I took my car to them to see about some air leak I had. This was a Friday. I had a question for them so Saturday I went by there. Upon arrival .. I noticed my car on ALL FLATS. No other vehicle had flat tires and you can basically ride into the lot although they are closed on the weekend. This had me hot. On Monday, I asked why my car was on flats and the response was " There s been people stealing catalytic converters and we wanted to make sure they didn t try it. This makes no sense. Now, I m told my catalytic converter needs changing!! There s clicking when I make a full turn and I have more problems than when I brought it. This place is garbage! They get over on women especially. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I believe my car was tampered with over that weekend and now they re putting it on me. LADIES BEWARE!!!

After having trouble with my power steering and noises,I came IN STRESSED AND DEFEATED!!! Lol Champs said I needed a replacement so i did it and But they got me in and got me, back riding smooth with no noises!! Praise god!! Thank you all for your kindness!

This is not my first time visiting Champs. I came in for two particular situations. One was resolved, and the other one needs to be rescheduled for time to resolve it. They explained it to me perfectly and I I understood it. Champs has always been top level with service and affordability since I've been coming here, and that's been for a few of years now.Services: Transmission repair, Oil change

I went to Champs to get a nail removed from my tire. They were true to their name. They fixed my tire, and I was treated like a Champ. Quick and prifessional service. The Champ is here!

Dropped in early morning for tire repair. Tire was not holding air.Turned out tire stem was lose. Was repaired fast and was able to make it to work on time.Great customer service.

My daughter took her car in because her brake light came on and wouldn't go out they checked out her car and told her what the problem was and gave her a price quote to make the repair she got the work done and they gave her a year warranty as well as treated my husband and l to lunch will definitely get all our car repairs done at Champs Tires they treat you right.

Had Alternator installed... I was referred to Champs years ago by my regular mechanic and have been pleased with all work done thus far. The work and customer service speaks volumes. The owner Patrick is a fair and honest man and goes above and beyond to satisfy each customer. Kudos to you and your staff... It definitely shows that customer service is still alive and well.... Very professional staff!! The quickest service I have ever received EVER!! They made my experience of having to buy a new tire as we all know is never pleasant, enjoyable! I didn't even have time to read my book . I will definitely be back when I need something done to my baby! You guys are awesome

The team at Champs is a very nice group of individuals. Zavier has listened to my concerns and worked with me to get my car repaired. Everyone there has been super helpful. They may not be the fastest but they do try the hardest to get the job done right. It's always hard trying to find a mechanic that you can trust, but I am glad to have Champs helping my car continue to work properly.Services: Transmission, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement

This is an honest shop. I've taken my cars up there with my own diagnoses, and they told me the truth. They didn't do repairs that didn't need done. The prices are fair and solid. FOR MY INTROVERTED ANXIETY GWORLSAfter searching and reading many reviews I decided to give this shop a try. I was anxious because 1) I m an anxious person and 2) I ve been to 2 shops since being in Atlanta and had a negative experience at both places (though both had good reviews). I went in for a tire change and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone was. I handed over my keys and went to their CLEAN waiting area to read. It was a quick, enjoyable wait. It was QUIET and NO ONE bothered me. Not once did I feel overwhelmed or overstimulated in the environment.So if you want somewhere that you can just pay for your service and trust that it s getting done without having to be assertive or micromanage.. this is your place! (It was truly an easy in & out experience AND they quoted me the best price)
