I needed a reliable used vehicle for my daughter to drive for her last two years of college. I had a idea of how much i wanted to spend but other dealerships were not in my budget. I was aware of Central Auto Sales for decades having worked in the area so I decided to give them a try. Steve and his staff have been (five star) with the quality of vehicles sold and the customer service given. for example: I've' had the vehicle for about 18 months and had a small issue that other repair shops couldn't seem to resolve, I called Steve and explained what was going on and he told me to bring the car in and he would have his people look at it. 24 hours later, The vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up. (you wont get that type of services from other used car dealerships...especially after the warranty expired) So, i highly recommend Central Auto Sales if you are in the market for a "Quality and "Reliable" used vehicle...

In the beginning when I first got a car from here I was working and taking Uber everywhere so I was very desperate for a car to get to and from work. I gave them 1500 for a down payment to get into something decent. It was my first time buying a car and I definitely was taken advantage of. The car was definitely overpriced. I rolled with the punches and paid for the car biweekly.Last year I had a baby and the car was way too small and was no longer convenient for me so I asked for early trade-in options. They said they couldn t help me unless I paid an additional 4000 towards the car which I was definitely not doing.So here we are today I stopped paying for the car and got something more convenient for me and my family. I told them that I did not want the car anymore and had plans on dropping the car off to them when I had a free day from work and could travel 45 mins across town. Instead of letting me know when they were going to send out repossession for the car they came and got the car while I was in the grocery store with my family. In the car while my 8 month old baby s car seat, stroller, and the key to my apartment and keys to work.I called them early in the morning to locate my car and get the information for where I can get my belongings because I can not transport my child without a car seat which mean I can t take her anywhere so I can go to work. STEVE s a full blown argument with me over the phone about why I didn t bring the car to them and make my payments which is completely unprofessional and refused to show any regard to the urgency of me needing my child s belongings. Saying he couldn t do anything because he didn t know where the car was. Which is a lie anyone who has a lien on a vehicle and issues out the repossession has the info for who is repo ing the car.I then went to the office to add some expediting with the process and STEVE refused to give me any information regarding the mobile tow company who towed my vehicle to get my belongings. He argued with my mother and told us to come back at 1.Moral of the story is Steve has no care in the world about anyone s necessities and can care less about how you live or feel. He s completely unprofessional and I believe the only one who has some sympathy up there is Ms. Margaret

Please come here!! Keith, Margaret and Steve are the absolute best!!! I ve looked at many places and I m so grateful that I happened to give them a try. I just got my 07 Chevy impala with low mileage for a great deal. My payments are low and they helped me find some great insurance. They have been very pleasant to work with. This place WORKS WITH YOU! Steve even went above and beyond to inquire on a remote key and had one for me in minutes. I can t wait to pay this car off so I can come back for another!

I had an amazing experience working with Central Auto Sales. Both Steve and Keith are phenomenal, honest, trustworthy people, who actually care about the customer. They went above and beyond to make me happy. I would not trust any other dealership, but them. This place sure is a rare find. Thank you!!!

This place is amazing!!!! I walked in the door with a Bankruptcy and repossession on my credit. I went to multiple car dealerships before this one and was turned down. I just really needed someone to give me a chance so that I could get back on the road again. Steven and Keith , who are AMAZING, walked me through step by step on what I needed and helped to get me in my new car!!!! I do highly recommend this place if you are in need of a second chance.I'm adding an update to my post....The people here are in the business of helping people keep their car! I needed some work done on my car. They have an in house mechanic. I'm able to get the work needed done on my car here and they're willing to make arrangements with me to pay for the repair. They're going to help you stay and keep your car.

Keith and Steve are both incredible. The energy at this car dealership is out of this world. I had the BEST experience. They were accommodating, kind, professional and the process was quick and easy. I felt so supported. I can not stress enough how highly I recommend this dealership !

My experience with coming in for a vehicle was great. They all were really caring of my needs and made sure they were meet. i left with a great car, i had one little small concern and gave them a call, they told me to bring it in and immediately fixed the problem. They worked with my down payment and found me the PERFECT car in my price range. i love them already. In my book they are the best car lot yet, Thanks Central auto sales for my great car.

I truly love this place. I was still in a bankruptcy but on the last part of it, the car I had, I hit a pothole and it was totalled out. While I waited for the insurance company to pay off on my car I visited their lot not many cars at that time but on a return visit they had a good amount of cars to pick from. The guys helped me in every way possible and I really thank them for my car Mr. Steve was wonderful to me and to this day my car is doing just fine. They will help you just be honest with them so that they know what they need to do.

My experience with Central auto sales was the best!! There was no pressure. Family owned, everyone there was so friendly, and nice. I have a truck I purchased there and they help me ride out that same day. They're really there to help you to get you riding again. So please check them out, you will not be disappointed! The the guys and gals, that made it happy, Mr. Steve, Mr. Keith, Mr. Edward, Mrs.Margret, thank you, I'm happy with my ride!!

I got my Truck in January 2008 and Central Auto made it the best and easiest car purchase ever!!!! I love Margaret and Steve, They were great then and still are now. After I purchased my car my whole family followed, My mom bought her car there, my sis and sister in law have there cars from there and even a coworker. I would definitely recommend Central Auto to get a vehicle to anyone. They were like family and very understanding and considerate. Came in with my husband today, looking for a bigger vehicle for our growing family. The gentlemen we worked with were awesome. Thorough and forthcoming, we felt like no information was withheld from us during the process, we didn t feel rushed or pressured into a vehicle, plus everyone was so pleasant to do business with. We left with a great suv, feeling pleased with our purchase! Will be referring anyone we know that is in the market for a new car.

