Henry and Carey both consistently match or beat Audi dealer pricing in my experience, so I like supporting a small business. They tell me which repairs are urgent and track those that could wait. During service, they keep me informed and follow up after to make sure I m happy. I m glad I found them.

Always will get my car worked on here. Fair pricing and the manager will allow me to bring in the parts I choose from fcpeuro.Most shops won t let you do that anymore and then murder you on cost of those parts. Everyone is friendly and work really hard to get you out by end of the day.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

Excellent work on my vehicles. Great customer service. Pricey but worth it in my opinion. Can t beat the quality! Update: missed an oil leak that I asked them to check on twice. Could have destroyed my engine.

Originally took vehicle in for a leak in January 2024; 2 months, aproximately 5 visits & $4,500 later the vehicle is still leaking & the service advisor states, "You know when you fix one thing something else happens." REALLY!

Let me start by saying that customer service is amazing. They guys are very nice and professional. A little slow to respond, but very informative. Carey is very nice. However, I've been to this shop 3 times about to be 4 with issues dealing with my cooling system on my 2018 BMW 430i which is a huge inconvenience especially given each time my car is there is longer than 4-7 days. I've had hoses replaced, the turbo charger, a long with some other things. I'm fully aware that there were some recalls and issues with some of the cooling components for that model and prior years. Now 2 months later having to return for the 4th time with yet ANOTHER coolant leak. What I would like to know is how and why was this missed if the entire system was "pressurized" to determine the cause of the leak. I honestly think that it was a rush job.Will I recommend a potential customers in the future absolutely due to superb customer service. I just want my car fixed and I want it fixed RIGHT!!!!

My experience was extremely disappointing due to their lack of professionalism and respect. The communication was terrible, often leaving me unsure about the progress of my car's repairs, which took over two months. One of the employees disrespectful attitude on the phone was particularly unsettling. Although the cost was high, it was the lack of courtesy and professionalism that truly marred my experience.

There s a reason Eurofed has gone from 4 to 11+ shops in less than 2 years. They re the best around! Very competitive prices, excellent service and very knowledgeable when it comes to all makes and models. Don t let the name fool you, they work on anything and do everything from oil changes to turbo builds to numerous modifications and everything in-between.Any and every car enthusiast knows how difficult it can be to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic that doesn t break the bank. #eurofed4life

My experience from the time I contacted Eurofed for a quote on repairs I was greeted with exceptional and compassionate service along with the best price next to going to the actual dealership. A complete inspection was completed prior to recommending services. I felt no pressure to receive additional services and my concerns and issues with my Range Rover were resolved. I will be forever utilizing this location. My fiance was also impressed with the service and will be a future customer.

Once again Eurofed did an outstanding job on my car. They located the issue I discussed. Then approved my repair with my warranty company. Ordered parts from Volkswagen and installed in a timely manner. Great communication throughout and everyone I have come in contact with is professional and friendly.I will be back for my maintenance services in a few months.

I needed a Schedule A oil change for my 2009 Mercedes-Benz E-350. Henry was very professional and polite. I showed up an hour later and my car was serviced quickly. The experience from start to finish was fantastic! I love their text platform that sends a link of what they recommend you should get done broken down in detail with even pictures. You can select accept or decline for each issue. Also they got to my vehicle super expediently, diagnosed asap and returned within days! This was my first time at the shop it went very well. Carey found the cause of my overheating problem, fixed it and I am good to go. I love my older BMW and don t want to let it go . The gentlemen at EuroFed are kind and communicative. They are eager to help get your car in tip top shape and take the time to explain the issues going on with your car and educate you so you can make an informed decision. The prices are more than fair, as well. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

I had a Mini countryman with a massive oil leak and that needed a really good tune up. They cleaned the leak in 1-2 days (it was so bad the turbo had to be removed) and at a later date, tuned up the engine (including spark plugs, air filters and drive belt) in one day. Great service and I truly feel respected and valued as a customer. Carey was very good at explaining issues. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and informative. A bit pricey but I am learning more than ever that you get what you pay for with car repairs. Follow up service Is horrible I was told by two people that they would call me back with a repair cost of a coolant leak that i was charged @ 200 $ to diagnosis 5 days later still no call. It was also noted that my wipers were inspected an all was well, However my rear wipers is torn up. Service usually great but I think I rushed them to finish and it wasn t ready.Paid a substantial amount of money to have to have my car towed back one hour after I left. Plus driver side door have bings that wasn t there before I dropped my car off. Crazy thing about it I would use them again because I know Mr Cary will make it right so no worries

I cannot recommend Eurofed more highly! They scheduled me quickly for routine service for our Benz wagon and took the time to look into a separate minor issue. Carey is terrific at keeping customers informed and ensuring all concerns are addressed. Chris worked on our wagon and is as passionate about Benzes as anyone you'll find.
