I have been coming here for nearly 10 years. The first time I went to see Ruby, he was honest about the repairs and even sent me to the dealership the part was still under warranty. He didn t charge me for the diagnostic and he talked to me like an adult and didn t take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. In fact, they do the opposite here. They inform you about your options, let you know up front the cost and work quickly!

This is my go-to mechanic. Roey and Avi are always accommodating and always honest. They have told me on several occasions that I don t need services that other mechanics have tried to sell me. They ask good questions to get to the root of problems, and they help me understand the how and why of what is going on with my car. On top of their excellent service, their prices are great. I couldn t recommend them more.

I got my oil change and tire rotation done from here 2 weeks ago. My car had no signs of engine or any other issue, its been running perfectly fine for past 2 years since I bought it. This is the first time it broke down on me. Ever since I got the regular maintenance service done from them my car has not been the same. It was making weird sounds when I drive it on the highway (over 55 miles/hr), I m sure they messed up something else on purpose so I could return back for service and they could make some $$. It broke down on me in the middle of the road twice since I got it serviced. Gave me such a hard time. Never coming back here!

Honestly, is 0 stars losing your life or the life of a child?I came in for an oil change before a family road trip and asked them to check out anything standing out. So they did the air filters and they changed the brakes on all 4 tires.Remember when you were 16 and your parents taught you how to change a tire? I just couldn't believe that after driving for 3.5 hours, feeling the car get rocky, I pulled over to find 2 Lugnuts left on my front tire! And those 2 could slip off any second!!As for the lugnuts on the other 3 wheels, I could make 1 full turn with my tire iron. Which, means they didn't drive it after changing, and then re-tighten. ( A lesson my father taught me).So, I'm' upset. I call and Ruby is apologetic and asks me to email Avi. I don't. not my job to inform him. Ruby says to come in when I come back in town. When I do, I speak with Avi. While I write this, I get re-triggered by his responses. I was traveling for 3.5 hours to Savanah with my wife, and 2 toddlers. There was almost a disaster.I got no ownership, no apology, not even empathy. He asked me where I was parking my car. This would insinuate that in the span of 2 days, a very sly individual snuck into my garage, loosened 3 tires and almost got away with 1 tire. I did tell him that Ruby asked the same question and that they are both pretty ridiculous for the accusation. When giving him a summary of how it is really feasible for it to be his company, he responds. "I am not arguing with you" and "It's just not that complicated".Well, it does seem to be a response. Not an ethical or educated response. So I inquired, "Aren't you interested in providing any ownership?", "Like what"... I read him the riot act. The whole thing. explained that he could double-check with the mechanics at the end of a tire change and meet with them to discuss the ramifications of my children being harmed or losing their lives. Let alone being sued for breach of contract or damage.Oh, and my transmission has never been the same!

HORRIBLE. I put my car in the shop here on a Thursday and they literally held it a week without telling me they were closed weekends. Then when Monday comes they take their time working on thing and I constantly call the owner because they werent giving me an update on things. Then he start ignoring my calls until I physically had to catch an Uber from my home about 30 mins away to get things moving.They also stated I needed some new shocks and told me they ordered them so I waited thinking they knew what they were doing then come to find out they were the wrong size. SMH, the mechanics were good but the owner is BAD Business. He tried to tell me to stop talking when I confronted him about how long they were taking. What TYPE OF BUSINESS does that to paying customers. His attitude was so horrible, I believe hehad an attitude because I was African American and he was Jewish. He tried to talk to me as if I didnt know anything. Do NOT support this establishment and their bad customer service....your car will be sitting for DAYS.

Great guys! Although I couldn t give them my business (because I chose to sell my car instead) they were honest and helpful and gave me a really good assessment of my car! Highly recommended!

I went to this autobody shop for an oil change and some repairs, and I felt like the workers truly cared about helping me and giving me a great deal. I was offered extra advice at no cost and I am so appreciative of their help. Avi had my Lincoln for about 9+ months working on it. I spent OVER 8 THOUSAND DOLLARS to get my car fixed. The car is still not working a year later. I have not put 1000 miles on it since this company worked on my vehicle. They were supposed to install a new engine and after the installment many more problems starting occurring. The communication is horrible. Wouldn t recommend coming here if it was the last auto shop open. Once he got paid she pretty much didn t care about my car. He left it in the parking lot sitting for weeks before working on it. Said he had a business to run so he had to work on over cars EVEN THOUGH I SAID OVER 8k to get my car fixed and it still haven t been to this day. I regret every day of taking my car to this company.

For years we have relied on Ruby and the team for our cars. This is hands-down the most reliable, trust-worthy, honest, and reasonable mechanic we have ever known. Always trying to save us money and give honest feedback about what's going on and what is worth fixing. Stopped by this morning while in a rush for a small repair on the underside of the car and Ruby's team quickly and graciously fixed it up. No waiting, no payment, just a kind favor. And this has happened many times! Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Horrible horrible experience! Repairs were under warranty and it took them 10 days to complete. My battery turned up bad per Avi AND my air conditioner no longer works. There were no battery issues and my air worked before my car came to Auto Clinic. I feel they are unethical!Service: Auto power window repairService: Auto power window repair

This is going to be our new shop for sure! I called at least 6 other shops in the area that were trying to charge me an unreasonable amount for the repair I needed, and do more than what was needed. They took the time to explain to me what my options were, they were priced fairly, and overall just great service!I definitely recommend and will be using their services again!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

This was the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic anywhere, anytime, ever!They were very accommodating and thorough.An amazing gift to the community as the transportation back to my home and then to pick me up when my car was done was a valuable part of the service they offered! The work was fairly priced and even more, they were done earlier than anticipated. How often does that happen!?! I'll certainly be back for all my car maintenance needs.10 STARS**********

Finding an honest mechanic is priceless.Also their service is superb. They Guaranteed parts and labor for up to one year and when I had a problem with my engine which was almost a year they were quick to replace reimburse and give me another guarantee. The prices are also very fear and in fact much less than other places around the area.They really service the clients and their cars well . Excellent communication and short wait time.

