The store looked very organized, better than I have ever seen an AutoZone look! My buddy that came with me could not stop talking about how every label was facing forward.. He was very impressed as well!

Don t bring your own bulbs. Told me to take my blinker bulb back to Walmart and have them change it since that s where I bought it. I would ve payed for the service but if it s really so deep that yall missed out on a $6-$8 bulb then hey so be it.10 minutes later I go down the street to o Reilly and they fixed it free no questions

I tried returning some products and they did not want to receive them without a receipt. I ve returned other things to other locations with the card I used to purchase the products. After mentioning that to them, every single employee told me to go elsewhere then. Absolutely rude.

I had the most wonderful and scariest experiences today at this store. IAm a young girl who drove up alone. Someone fallowed me in to the parking lot and parked next to me. I walked into the store. I was helped by a sweet sweet guy named Demorion. He came out with me to my car to check the status on my battery. The guy that fallowed me into the parking lot yelled out of his car window and asked if I needed a battery. Demorion without hesitation leapt into action. He told the man don t worry about it she s just checking the status of your battery, I got it. Then when the battery read it needed to be replaced. Hugh walked over to help. He told me how long he thought my battery would last, and how much the battery was. The man once again stuck he head out again and talked to me. He offered to purchase my battery for me. I told him that I was fine. Demorion, Hugh and I walked into the store. I paid for the battery. The man came into the store and again offered to pay for my battery. I said I was good he kept pushing. I told him it made me uncomfortable. He said ok. And walked out of the store. Demorion told me to stay in the store with the manager Curshawn Lawrence. So I did. Then Curshawn told me to stand behind the desk with him, because the man came back in the store AGAIN. The man handed me his card and said I sell vacations, call me sometime. Then walked out the store again. Curshawn saw how uncomfortable I was. I was shaking. He took me to the back and had me sit in the break room so I was safe. The man confronted Demorion in the parking lot. And Demorion told him that he was making me uncomfortable and to leave me alone. So the man drive away. Huge checked on me a few times to make sure I was ok. These three incredible men really stepped up for me. They made a scary situation a feel safe. They really took care of me. Ladies you will feel safe around this incredible humans. Thank you all. You made a bad situation better. You deserve all the props I can give.

The manager, Ron, at the following Autozone location 1924 Candler Rd, Decatur, GA 30032 was really great helping me with my battery. I wish I got the names of the other two ladies that spoke with me earlier in the week about my battery to give them credit for their excellent customer service as well. Thank you all for the excellent customer service! You all made my day!

On Sunday I was having problems with my car starting called this Autozone location and spoke with a gentleman name Johnathan he was very pleasant and helpful. He installed a new battery in my vehicle.The staff at this location truly impressed me. Job well done!!!

0 stars if that was an option! I went to this location with receipt in hand to exchange something that I purchased at the AutoZone 1.2 miles away at a different store. The employee who couldn t seem to be bothered told me that I have to go to the store that I bought the item from. I will definitely recommend going to the AutoZone on Columbia Drive. Because the workers at the AutoZone on Candler Road are just, I m sorry,Stupid!

I was having a really really bad experience at another location where I had purchased some low beam headlights for my Lexus which turned out to be the wrong bugs and I try to return them unfortunately when I purchase them I was not given a receipt so and trying to return them I was greeted by someone who had the worst customer service attitude you would ever want to come in contact with this person showed no interest in helping me to resolve my purchasing the wrong bulbs and exchanging them for the right ones so after brushing me off and telling me that the district manager was going to be at the Amy Adams so I went to the Candler Road location an encounter the manager there who had the most receptive attitude and went all the way above to help me resolve the issue that I was having shout out to the manager at the Candler Road store as far as I'm concerned he gets 10 Stars

I pulled up with my right headlight out. This is after I had gotten pulled over and given a warning instead of a ticket. I went to another auto supply store and found no solution because was told they saw nothing in the system. I looked on Google maps for an Auto Zone near the area I m currently in. Others were closing soon. This one wasn t so I pulled up. I went in and told them my issue. Like a true blessing they came out to my assistance. Popped the hood off my car, and like professionals gave me an idea of what could have happened. Within seconds they popped the light back in place and sent me on my way.Five stars for sure. *****

The service here was EXCELLENT . I came in 10/27/19 around 9:30 am Tommy, Andrew, and the young lady ( I don't remember her name) were great. they tried to give me different options in order to solve my issue. They were patient , courteous and over extended themselves. I am very grateful to have encountered them for this issue.

