I went to have my Battery terminal replaced. left the car with them for half an hour and came picked it up. They forgot to connect the line going from the battery to the alternator that keeps the battery charged. I found out too late and when I was to start my car after work. Battery was dead. Luckily I know a lil about cars and connected what they forgot and replaced the battery.

Will never spend another penny here. They told me I needed my engine replaced and took too long to do the work which led to me taking my car to another business. When we got to the other place they replaced a sensor and all of the problems went away. These people obviously don t know what they re doing. They did end up fixing my car. However they said it was fixed and then i drove it off the lot and it was still doing the same thing it had been doing. Had to leave it for a third day to have them fix it. It was a very affordable price though.

I brought my X5 to replace the coolant reservoir , the hose and do a service, they fixed the coolant $700) but just did an oil change and called that a service and When I picked up my truck the heater wasn t working it took three days when they said they fix it and it still was blowing cold air I got fed up I decided to call it my loss now the fan just keeps blowing like the vehicle is overheating but I learned my lesson because I will just stick to the dealership instead of trying to help a small business owner. If you have a high maintenance vehicle don t even consider taking it to the small business just take it to the dealership it s worth every penny

Gave this shop the benefit of a doubt! Left my car June 18th for a diagnostic was told by that Monday it would be ready. A few days turned into a few weeks and nothing had been done at all! I would call and either get no answer or was told my truck wasn t ready. So, ok I let it stay longer and longer! I went up to the shop often and didn t see it anywhere everytime. Only one mechanic was there and he had no idea what I was talking about when I told him what car I had there. They even closed the shop for a while. Once they reopened it still wasn t ready, so the next day I went up and checked on everything. I was told they had been backed up and couldn t get to my vehicle. So I decided to pick it up and go somewhere else. This place has cars everywhere, no room to park, and not many mechanics. All a disappointment and waste of time. Didn t get my car until July 3rd!

I got a tuneup and oil change July 3rd my car broke down the next day, and it had never gave me severe problems. I called and they basically said So in so many words! Don t waste your time or money here. The good reviews on here are fake

Came here to get wheel hub and bearing installed. They told me it wasn't going to be ready til the next day. Thwn kept calling to have me go pick up the car before they closed when I told them it was impossible for me to get there in 15 mins. They left my car outaide unlocked and I had stuff stolen out of car.Worst part is they installed the part wrong. I bought the car back and the blamed me for having the wrong axle in there. There wasn't any problems with the car until they worked on it. Now I have to pay extra to get the work redone somewhere else. Stay away for your own good.

The best experience by far from any mechanic. Tony was very knowledgeable and the mechanics who performed the work were incredible. I will definitely recommend this place to others. The prices are reasonable and the work guaranteed. courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

I got very friendly, wonderful service from Mike and was charged $220.00 for rear brake pads and rotors. Don't know whether the price is reasonable but t Mike at the service station is very friendly and helpful.

Stay Away!!!Had brakes, bearings and roters replaced ($300). I had to come back because my truck was shaking. Another $500 (tire rod ends inner outer ect...and same problem. They said I needed tries and alignment ($250).Had it done same problem. Replaced shocks($300). Same problem. All in a 3/4 day period. Day 4 brakes rubbing (truck still shaking) and they a act as if I'm bothering them. Owner/Manager won't talk now sends the new girl out. #Horrible!!!

Went to go get one thing done then they told me extra was wrong with my car so I had to pay double of what I was supposed to pay and then after I left my check engine light came back on as if nothing was fixed
