I am here, needing a tire, this place looks abandoned. It is 3 am. You should check the hours listed, I was in the area in need of a tire and the listing says you are open. I was at the same location as in your picture. No problem, I made it home safe.

Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Best tire service on Candler! Went in today to get a tire patched and to get tire locks removed from my vehicle (lost the key). TJ had us back on the road quickly

Amazing Service! Excellent Pricing! Super satisfied with services.I have had three cars serviced here and the service was nothing short of amazing!Mechanic on Duty properly diagnosed concerns, addressed them, and got us rolling gain. He changed brakes on secondary vehicle. Repairs and labor priced just right!The owner TJ not only provides fair pricing, he also educates you on your car and purchase. He custom painted the calipers on my 2018 Tesla. I love them and get tons of compliments. They look great! He did an awesome job!Do yourself a favor and let Emergency Tire care for all your car needs!I know I will.

First time here. Workers were interesting. There's a guy that looks like a burn victim, but it's a mask. He's some kind of comedian on IG. Just had my tire changed. Went in a few days later after noticing my tire had a few issues and was told by someone else, that I must've hit a curb. I explained to him that my car had been in the garage since the tire was changed. He wouldn't listen and kept trying to mansplain why my tire looked the way it did. After I told him I just purchased the vehicle, he asked for my receipt. Once I showed it to him he said there was nothing he could do, then insisted I let him uncloud my headlights. When I refused, his attitude changed. He was clearly just looking at the shape of the rims, but told me my "attitude" was the reason I didn't have a man. (We never discussed my status) Then told me that the pink paint was another sign of me hitting a curb. It just seemed as though he was looking to make money from an uninformed woman. NOT HAPPY with the tire or company. I will be back to get a refund or another tire. Check out my pics for more info

If you need great tires for an affordable price then this is the place for you!! They are very kind and knowledgeable about cars. I went in for tires; in which they informed me that I needed new brake pads and a new headlight. This information could have saved my life because I was unaware of how bad my brake pads were. I will definitely recommend them to anyone because they truly do have their customers best interest at heart!!

What a friendly, fast, honest, excellent place. Not only did I get my tire repaired professionally and quickly (I waited less than 10 minutes for the work to be done...in contrast to FOUR HOURS at NTB when I had gotten a nail in my tire previously), the guys were extremely nice and even discounted the work they did. I cannot speak highly enough of this place...they have definitely won a permanent customer in me today. I will be returning. Awesome job!!!

Thank you for providing excellent customer service (oil change and tire )! The employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is organized and on a scale of 1 to 10, (1 being the lowest), I give this business a 10 star rating.If you are in need of new tires, oil change and ect., this company is top notch. Give them a try....your husband's, significant others and/or partners.....will thank you for it. The prices are economical and the services are superb.

They have consistently provided me quality service for over 20 years. My ONLY go to for great prices and steady performance. Honesty and integrity are a rarity to find in a car repair shop. It feels good as a female to feel safe and not creeped out. There, there are no scams. You are treated as an equal, given a fair price!

I am very pleased with the service and tires that I received. I also was able to get my headlights restored and my car detailed! The owner had informed me that they do other services like oil changes, tune ups, & brakes as well. I think I may have FINALLY found my ONE STOP! Thanks Emergency Tire!!!

I went to this ripe off place today because I had a slow leak in my back tire. Turned out to be a nail in my tire. After hustle man had taken the tire off car, he quoted $20.00 for repair. Their machine was down and could not take credit or debit card. I had to go to Shell Station next-door to get cash. Went to pay for service and price went up to $25.00. Hustle man tried to say I did not hear him clearly but I know he said $20.00 for repair standing in bay area. Do not patronize this place of business. They hold your car hostage leaving you not choice but to pay quoted price. Sad this is a black owned business and this is how they treat women.03/04/2020The next day my tire is flat from a so called tire repair. This is a low down, no good, shady, got over, over priced, ratchet, hood rat of a business. I don't care what recording you played back. I know what I heard. Hustle Man said $20.00.

