Wow what a great place the service was outstanding. Caleb was the best. I have been to many places to get my car serviced and I can truly say this was the best experience ever. Please give them a try - they are truthful and upfront about any work that needs to be done. I highly recommend

I can not say enough good things about tire discounters in Dawsonville. We moved to the area several months ago, so everywhere we go is new. My low tire pressure light came on about a week ago and I assumed it was the cold weather. They said one tire was pretty low, so if it comes back on, to bring it back up there for them to look at. Of course, it came back on. I came back today and in less than 45 minutes they had me patched up and good to go. Side note: it is super clean and comfortable inside. They have water and coffee. But, the best part about coming here is the incredible customer service. I m so glad I found somewhere I can trust. I ll come here forever! Highly recommend!

Came in on a Saturday right before noon for a tire. They had it ready in 20 mins and were super nice. I always dread going to tire shops. Especially on a Saturday, but they were extremely efficient and got me on my way after a bummer of a morning.

Tried settling this with a phone call but that was obviously a poor decision. First I was hung up on, then called back, laughed at, then transferred to the GM, who did not believe me, so instead of wasting my time showing them what went wrong personally, I'll post the pictures here as a cautionary tale. I was told my brake pads were "metal to metal" on two separate occasions, about a month apart. This was not the case. The pads werent even touching the indicator yet, as shown below. And I was also told I needed to replace a rotor, also not the case. My pads were gonna need replacing in a few months but they were NOT metal to metal as they said on the phone, which is misleading and dishonest. After they changed my tires, the lugs were all varying in how tight they were ranging from a few tightened correctly to pretty loose to dangerously loose. All of this could have been settled on the phone had the GM not been so defensive, and convoluting the conversation with irrelevant stuff about rotors while I'm trying to have an objective conversation about what happened. He said a and b, turns out c and d was the case. SUPER convinced I'm lying or mistaken, implies that, but welcome to me bringing it in on the off chance he's in fact wrong. Did not appreciate the way I was treated over the phone.

I had an unexpected flat tire as I was driving down 400. I came to Tire Discount thinking I just needed some air. They guys here went above and beyond to figure out the problem, which happened to be a screw!; fix the problem and all in a very fast manner!! I m super happy with the service and friendly atmosphere! Definitely recommend!

Had tires installed on 2 vehicles in and out same day in hardly no time. Had plastic skid plate come loose stopped in and had it fixed in minutes. Will definitely be going back when I need work done.

Great experience at Tire Discounters in Dawsonville. They installed new Cooper Endeavor Plus tires, brake pads & rotors and a synthetic oil change for 1k. Rusty is a customer service pro and honored the online price despite a promotion offer error. Getting in and out was fast and easy.

I visited the website before going in and even called to confirm the oil change price. They charged me $79 for an oil change when it was supposed to be $29.99 until 12/31. I'm receiving a refund check in the mail. They couldn't offer a refund to my card on the spot. I'm not sure they can stay in business and not uphold their online prices. I'll drive the 1 1/2 hours to the oil change place in Blue Ridge that stands behind their word and doesn't argue with the customer. (Brotherhood Oil).

I had gotten a nail in my tire and called. They were able to get me in within mins of getting there. Customer service, the front desk and the guy who fixed my tire were all wonderful!
