The customer service was wonderful at this location. Tony, Nina, John, and Wole made the whole experience very family oriented. If I need another vehicle for starter car teen, getting around or just something I want to purchase cash I will definitely come here. Thank you guys for all your help and your patience

Don t think I ll be buying from this establishment as a friend of mine purchased a vehicle here and ended up buying a lemon. He ended up having to purchase a whole new transmission costing him additional $1,000s to get it replaced. These good reviews are questionable and appear scam-worthy think the goal is to just push you to buy a car with no intention of correcting any wrongdoing.

This company is an extreme prodigious place I have encounter. Their services, response and the way I was treated is tremendous.I love the honesty from the beginning and detailedly explain what I m purchasing.I love the fact I m been given several options before finally choosing what s best.Thank you babs motors

I can absolutely sympathize with all the bad reviews Bob s Motors has received on their website!!I purchased a vehicle from this dealership no more than six months ago only to have engine problems that started shortly after the transaction. The vehicle was for my daughter and she has been catching the bus!To this day, the vehicle is where it has been: in my driveway. I bought the vehicle for my daughter and it was the worst decision I ve made.Please stay away from this dealership because they re no help should you ever need them whatsoever! STAY FAR AWAY!!!This dealership deserves half a star, if not 1/4 of a star.

This was my first time visiting this car dealership and it took me awhile to decide what kind of car I wanted to get and I am actually happy to have received the car that I am happy and satisfied with thanks and Mr. John, Mr. Tony and Mr. Waylaid. Listen y all, Mr Tony, Mr, John, and Ms Nina are the best! They did their absolute best to get me in a nice 2017 Hondai Sonata and I really appreciate them for that. They handled everything for me and I mean everything. They re fast, they re super friendly, and they re so helpful. I m so grateful for their service to me on today. If y all are looking for used cars, they got em all! They re not gonna try to cheat you or anything and they have a great variety of vehicles so it was nice to be able to explore in my price range. I m a satisfied customer.

Do urself a favor and stay away from this dealership...the owner tony is a huge scammer and liar...most of his cars have major issues and been seating there for decades...he was able to scam my cousin by selling him a vehicle that he barely drove and come to realize that same vehicle needed a new transmission

This place is a scam!!!! Sold Me a car 3 days later it doesn t work at all won t even come on and I paid around 9,000 /10,000 they was not open at all about what was wrong they got the money and said oh well !!!! DO NOT SHOP !!!

This owner is the perfect example to why Nigerian have such bad reputation in the world...he has a very sweet tongue and can sure maneuver around til you get scammed...you are warned ...2 friends of have who purchased cars from him barely drove them for 3 weeks and they start having major issues with it

RUN...RUN WHILE YOU CAN...I m so glad I brought my mechanic friend to test drive the test I wanted to purchase otherwise I would ve been 8000$ broke by now...Upon test driving it he was able to detect a bad transmission and strongly advised me not to move with the purchase of the vehicle...YOU ARE STRONGLY WARNED...THESE PEOPLE ARE REAL SCAMMERS

This dealership has nothing but SCAMMERS...YOU ARE COMPLETELY WARNED....My friend purchased a car here and not even 1 month later he needed an engine on that same car he just purchased...Most of their cars are defective so you are completely WARNED

My husband and I came to look at a particular vehicle recently and it was not on the lot. I inquired about it before we left and no one got back to us. Also the parking lot is a nightmare bc it s so cramped you can barely get out of it. The area is also not a safe area. Save yourself the headache and shop at other places.

I just bought a used Volvo for $3500 less than Bluebook value. It s a 2013 and while not in pristine condition it is in very good condition and great value. Customer service was very good as well.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP> THEY SELL DEFECTIVE VEHICLES AND THEN CLAIM THAT THEY MENTIONED THE DEFECT TO YOU SO THE WARRANTY IS NOT VALID. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND STAY AWAY. THEIR WAITING ROOM IS FULL OF PEOPLE WHO WERE DUPED! STAY AWAY - DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.

People need to stay away from this place, my friend bought a car from here, takes it home and finds out the transmission was bad!! They refuse to fix it and now he is stuck with a lemon! Totally unacceptable

I should have listened to the people with one star reviews. The car they sold me only lasted three months. They definitely try to pressure you into buying a car by saying that everything works perfectly fine. If you do want to buy from here I recommend you take the car to a mechanic or make sure you get warranty. When I called them telling them about the engine not being good all they said was to bring it back in so that they can fix it and pay money to them. There went 4K down the drain. They also make sure you leave there writing a good review for them. Don t fall for them.

This was my first experience and let me tell you It was a great experience The salespeople are understanding they give you lots of information. They make sure that you are comfortable in your vehicle or the vehicle you want. They make sure it's the right vehicle for you. They really take care of you. I recommend them to anyone. They Made Sure I Got The Car I Wanted And Was Very Patient With Me The Owner Was Hands On With Car Buying Process With Me And Made Sure I Was Satisfied With Everything Before I Left.