I use my truck every day for my carpet cleaning service. No truck, no income. I needed new brakes and couldn t wait around for other shops to wake up. Farmer Green Motors gave me an estimate in 15 minutes, got the job done in less time and for less money than they told me. The shop is super convenient and they really cleaned up the place from the prior owner. Never going to another auto repair again!

Used to come to this location when it was Auto Air Plus. Have been back twice since then, both repairs were expensive and seemingly marked up with the we had to remove this and that to get the repair done felt dishonest, and I had to get the work re-addressed at a later date

Great service! I went in thinking I needed new brake pads but turned out everything was fine. They drove with me in the car and even showed me the pads on my car, explaining they were in great shape. They could have said I needed them replaced and I would have believed them,but instead they were super honest! Much appreciated.

I was delighted with the service the service I received. I brought in one vehicle because the A/C was blowing weakly on one side. It turns out I only needed a $30 refrigerant recharge--big thanks to AC360 for the honesty and integrity. Another vehicle had a transmission issue and again the repair was extremely reasonable. I trust Auto Clinic 360 and now only use them.

Due to the negligence of Auto Clinic 360, I along with two others lost the engines in our cars in 2017.In 2017, I bought a used 2009 Audi A4 from a private seller (with about 115,000 miles). The car was running fine, though a check engine light would turn on occasionally. When first buying the car, I made it a priority to have it inspected. I looked online and read good reviews about Auto Clinic 360. Though, I didn't know they give discounts for giving good reviews. They inspected my car and said everything was fine, they changed the oil and replaced a tire. Meanwhile, the check engine light was still going off. They said this was just an error with the system and that my car was fine. A few days later a notification popped up in my car that my oil was low.. I brought my car back to them and they said they didn't see a leak and added more oil.ONE WEEK LATER MY CAR WOULDN'T START. I took the car back to them and they told me I needed to order a high pressure fuel pump. I order one and a week later took it to them. The same day, I ran into a friend who had just a few months early had their car serviced by Auto Clinic and had their oil changed. That same day Alan was told by Auto Clinic that he needed a new engine....The following Monday, when Auto Clinic 360 tried to put the high pressure fuel pump into my car, they said fuses began to blow. I was then told this was a security lock issue with the car, and had the car towed to the Audi dealership.My friend Jeremy had his oil changed by Auto Clinic too. He instructed them to put synthetic oil into his car, they informed him that they put conventional oil in his car. They said they hear him wrong. When he looked in his engine a few days later, there a thick black substance where they had replaced his oil. His car stopped working a few weeks later. He had to replace his engine. Jeremy had never had issues with his car until Auto Clinic 360 serviced the car.I should've taken the car to get diagnosed by Audi in the first place!!! The fee was $172 for a diagnosis at Audi. The Audi dealership then informed me that the engine was no longer working. Auto Clinic 360 should be held responsible. They refuse to respond to my emails.

Great and quick service. They even gave me the car before I had even paid for my services. Now that is trust you can count on. HOLD UP HOLD UP, I think they switched my tires out. One got chalk on it like it's a used tire and the other has a cut in it. I said something before I left the guy with the tounge ring said we don't have a tire shop, I proceeded to leave and the tire shop two buildings over. I'll take that lost but I'm taking my other 4 stars back too.Good Day

RUBY IS AMAZING! I am always shocked at home much less he is from AAA or dealers. Also, he will suggest that you DO NOT spend money on things recommended but not needed... his pricing is 15% or more less when it comes to breaks... love this place

Service was efficient and they were very accommodating I needed to reschedule and it wasn t a problem. Ruby was great about communication, which is huge for me. Definitely will go back for any car needs.

Auto Clinic 360, Ruby, and all the mechanic staff are PHENOMENAL. I had a minor problem which i thought was one thing and turned out to be another on my daily driver that they not only fixed, provided me with an excellent tow guy, worked with me on getting the parts at the cost i needed to pay and handled the labor by the books to the point that they will remain to be my new best mechanic. The customer service was stellar and their get it done nature and knowledge of what to do was something i was so proud and happy to see. My little brother has been a mechanic for the past 18 years and is in VA so getting him down to Atl to do work is rare and far in between but with the experience i had at Auto Clinic 360 i feel exhilarated to know I've found a great mechanic shop in town and close to home that i can feel confident taking my cars to. Keep up the phenomenal job guys and ill be referring all those i come across your way.

I got an oil change on my pick-up and the next day the maintenance light came. Farmer Green Motors did a quick check, saw that the oil change place forgot to reset the indicator, took care of the problem and sent me on my way. No hassle, no charge. They earned my business the next time I need something for my fleet!
