all really have had my truck about 3-4 weeks and haven t attempted to fix it... storage fees??? Oh ok... I went right on up there for my keys and pulled my truck across the street! It s a solid NO for me!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is for junk cars. Please do not take your car to this place unless you want it tore up and stuck on their yard only for them to try and charge you. They don't want to even work when they have the business and they don't hold themselves accountable when they mess up. Your car will be a lemon when you get it back. I wish I could give it zero stars.