I absolutely love going here for getting service done on my truck. It's a Black family owned business which I will always support! Very professional and great service! I only go to Emergency Tire for my brakes, oil and tires to be change. Some many of my friends was going to other places for their car services and had several problems. Once I referred them to Emergency Tire they haven't went to any other place. I will tell any and everyone to go to Emergency Tire for their business. They won't leave flat

Terrible point of sales. I had no else place to go (at this point). (Why?) , because my tire was completely blown. So management tells me that they don't have my size. I was offered 2 wrong size tires. 1 was to too big and the other a bit smaller. The bigger size cost $65 and the smaller $85. I was forced to go with the smaller size since it wouldn't throw off the tire pressure and balance of the car like the bigger tire could have done. In the end, I spent $92 for 1 tire - at a used tire shop by the way. Rip off? Scam? Frustrating yes. I don't recommend going here. Go around the corner if you can make it.

Have been to Emergency Tire several times over the years and have always been treated to good service. I believe when I started it was two brothers, but have only seen one regularly recently. I have directed others in my family to Emergency Tire, and they too have had good experiences. Fast and efficient service, no matter what time of day you stop in.

I have been going to this place for years, Mr. Jenkins was very nice and helpful, now that he has passed his son is doing a great job filling his shoes. Thomas Jr. always make sure that I am well informed about my tires and other minor work that needs to be done to my car. I recommend Emergency Tire to everyone for all of your tire needs and minor car needs.

I feel safe on the road because of the job that emergency tire didn't on my Chevy Suburban. If you are in the area please come here because they are so helpful kind and reliable. The guys there did a great job and I'm so happy I came here thank you.

Very rude owner,,,, only purchase the tires 2 1/2 weeks ago And they offer a three day warranty. Garbage!!!! I don t recommend anyone to purchase tires from them. The tire had a blow out while driving could have killed us.And the owner TJ was very rude when I called him about the issue. If you get tires from this place be prepared to get someGarbage and rude customer service.

I have been a customer for 25 yrs. I never had a problem with the services given by Angelo or the owner that recently passed away R.i.p POPS. I have been there twice since he passed away and I can honestly say it's not the same but I still receive what I needed. I will mention to the guys the importance of being professional and providing excellent customer service because it's their father and mothers legacy. I am sure they already know this.

Emergency Tire is a family operated and black owned business that has been successfully operated for over 30 years in Decatur, Ga. Loyalty, great customer service and honesty is the BIG 3 that separates Emergency Tire from the rest. Owner TJ will not put anything on your tire, that he wouldn't for his wife and family. Emergency tire has GREAT prices and all popular make and brand tires are always stocked. If you need your oil change, breaks, and overall maintenance to your vehicle, please stop by. I promise you won't be disappointed .

Awesome experience. TJ and his crew were great. Went above and beyond to get parts and get us back on the road. Great connections to a towing company and O'Reilly's is right next door. Their assistant manager Randy was a great help.

I bought a tire from them on Wednesday. It was the wrong size and it went flat the next day. I went back the next day and called several times thereafter and got no response. Once I finally reached someone they were closing at Noon on a Monday. After that they called me back a left a voicemail as if he pocket dialed me from a cell phone. I was irrate once I finally went back LEFT MY JOB EARLY only to be told I could not get my money back and the issue was my car and not the tire. Once I left my husband returned to act up worse than I. And to see that he had called the police on me because I told him I would get a lawyer to handle it. He then lied to my husband and said it was a nail in it when he told me it was my car. Don't go here.... Go to the Africans down the street. At least they refund you and rectify the problem properly.

I purchased 2 front tires and paid extra for them to be balance. I noticed when I got on the hwy ( which is rare) that my vehicle was shaking horribly. I look at my tires and they re 2 different sizes. I call and was told to come today yet Davante(worker) tried to explain to me that they were the same and refused to give me the right tires or a refund. They got over on a woman and thinks that ok. Not see y all in court.

I paid $10 last week to have a tire checked at Emergency Tire after the dealer told me that there was a hole in the tire. Emergency Tire checked and told me they could not find a problem. When the air continued to drain from the same tire I returned today to have them check the tire again. They found a nail in the tire that they said was not there last week.I was very disappointed when I was charged full price (without deducting the $10 I had already paid last week) for repair of the same tire that I was told did not have a problem last week.This is not a good business practice and I will not be returning or referring anyone else to do business with this organization. The only reason there is even one star here is that I could not post this message without one.Be aware...

Stopped here to get a patch. 10 minutes after getting on I-20 low tire pressure came on. Had to stop again. This time repair was made correct and no more problems. Make sure y all do job right the first time.

This is my second visit to Emergency Tire, they are always very knowledgeable and professional! I bought 2 new tires this time. I was notified when they arrived and I was in and out in a timely manner. Thanks again and I will be back.
