Pretty fast here when I get my oil changes done. Today Paul did an exceptional job and was the first time I been asked how I was doing. Don t get me wrong I enjoy coming in to get what I need done and leave which is why I choose this location, still great to have a pleasant conversation ! Thanks again Paul!

I had a few cars again of me upon arrival, but the wait was short. Paul waited on me. He was friendly and asked me what I needed. Paul had a great sense of humor; he had laughing before I knew it. I needed an oil change and he later informed me that I needed an air filter as well. I wasn't prepared for the additional expense, so he gave me a discount to help me. I was grateful for the discount and the extra friendly service. I would recommend this store. And if he's available, I'd ask for Paul.

Great service every visit, to the point I bring appreciation donuts sometimes. Clint and his team customer services is consistent and helpful. I ve come here just because Clint has helped me since I started going to the Moreland location. It s a little drive, however quality service beats convenience. Keep up the good work!

My new favorite mechanic. Came in today for a second opinion and after a local Firestone suggested I needed $2k worth of work.Jerome, the mechanic took his time to understand the issues, evaluate them, and gave me a different assessment. He informed me that one thing was not needed at all, while others could wait, and 2 tires were not safe to drive on for too long.I appreciate the honesty and integrity this local business offers. Thank you Jerome!

I actually love this place! The energy of the employees, they are honest and not trying to hustle you! On my last visit, E the assistant Manger helped me and he is very knowledgeable about what he do! Been coming here for about 5 years and although the employees have changed, the positive energy remains the same! Hands down they are the best in town!

I got my oil change at Express on Candler Rd my Service Technician name was E he was a complete delight. He service my vehicle. He even went the extra mile to show me about my AC Filter. I was able to purchase an air filter. The service was beyond what I expected. I will continue to come here like I have been for the past 4 years. Thank you E!

Clinton was very nice and helped soothe my car anxiety. He patiently explained any possible issues to me and had a wonderful attitude. This is why I love getting my car serviced at Express Oil Change. Also, Mr. Paul showed me my new air filter, which my dad always advises me to do when parts are getting exchanged.

This would ve been a 5 star Review. I ve been coming to this location for a couple of years and not once have i had an issue. I came in last week and got an oil change on both of my vehicles, i asked the guy that did an oil change on my 2019 Malibu for a quote on tires. He gave me a price and i told him i would be back for them later on the week. I came back and they took care of me no issue. As i was driving the car i kept hearing a clanking sound coming from my front end anytime you made either a right hand or left hand turn. I took the vehicle to a respectable mechanic whom I ve worked with for years. He inspected the car and found that the balancing weights were too close to the edge of the rim and every time i turned the bolt of the tie rod was hitting the weights and making that sound, it was a simple fix. I brought it back here for them to fix it and the guy that i spoke to was extremely rude saying that he s never heard that. He drove my car around the lot and on the road. I immediately heard the sound as he was turning. When he came back he said i don t hear anything but if it ll make you happy we ll re-balance it. It s not about making me happy it s about doing the job right the first time. And he didn t not need to have an attitude at all. I don t drive raggedy vehicles, i ensure that my cars are well taken care of so any sounds that they make i am on top of it and just because you can t hear it doesn t mean there isn t something wrong. And just to add on to it. I am the General Manager of a truck service shop i also know what i am talking about.

The Candler Rd location always has great customer service and tells me the truth instead of trying to get more money out of me. They always check my tires and air filter in addition to getting my oil changed. I will definitely be back! Thank you Clinton!

Terrible customer service !!! The site says they close at 6:00pm. I come at 5:30pm exact one of the guys bald with light brown eyes said they couldn t service a 10min or less oil change along with another guy dark skinned with beard. Very rude hangs up the phone on customers. Didn t care if i contacted the manger about this. I ll definitely be reporting this location. I was in need of an oil change. I couldn t get it because they were LAZY!

I would like to take this time to Express my 20 years of being a satisfied customer of Express Oil Change on Candler Road in Decatur adjacent to I-20.Beyond a shadow of a doubt, I attribute the "Excellent and High Caliber of Service" I have received over the years to a particular auto service technician, Paul. Over the years and multiple changes in management, ownership, and/or leadership, I have been fortunate to enjoy going to an auto shop that I can trust and made to feel like I'm the most important customer they have. At one point, Paul had actually left the stop and I consider not going back. It was at that point that I realized that my patronage was largely a result of the rapport I had established with Paul because of his high level of professionalism and competence as subject matter expert. I have referred family members and friends to Express Oil Change and specifically told them to seek Paul out during their visit. If you want reliable and reasonably price service that you can trust and count on to service your automobile, I strongly recommend Express Oil Change and Paul specifically to his royal treatment level of customer service. He will not allow you to leave the shop without making sure everything has been inspected and you are good to go.Satisfied Customer

I have been a customer here for years, never had a bad experience but I Just learned a valuable lesson of how important it is to go to your actual dealership for maintenance. Sent my boyfriend here to get an oil change before a trip. He paid cash and guess the guy pocket the money we go on our trip car leaking oil everywhere my garage floor is full. Boom contact our dealership go to get it fixed apparently the filter was placed in wrong which in turn made our gasket do something (I m no mechanic) would ve cost me $500 out of pocket but I have a warranty THANK GOD! Contact the oil express to let them know. Talked to a C Clark, It s no record of my car ever being there on that date, of course I don t have a receipt my boyfriend said it wasn t given. Was told the manager would handle it or give me a free oil change but I m good on that. Just make sure you pay with a card, get a receipt and make sure a sticker with the correct information is placed in their system. I m no crook and don t do crooked things but it was implied that I SHOULDVE GOT A RECEIPT AND MADE SURE A STICKER WAS PLACED so I guess it is my fault. So just informing the future customers of what to do when getting serviced here.

First and foremost I want to thank Clinton and his crew at Express who oil change.They were all extremely experienced. When they say 10 min oil change they mean it. I recommend if you need an oil change this the place to be.10Stars!!!

Friday Morning in and out within 15 minutes. No cars in front of me. Wish they would tell you the full price up front rather than the cost of the oil. Was told 89 but payed 130 for a full synthetic change. Either way it was quick and easy and they were nice.

I typically don t have to get out of my car to request an oil change. I think the staff should work on its customer service by acknowledging customers.

Normally my oil change takes an hour. Mr Paul got me right in about 15 minutes. When they say quick and easy, that s what they mean.