I got my newest baby from Central Auto Sales today and I must say I love it. Ms Margaret and Mr Steve were amazing. Mr Keith wasn't there when I went to get my car but during the week when I came in to inquire about it he was very friendly and helpful. From the moment you walk in the door they treated myself and my husband like family. They were not pushy at all and like a previous review said are very understanding on hardships. I would definitely recommend Central Auto Sales. If you are in need of a good reliable car these other people to go to.

Truly an absolutely pleasant dealership to conduct business with. Honest selling, great attitudes, service if/when your vehicle needs it. When I came into the dealership the first time, we had conversation that had absolutely nothing to do with the car I had in mind. It's a business with a personable feel.

Steve, Edward and Ms. Margaret are the best! The Staff here are so friendly and personable. They don't make you feel pressured like other Dealarships do. They actually care about your needs. I purchased a Chevy Malibu almost a year ago, that I absolutely love, And I still get awesome treatment. I still go back for routine maintenance. They are awesome. I have been dealing with used cars and new car dealerships for over 25 years and I must say my experience here has been the BEST covering SC and GA. I hands down will refer them to others for their quality of cars, customer service and just giving a dam!! which is rare.

I'm a second time car buyer of Central Auto Sales. I must say that my experience with them has been amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable, informative and professional. From the time I walked on the lot at Central Auto Sales I felt comfortable. I had been to several other dealerships and was worn out by the rude, high pressure dealers. Edward greeted me very nicely, patiently answered all my questions and even offered my family and I cold soft drinks, water and tea. When I decided on my beautiful Toyota Camry, Steve let me test drive it with my family so we would be comfortable and get a feel for the car. He was honest about EVERYTHING! He told me about properly maintaining the car in the future, gave me the car note I wanted and even helped me find inexpensive full coverage insurance. And when I make my payments Margaret is always so friendly and kind. She even asks about my children. Central Auto is the absolute best place to buy a dependable, affordable used car. They have quality cars and they care about their customers. I would give them 10 stars if I could.UPDATE!!!! Sooooo... It's two years later and I've finished paying for my car!!! Throughout this process the entire staff has been AMAZING! Steve, Miss Margaret, Edward, and Keith have treated me like family. They have individually and collectively been honest, patient and kind. They have won me over as a life long customer. Today when I came to make my final payment, Steve gave me a free oil change!! Central Auto Sales of Decatur is THE BEST place to buy a car. Steve at Central Auto Sales is by far the BEST! I have an expedition that was experiencing some leaking issues due to a bad drainage tube and his mechanics fixed it free of charge. If you're looking for a great quality vehicle and great customer service PLEASE visit Steve at Central Auto Sales. You won't be disappointed!

Central Auto Sales is absolutely the BEST! The way the greet you and treat you like family is remarkable. Major Major shout out to Ms. Margret, Mr. Steve and Mr.Keith, they got me in the car my heart was going after. They are very good on understanding hardships! Communication level is phenomenal! I can literally say if I was in the area I would stop by just to speak them. They don t just want your money, but they will build a solid relationship with you. The car buying experience can be a daunting task but the staff at Central made the process as seamless as can be. They were clear on the options I had for my budget, walked me through every step of paper work, and made me feel like I was the only customer. My wife and I love the vehicle we have. We will most definitely buy again from Central and recommend any one we know who looking for a reliable vehicle. And, we love their motto: "We approve people, not paper."

Central Auto Sales is a great place to purchase vehicles. For many years my family has considered Central Autos a go to for car purchases. The people are warm, inviting, and make you feel like you are part of the family. Anytime I come to central auto I feel as though they are genuinely happy to see me. I recently purchased another vehicle from them and the process was quick and easy. The prices are great and the quality of cars they have is great. Every car my family has purchased from them has had low mileage and run great. I will definitely be purchasing more vehicles from them in the future.

Central Auto Sales is a welcoming and warming place of business that offers respect and professionalism. Walking in to Central Auto Sales is one the best financial decisions I've made. I was looking for a reliable and affordable car for a little over a year and was having so much trouble financially and reliability,then I came to central auto sales and all the hassle seem to disappear. My initial experience with Central Auto Sales was awesome.. They treated my family as well as myself as tho we were part of the Central Auto Sales family before I signed my name on the dotted line.. I had my 4yr old and my 8yr old with me and they worked well with them. The process was smooth and the customer service is outstanding. .. I was referred by a friend who's a returning customer working on his second vehicle with this company. I'm pleased to say I became part of the Central Auto Sales family.. I would recommend them to friends, family, co-workers, social media followers etc... They're better than the bigger dealers.. in my daughters words Steve's the man lol. Everyone was great

Ok. So let me say this... ... I havnt driven a car sonce 2014. I was a hus transmuter for about 6 to 7 years. I told myself after the last used car i had bought from private owners..(the transmission and axel fell through the floor). My mother invested about 5k for me in repairs... That car died on me! I vowed i would never purchase a vehicle again... 6 years later marta because of the pandemic was causing me to be late to work. I was in a dilemna!.... I stumbled across central auto by hapoenstance and the minute i walked in the door i was greeted by respect and understanding. I explained my story and my financial condition.... And let me say this on GOD! They worked with me. No judgement. Proffessional service. I dont like to wrote reviews because when i do... The companies failed me so im going to say this much up to this point with repairs and maintenance and outstanding c7stomer service from all staff... Im saying up to now.. keep it up . I love this place I had a very delighted experience. They are the real deal and their cars are very good in quality, and although I have 2 repossessions they are giving me a second chance. And I must say I love my Mazda and the payments are reasonable. This will help me re establish my credit and I recommend this place.