Loved the lead at this location (Jonathan, I think). Great sense of humor and even greater practical knowledge about how to handle repairs if you're just getting started or you're advanced (it was VERY clear that Jonathan has tons of worthwhile auto experience.)If you are going to go anywhere and you don't want a simple hand wave when you're in deep need. Go here. Talk to Jon. He'll take care of you.

Had a great experience today. Went to memorial drive auto zone and purchased a new battery, but they wouldn t put my battery in so I went to candler road location hoping they would help. They only had 2 people working, But Tommy came and helped me and placed the battery in with a great personality and energy! I wish I could place him at all the locations so everyone could experience him! Thank you Tommy you made my life so much easier today! I wish you the world thank you again!!!

This location has AMAZING customer service (unlike the one on flat shoals ). The guy in the front was super helpful. He helped me do a warranty exchange on my battery AND put it in. The best part was it took less than 15 minutes!

Came to get a battery replaced and the employee energy was so nasty. He asked me was I going to take the battery out myself. I m clearly a women and I don t appear to have any knowledge in battery s. It s unfortunate because a manager was literally right there while he made my business feel unwanted. It s not my fault they sold me a defected battery. I will never come back to this autozone ever again. Honestly whoever the hiring manager is needs to do a better job at picking his candidates because he literally chooses people with zero energy. There is one dark skin guy he wears a red shirt while the others wear grey and he s always willing to help. He s fairly young but always in a good spirit. I hope he can find a better job than this one.

These reviews DO NOT REFLECT MY EXPERIENCE!!! Everyone is really nice and have always taken care of me. I would recommend going there--you get treated with the type of energy you put out, just be nice to people bc retail is hard, especially during Covid times.

I was there to buy oil for my car and was unsure of what type of oil I needed. Not only did the gentleman immediately know what I needed without researching it, He also found me a coupon to save over $20 on my purchase. Additionally my battery was out in my key fob and the other employee there generously found and replaced the dead battery for my key fob. All while being pleasant and informative. Wonderful experience.

Shout out to my boys Tommy and Jonathan! That really looked out for me on a part that I needed for my girlfriend's car and they even hook me up with a discount so that I can save me a couple of coins for the day. If you need to know something about your car and looking for good service and some good positive energy in the building, this is the location to go to.

Jonathan went above and beyond to get me the best oil deal, which proves employees are committed to giving customers the best services possible. Being a female, I often feel like we are targeted by mechanics and not told the truth all the time. Thank you Jonathan for being so helpful and honest. He deserves a raise.

All depends on the shift. Going in there before 4pm smh redbone chick cool, that other one - she don't deserve a job in customer service. Put her in the back somewhere doing stock or cleaning bathrooms...

Overall, they have no customer service and what seems to be a high turnover rate. I won't go back to this location. Put some women at the counter. Women have great customer service and are easy on the eyes. Some of these guys working at the counter look like they're ready to fight somebody. And just because someone works at Autozone doesn't mean they know how to properly change batteries, wiper blades or work a scanner, etc. I've seen differently at this location and a couple other locations. DIY.

On May 4 I visited this store. The afternoon staff at this place was horrible. Their work ethics are unprofessional and unfriendly. I told them that I needed my battery charged the manager pushed me a cart witha tool box. The 3 male staff walked away with no attempt to assist me, no one would help me take it out are place it back in. The store was not busy and the male staff stood around complaining about the manager giving to many hours while I searched thru the tool box guessing on the right size to use. I felt like they were taking advantage of me because Im a woman. Has anyone else experienced this? I will not go back there and wouldn't refer anyone to this store.
